My daughter stated going here about 7 months ago, she dint have much of a passion for anything, so we decided to give box a try, she was nervous at first but she got the hang of it. Now she gets her stuff ready for practice a day before. She finds it therapeutic and challenging, especially when she has a bad day at school, this is a healthy way to let out her anger and stress.
She has picked up healthier eating habits as well. The coaches and the staff are amazing, they show so much passion in what they do. The staff is always helpful and the facility itself is well equipped and clean. It is very affordable for everything that you get in return.

These people are my family. An absolute staple in San Diego. Dave loves you. Just ask him. He does. If you want to pretend, go to 24 fitness. If you want to learn how to defend yourself, sweat it out, or throw a punch, come here. They've been doing it for decades. Great place to let the kids run loose, too!!!

Undisputed been family owned and been making others feel welcomed like family. Paid on a Monday, called to cancel 2 days later on a Wednesday (son is physically unable to attend). They said they would call me back in 30 min, never happened. Emailed them the day after that Thursday, no response. I guess if its a matter of returning money they're not in a hurry (its now been two weeks).

Even a call back letting me know they cant refund me would have been appreciated. You will have to pay a whole month (75$) for something that cannot be used, even if you let them know in a timely manner. Buyer beware.

I have a knee injury and the trainers have been amazing showing me techniques and exercises to help strengthen my knee. The atmosphere is both positive and charged with a sense of community; brotherhood and sisterhood that's hard to find in other gyms. The trainers and members are a great group of people who show you how to fight while having fun. Recommend 100% to anyone looking for a fun way to stay fit .
