I am also a Certified Breathwork Coach through The Wim Hof Method and additional modalities. I hold many certifications under the umbrella of physical fitness and physical therapy. I am a certified Mobility Specialist through Functional Range Conditioning, Functional Range Assessment and Kinstretch, as well as Myofascial Stretching. I am a Certified Level 4 Eldoa Trainer, helping restore the natural function and length of the spine, and improving posture. Other certifications involve Neuro-type testing and more.

For the past few years, I’ve felt completely stuck in my health journey. No matter what supplements I tried or how consistently I worked out, nothing seemed to change and I would eventually get too busy to stay on course. I was fatigued, inflamed, and uninspired. And since 2020, about 15–20 pounds heavier than what feels good for my body, which has been so frustrating.

I can’t recommend Rhett highly enough. I pride myself on being in great shape and taking care of my body. A year ago, I was in peak athletic condition. Then I suffered a major injury. For several months I could not move my arm. All
my daily activities were affected, and for the first time in my life I could not train. I was unsure if I’d ever regain full movement or flexibility again.
I was referred to Rhett, and after a thorough assessment, he was able to identify the issue(s), and come up with a detailed plan on how to help.
He taught me exercises and movements that had never done before (even with 20+ years of working with the best trainers and fitness professionals around). He took a patient, thoughtful, and incredibly safe approach to my recovery, helping me rebuild my strength and mobility one step at a time. Within weeks my shoulder had full range of motion and could train the way I wanted to do again! Working with Rhett completely restored my confidence in my body.
After the shoulder we focused on my hip, which has bothered me as long as I can remember. I had a procedure done recently that was supposed to fix it, but the pain and limitations remained. Rhett also was able to uncover the likely causes, and used one of his many methodologies that he is certified in to systematically help me heal. We did a combination of Posture Restoration, ELDOAS. Soma training, and Functional Range Conditioning. None of which I had heard of before.
While we rehabbed my shoulder and hip, Rhett still pushed me in safe ways to get my body back to its usual chiseled look. It was the perfect balance.

I was looking for somebody who can help with teaching me proper form and mechanics for a long time, Rhett delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Rhett does an excellent job of listening to the things you want to improve and work on, while also listening to what your body is saying, and making sure both are working in tandem. Just had a great session with rhett! Ive been dealing with low back pain and body imbalances for awhile-especially as a tennis coach, its been hindering my movement on court. From the start Rhett really helped me see the root cause of these issues. He was extremely knowledgeable about the body from a holistic perspective and put me through some great corrective exercises , breathing techniques and movements to help realign my body. Rhett is a patient and caring trainer. And he also became a physical therapist for me. When I came to him for training I had a pretty bad shoulder injury from a previous over training experience. He rehabbed me through that process while he was training my whole body. My shoulder has continued to be in perfect shape since he worked with me - doing everything necessary to realign me so I could move and lift again without pain. That was a freaking miracle and I’m so thankful to him for that time and attention! He also trained me through the pandemic, keeping me totally on track and in even better shape than before. While everyone was home baking bread, I was killing it with Rhett on FaceTime. I had the pleasure on training with Rhett and let me tell you, its not the usual training. I went fot the 1st time last week, got there with pain in my knees and my right arms and got out after 60 minutes, brand new. I felt great and my mobility from just one session with him had improved so much. He teaches you breathing techniques, stretching, mobility exercises, pushes you through your comfort zone (not the exagerated way) and its still very attentive and mindful of all your conditions. I think what I want to say is that he is a true professionist and definitely knows his stuff. I would recommend Rhett to everyone!

I have had the pleasure of training with Rhett for 3 years. When I started working with him we set a goal to build strong glutes and quads. Rhett built me a program that helped me achieve my goals. During the first year I put on 16lbs of muscle in my lower body while reducing my body fat. I had a tighter waist and more curves! Through Rhett’s recommendation on protein intake I was also able to lose body fat during the same time. Workouts were tough! The burn was real!!! But I loved how Rhett stayed with me and motivated me to push through. Rhett really cares about his clients. We were able to truly connect and build a friendship past a typical client/trainer relationship. I can tell he wants what is best for me. When I first met Rhett- I thought I would work with him for 6 weeks to deal with the tightness in my muscles that was causing me hip pain- 3 years later I am still working with him and still learning and growing. I wanted to share my experience because I know first hand how difficult it is in a place like Los Angeles to find a TRUE AUTHENTIC FITNESS EXPERT where everyone claims to be the best. The trial and error struggle is real, it’s time consuming, it’s expensive and worst of all discouraging.
I myself as a female being in the public eye and in the entertainment industry my physicality being on point is a big part of my job but achieving this and maintaining results is very demanding physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I worked with Rhett after a hip injury (torn labrum) left me with pain in my right hip and decreased range of motion anytime I tried to exercise or even walk long distances.
Rhett is not only kind, professional, and easy to work with, he really knows his craft. In 3 months he was able to help rehab my hip to the point where I could exercise pain free and successfully avoid surgery! My range of motion/flexibility is now better than it was pre-injury.
