I had a great experience at Urban Fitness. From signing up to attending my first pole fitness class, everything was smooth and welcoming. As a complete beginner, the instructor Cindy made me feel comfortable and was incredibly patient. Erica also did a great job explaining the membership and trial month options.
Even though my schedule kept me from attending as often as I wanted, the staffβs follow-up and customer service were excellentβquick, friendly, and always helpful-thank you Alex and Rudy for always responding so quickly. The facility is clean, the team is welcoming, and the overall experience was very positive. I definitely plan to return for more classes and highly recommend Urban Fitness to anyone interested.

Amazing instructors! They are patient and very good at giving personalized corrections so that all students at all levels feel like they are getting the most out of every class. They're also open reasonable hours and they offer classes at all different times of days and weeks to fit most schedules. π

super easy place to get to - just right off the highway
one of the view aerial studios in OC - loved the space as it was just comfortable enough for a full class of 7 + 1.
Tried out Ashleighβs Hoop All Levels class and she went at a great pace for all students in the class. Had lots of fun, canβt wait to be back next time!

More expensive than other studios in the area but worth the price. The instructors at this studio are not only incredible artists, but know how to teach and modify instruction for a wide range of skill level. The vibe of the studio is always so positive - students cheer each other on and instructors notice and acknowledge progress. Unlike other studios, I have never had to share my apparatus with other students during class.

Incredible, I have been wanting to do this for years. I finally decided to do it. Now 4 months in, Im stronger than I have ever been, and am doing super fun tricks! I love how you literally see yourself get better from one class to the other. The instructors are all amazing, and the environment is so supportive and encouraging, including everyone that attends... I look forward to every class and am hooked!

I've trained at a bunch of aerial gyms over the years. Everyone attending classes are super friendly and supportive. Instructors are top notch and very knowledgeable. The owners have fostered a wonderfully supportive environment. If this is your first time taking any aerial class, this is the place to go

Instructors are super nice and make you feel comfortable exercising here, even if you never go to the gym like me π I fell in love with this place during my first free training session, and definitely plan to become a regular here. I highly recommend people who love gymnastics but don't like working out at the usual gyms to come here instead~

I LOVE Urban Aerial Fitness!! I've been visiting from out-of-state for a month so I decided to find a local pole studio while I'm here to keep up with the pole training I've been doing back home (for about 1 year). First of all, the class sizes are small so you get lots of individual attention, they offer a large variety of classes for all different levels, the poles are tall so you're not limited by ceiling height in your moves, and you never have to share a pole (unlike many other studios in the area). The atmosphere is very clean, relaxed, and pretty friendly (although I do admit I was a little confused as to where the pole room was my first time and no one on the aerial side directed me but I eventually figured out). The instructors and owners here are great teachers, experienced/amazing at what they do, encouraging, patient, and they taught me in a way that helped me finally get those pole moves I've been struggling with forever! They push you so that you're always challenged and learning new moves but also break things down so that you're never discouraged. Also, I purchased a one week Groupon deal the last time I was visiting (almost a year ago) and I didn't end up using it due to a family emergency. They were gracious enough to let me redeem the same deal even though it had long expired. I continued with a one-month membership and their pricing is about par or a little less than other studios and they are worth every penny!!! Can't wait to come back next time I'm visiting and take some drop-in classes! If you're looking for a work-out that's fun and sexy while getting a good sweat, I highly encourage you to come to here!!

I have been coming to this studio for almost 4 years, training aerial silks for 4 years and pole for 2 years. I have learned so much from all the instructors here. I come almost everyday and spend 1-3hrs training. If you are just starting out I highly recommend taking the hoop1/silks1 classes. They go over basic climbing and skills you need to be able to excel in the other classes. The all level classes are great if you have a few beginner classes (hoop1/silks1) under your belt, easier to keep up and learn as much as you can from the instructors. Overall I love this studio and recommend anyone who is looking to change up their workout routines and have some fun!
