Pretty solid gym. Great staff and good equipment. Classes will work you out to your end. Good pacing for people of all levels. Only issue I have is the hours, that it opens later than most other gyms and closes earlier than most other gyms. I used to workout at 8am on weekends, but they open at 9.
Don't come here expecting it to replace a traditional gym. It has just enough to get you in shape and warm up of your a casual gym goer or a fighter than needs to warm up.
