At Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness, you will experience the ultimate workout in both cardiovascular and strength training. Our 3,800 square foot facility offers the resistance of thirty-six 150 lb. punching bags. Our upbeat instructors will guide you through a series of punches and kicks choreographed to music and/or timed circuits. These unique 1-hour group classes will immediately get you sweating and burning calories. Our non-competitive cardio kickboxing style provides an intense and gratifying training session.
Our popular Kettlebell & Barbell Combo classes provide the ultimate way to strengthen the core, build muscle and stamina for all levels of fitness. Sculpt, TRX, and Battling Rope group classes strengthen and tone.

Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness is the best! The combination of bags and circuit training gives you a full body workout without risk of injury! I’ve been coming for 3 years. Before this, I tried cycling, running, and swimming but they aggravated my knees and back due to repetitive motions. This is the only place that has worked for me. You will feel healthy and fit!!!!

I've been going to Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness for 3 years now, and honestly, it's one of my favorite places to be. It’s where I go to clear my head, de-stress, and just feel stronger—physically and mentally. The workouts are always tough in the best way, and they keep me coming back for more. What I love most is the family vibe. Everyone’s super supportive, and the instructors are awesome. Monique, the owner, is the heart of it all—she truly cares about everyone who walks through the door. I’m so thankful to be part of this community.

I have been a member of this gym for almost 20 years. The owner, Monique, provides a variety of fitness classes, including boxing using heavy bags for cardio classes. You can also take advantage of ropes, TRX, fit tubes, dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells (after some basic introductory classes). Her prices are reasonable, especially considering the variety of classes that are offered. The instructors are all knowledgeable people who focus on form for safety, while also providing an incredible workout. I can not recommend this gym enough, whether you’re just starting out, getting back to it, or looking for something new to add to your fitness routine.

I found this little gem of a gym about 8-9 years ago and I’ve never looked for another place since. Ultimate Kickboxing offers so many different types of workouts from strength training to cardio kickboxing to Rebounder classes, which is one of my favorite classes because as someone who has knee issues this class is easy on the joints. The Instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable in what they teach/instruct and are so enthusiastic and encouraging. If you’re looking for a community, UKB is the place. Members encourage one another and age varies from young teens to seasoned mature adults like me. If you’re just getting started in your fitness journey or need a challenge/change UKB is your place, this place is my home away from home.

Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness isn't just a gym, it has been my sanctuary for the past 9 years. After completing 2 years of treatment for health issue, I was searching for a place to rebuild my strength and vitality. I found so much more than just a Fitness center at UKB.
From the moment I walked in the door, I was warmly welcomed by staff and fellow members. But, what really sets Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness apart is the commitment to each member's well being beyond just physical fitness. I'm a relatively new member of this gym, and I completely love it. I've been doing personal training with Monique for the past three months, and it's been wonderful. Monique is always encouraging, and always creates an intense workout, which I completely love. She also checks in with me almost daily about my nutrition. I also attend multiple classes throughout the week, and every instructor is knowledgeable, encouraging, and pushes the members to make for a great workout. This is one of the only gyms I've been to where I've seen real results. In the last three months I have lost over 16 inches and over 10lbs. In my opinion, those results speak for themselves.

I am Sharron Egan, and my husband, Dennis Williams, and I joined the Kettlebell Burn 2019 after being members of Ultimate Kickboxing for over a year. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.
I am over 60 years old, have had some back issues, aches and pains, and I just wasn’t sure if this was the right type of exercise program I could do. I was so happily surprised with it all. The program was somewhat overwhelming for me at the beginning, but as we grouped into teams with our own leader it all became more doable and the structure and support was one of the best parts. I showed up for just about every class session, took the training step by step, utilized the tools such as the Marco Polo app for group support, the food program, and the suggested recipes. My husband and I even signed up and enjoyed the premade meals that we had delivered at home.
The assessments were done monthly with our team. The monthly weigh in and measurements were stressful at first, but it was such a positive experience as we saw the results; losing some weight but also losing some inches and getting stronger. The point of gaining strength and not focusing on the weight loss number was a great incentive and really a good goal for us.
As everyone does in their life, we had challenges with trying to attend all the classes. There were times during the Burn when we were away on a trip, and we were able to take some kettlebells for a workout or do some kind of activity to continue with our programming as best as we could. The group support and the trainers’ feedback was so genuine and positive, that we feel we have developed a support system that is invaluable. We will go for it again this year and look forward to it even though it is a hard program.
Sharron mentioned we both have back issues. That was my main concern. Prior to signing up, Monique explained that she teaches everyone the proper technique. She watched us closely. Sharron learned the proper technique immediately. It took me a few sessions. What I can honestly say is that my back is stronger now than it has been in 30 years. That is something of miracle for me.
I checked my ego at the door and followed instructions. A Kettlebell workout is strenuous and satisfying. You don’t need heavy weight. We ended all of our workouts feeling like we accomplished something.
Our monthly assessments were successful. We both committed to the Kettlebell Burn and lost weight and inches. Like Sharron said, that isn’t the overall emphasis. It’s better health and strength. At 66 years old, I gained strength, lost weight and lost inches.
The support from all of the instructors and all of the other people in the classes was great. They all want to see you succeed. I’m excited to start the Kettlebell Burn again.
I can’t thank the leaders enough. The truth is, I’ve been working out for years and never had the results I’ve had at Redlands Ultimate Kickboxing.

I've been coming to UKB for several years now, and I absolutely love it here. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, helpful and know exactly how to give you a killer workout. The prices are very reasonable and classes are SO fun! Even the other members who come in for classes are friendly and welcoming. I cant recommend this place enough!!

I have been going to this gym for about 15 years. The owner Monique Lafontaine is amazing. She has worked to build up a huge amount of different programs over the years. She doesn't just own the gym, she's an instructor as well. There are a variety of class times as well as different types of classes. This gym offers cardio bag classes using kickboxing techniques, HIIT, battling ropes, TRX, kettlebells, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and barbells, as well as aerobic kickboxing. The instructors are knowledgeable and enjoy their work. They add their own ideas to their classes to make them unique. They stay up-to-date with fitness news and incorporate a variety of different moves into their routines. The people that come to the gym become friends, which helps you stay on track with your fitness goals. As far as price, I challenge you to find a gym that offers this much variety with instructor-led classes for less. Her membership prices are significantly less than other gyms. So if you're wanting a change, whether you're bored at your current gym or a beginner, come check it out. You'll be glad you did.

Just want to give a shout out to Ultimate Kickboxing in Redlands and to Monique Lafontaine and the rest of the trainers. For the past 2 to 3 months I haven’t been able to work out with my work out family because I’m in AZ pretty much full time now. I miss my work outs, the girls cheering me on, laughing and all around great time, never thought I could ever say this about a work out. The beauty about Ultimate Kickboxing is you don’t just go there and wing it. You are taught the correct way so there are no injuries. Mo and her crew are constantly watching us to make sure we are swinging our kettle bells, using the TRX and punching the bags to avoid getting hurt. I can now work out here in AZ and get a great work out and know I’m doing it the right way thanks to Monique and her staff. The only problem is I miss everyone 💪🏻

They find ways to modify moves if you have injuries but they're always going to make sure they push you to have an awesome experience.

Drove 30 minutes to get to a 9 a.m. class, but instructors never showed up. I didn't even recieve an email stating that class was canceled. Fortunately, my wife was emailed a few minutes before class was to start stating they canceled. What kind of business cancels their class last minute due to a holiday, but can't notify the consumer?

Hands down the best gym in Redlands! Ultimate Kick has awesome trainers, a variety of classes to keep it interesting and is very reasonably priced. This gym is the perfect place if you're looking for a hard HIIT workout that's actually safe because the workouts are mostly body weight exercises with lots of options based on your current fitness level. I attend their Interval and Cardio Kickboxing classes and I also joined the Kettle Bell training "Burn" which allows you to focus on getting stronger over a tracked 16 week period. I highly recommend stopping in and trying out a free class; for me, it's been such a blessing to find this gym! 💪

It’s a bad a$$ workout. The coaches are amazing. In addition - I broke my foot recently. They modified my workout to accommodate my need for non-weight bearing exercise on that foot. I got a great workout in. The staff helped me set up, modify my workout, and was very encouraging. It is a challenging and fun environment with instructors and staff that come by and check on form and intensity. They use a combination of ways to make the workouts fun and different.
