Sharon is great! So practical. She is very knowledgeable and shares her knowledge in a practical way that you can apply to real life. No gimmick diet foods...this is a way of life based on the principles of nutrition. Health is the goal here and then of course the weight loss and improved physical appearance come with that. Just a great way to live.

Sharon Polsky is a great trainer and coach. She leads by example and wouldn’t tell you to do anything that she hasn’t already done. She is backed by many years of experience. As a trainer myself, I respect her methods of truth and not sugar coating things to make you feel better. She can’t do the work for you, but she’ll be there with you along your way. Sharon eats, breathes and lives fitness and healthy living. She caters to the individual by creating plans for people who are vegan, vegetarian, keto and everything in between. She is all about accountability and making small life changes that make big differences. She is an expert in working out and nutrition but also stresses the importance of sleep, time management and things we all forget about like hydrating! Instead of putting the focus on what you can't eat, she stresses the importance of eating plenty of whole, clean unprocessed foods. You will not be hungry or overtired if you work with Sharon. I highly recommend her.

Sharon changes your life for the better! She helps you set meal plans and make better choices as to what you eat in your everyday life. I also liked her videos as they were good to follow along to (though at times of course a bit difficult with my skill level).

Great program, very motivating. And an easy to follow but not too restrictive meal plan. I felt it was easy to get a handle on adding exercise to my daily routine as well as ensure I was eating to meet my goals without a lot of guesswork. I highly recommend this program, you won't be disappointed. I was able to work out with a minimum of equipment yet still felt I got a great full body workout.

I have been a member of this studio for over 3 years and it has become such an important part of my life. Sharon is one of the most informed, talented and motivating instructors I have ever met. She is very supportive of everyone’s health and fitness goals, and is an excellent nutrition coach. Sharon teaches the majority of classes herself, all of which are fun, challenging, and truly produce results. I love this studio for its non-intimidating environment, and always look forward to every class I take.

Honestly, if you’re interested in transitioning into an overall healthier lifestyle (food and exercise 101), come to Sharon’s Unleashed Studio!
The community of women who come here are so diverse and hardworking.
I am 26 , 5’4 and 140lbs. I had a regular gym membership but needed some more support and guidance, you know.
I recently did her 21 day challenge and was surprised by how much I pushed myself. I usually get bored or lose interest but Sharon kept it 100% real and reminded everyone that “we get what we put into this”. Also, she has some pretty fun classes like pole dancing, intrinity (which is similar to pilates), yoga, group training sessions, and personal programs.
One last thing, she has an app- which she actually uses to communicate with everyone and let me tell you, it keeps you on your toes lol

This is my first time ever doing yoga and Sharon makes it super fun while still getting a great workout. All the trainers are really good, and there's a good variety of other classes you can take like ballet, pole, and in-trinity. Sharon knows what she is talking about when it comes to yoga and I love how real and down to earth she is. This has been such an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend taking classes here at Unleashed Women's Fitness Studio.

Sharon is extremely dedicated and knowledgeable. I like that class sizes are small, so it feels almost like having a personal trainer. She is also real with you. No fad diets - just science. If you're willing to follow her instructions (both fitness and nutrition) you will see results and do so in a healthy way. But that does mean being open to putting in work and changing some habits. If not, still a great place to go and get a killer workout in a supportive, safe environment.

I have been working with Sharon Polosky for over 5 years. When I first started, I was wearing 26 in women's plus sizes. Now I am wearing between 14 and 16 in misses sizes. I can somewhat keep with young women at the studio.

Started coming here when I was 28 before I knew I was pregnant- a year later I'm trying to get that baby weight off. Love that it's women only. Make sure to get there on time so you don't disrupt the class. 😉
