I recently completed my training package with UP at the Santa Monica studio and had a great experience. My coach was very knowledgeable and accessible throughout the process and helped me achieved my goals in a shorter than expected time span. The 24/7 support and access to my coach is something not offered by many gyms. I was also able to deepen and expand my knowledge about nutrition and strength training. I would highly recommend UP.

Abigail is a fantastic personal trainer. She is an expert on nutrition and in-gym exercises and I love working with her.

I am completely supported in changing my nutrition plan - learning about macros, finding the right foods, meal planning, making good choices while traveling, etc.

In the gym, Abi has extreme attention to detail; she makes very important corrections on form to maximize ROI on each exercise. I've always been active, and have worked with personal trainers, physical therapists in the past - none of them had made the massive difference in my fitness, as Abi has made for me.

Working with Theo at Ultimate Performance Santa Monica has been an incredible experience. Not only have I seen an incredible physical transformation, but I’ve also gained the knowledge that will continue to help me when training on my own. Additionally, the personalized nutrition plans that was customized for me at each phase of my program made the diet portion of everything so much easier to follow as opposed to guessing what to eat on my own and not seeing as good of results. Overall, I’d recommend training with Theo at UP to anybody that’s serious about transforming their body and lives in general.

I had such a fun, educational and transformative experience at UP and with Anton Nechiporuk as my coach! I joined UP because after going through some lifestyle changes such as moving from a walkable city to LA, moving in with a partner who can eat more than me, and just aging in general, I knew I needed a lifestyle shift. I've also always been intimidated by weight training and using gym equipment. UP and Anton provided me with so much hands-on support and guidance! They provide you with an app to log your calories + macros, track your progress, see your workouts, and communicate with your coach. When I needed help figuring out what to order at a restaurant, Anton was just a message away! Up and Anton taught me how to eat healthier and weight train, and I feel so empowered now to maintain my health. I did 18 sessions and lost 10 lbs and went from 25% body fat to 17%! I can't recommend UP and Anton more, truly.

This gym made a huge difference for me! My trainer Jenna is amazing at what she does and also an incredibly kind human. She stretches me to achieve more than I ever thought I could. In every workout she pushes me to the limit and I consistently set a new PR. I have never been able to do 1 pull up and now I am working on doing 5. I have never felt stronger and I have a new level of confidence and a six pack!! Weight wise I have hovered around 140lbs for so many years and when I started training with Jenna I was at 145lb and happy to get to 135lb. I never thought I would see 130lb again but we got there. Jenna is a great resource when it comes to meal planning, incorporating protein in a way that makes sense for me and my lifestyle and also putting a plan in place for eating out and sustaining a healthy eating pattern over the long term. Jenna gets results, you will not be disappointed!

Abigail Jachera and Ultimate Performance are incredible and changed my life and health completely. I initially signed up in May of 2024 for a 36 session plan and dropped around 43 pounds of fat, reaching the same weight I had in my 20s (I'm in my late 40s now). My experience with Abi as a trainer at UP has been nothing short of transformational, from both a physical standpoint as well as mental. I’ve worked out with many trainers at many gyms throughout the years, and I can honestly say that I never had a trainer as focused, detail-oriented, and dedicated to my specific deficiencies as well as my goals, as Abi has been for me. Most trainers robotically instruct their clients on each exercise until their 60 minutes are over, but Abi is so meticulous when it comes to ensuring that I’m doing every single exercise correctly that I’ve not only noticed incredible results in the mirror and on the scale, but also with overall strength and mobility—even my posture and gait has significantly improved, thanks to her. Years of poor posture, slouching, and crooked sitting positions have caused me so much muscle tension and weakness, and I have watched it all progressively resolve and correct itself since I started working out with Abi. I've been working with Abigail for the past 12 months and can say with absolute certainty that I'm in the best physical condition of my life at 35.

I came in with a few goals in mind: general fitness, adding lean muscle mass, improving mobility, and increasing strength. You may not know this yet, but it's extremely difficult to improve all these areas at the same time. And yet she has been able to deliver this with stunning success - adding 10 lbs. of lean muscle, trimming body fat from 20% to 10%, increasing mobility, resiliency, and flexibility, and delivering big strength gains.

As we progressed through successive phases, she would always consult with me and take learnings from our previous work to adjust the program and focus on new muscles or new movements that I was interested in.

The not-so-secret ingredient throughout has been Abigail's abundant and infectious energy. She is laser focused on delivering the results I asked for and pushes me hard in every workout because that's what it takes. But throughout that hard work, we also have a ton of fun.

She's also endlessly generous with her expertise in programming, nutrition, recovery, lifting form, physiology, and on and on.

And I haven't even had a chance to mention the top-of-the-line equipment, facilities, app, and customer service.

I have been coming to UP since Nov 2024. Abigail is one of the best trainers I have ever had. She is highly skilled with excellent technique and is with you through every single rep. I started working with her because I wanted a trainer who could support me through IVF. Her knowledge and expertise extends far beyond what we do in the gym. She has been a huge source of strength and support to me during a very challenging year. I’ve been able to push myself more with her than with any trainers in the past.
