I have been attending the evening group fitness classes for the past 3 years and have made the most progress I have ever made on my fitness journey during that time. Aaron is a one of kind coach - attentive, challenging, fair, flexible, and motivating. The workouts are scalable for all fitness levels and are varied in terms of specific exercises, progression, and structure which makes them a lot of fun. 3 years ago I was searching for a better alternative to Crossfit gyms - and Ultralete Fitness hit the nail on the head.

I’ve been training at Ultralete Fitness and the experience has been incredible. The trainers are professional, motivating, and really care about helping you reach your goals. The environment is welcoming, the workouts are challenging but tailored to your needs, and the accountability keeps you consistent. I’ve seen real progress not just physically but also in my mindset. I’ve been going to this gym for almost two years now. I started after baby number two. My initial goal was to do five unassisted pull-ups. I’ve smoked that goal and am doing sets of pull-ups with a weighted vest now 😂

Obviously so much of your fitness progress depends on your own discipline, but having a supportive, fun, just good vibes all around environment makes it so much easier to want to show up. There is such a diverse group of awesome women that I see regularly here and it makes me so happy. All of the trainers are equally awesome (shout out to Marc; sorry I call you bad names when I’m struggling through a rep 😅).

I’m not getting anything for this review, I just really want other normal people to know about this spot. It’s definitely a hidden gem, and I’m in the best shape of my life because of it.

Amazing gym! All the trainers are very supportive and go the extra mile to make sure you show up and get the most out of your workout. I have some special scheduling requirements and some old injuries, and my trainers are always attentive to my situation and work with me with my schedule. There is an app and the music they play is also pretty good. :)

I feel full of energy after every work. It really helps me to release my stress. I never had a trainer before and I really recommend Aaron as his work ethic and work outs has improved my lifestyle. The best part is being able to do it on site at the office.

I originally was iffy about starting to work out in my late 40''s and here I am 15 months later doing 3 work outs per week. I use to not be able to jump rope and was always aching and felt worn out. NOT anymore!!! Aaron is an amazing trainer!!! He is very knowledgeable, super nice and great motivator.

I’ve worked with a handful of trainers over the years and can honestly say Aaron is the best at what he does. His passion and commitment to my fitness goals and overall health are what keeps me showing up every week. I’ve learned so much from this guy and he continues to push me to reach my full potential and beyond.
