Signed up on 3/8/2020 day after was having issues gaining access to the other clubs as it was guaranteed on my membership. Was a little bummed so i brought it up to the manager Andre said he would take care of the error. Day after the issue was resolved by him and his team best customer service ever.

Long overdue review. Signed up in 2015 when they opened and was told that I could cancel at any time. The classes were fine, although the Muay Thai was not as authentic as other gyms I’ve been to. Regardless, having a good time working out here until grad school gets too busy and I can’t commit to attending regularly. I decide to cancel because I was told that I was “month to month” when I signed up, but lo and behold, they don’t see that “written into my membership contract” so I ended up having to cancel and pay several hundreds of dollars in fees that I shouldn’t have. Love crunch, UFC gym not so much. They’ll tell you whatever they can to get you to sign up, then they will slam you with fees when you try to cancel.

Signed up for the news year special. They have hidden charges everywhere that their incompetent staff fails to tell you about. They charged me a maintenance fee, when I haven't even been there for four months. I tried to cancel but they gave me the run around and said I should put it on hold for the time being. I got around to cancelling and then they hit me with another membership month fee. So you might want to bring some lube if youre signing up for this gym
