I love Urban Soul Yoga! The instructors guide you through your practice with kindness and compassion. They help you practice at just the right level for you. Lindsey, the owner, is welcoming and fun, as well as very knowledgeable about yoga. She sets the tone for an environment of good vibes surrounding you while you do your yoga practice. I highly recommend Urban Soul Yoga.

I use to practice yoga at the gym but this studio is the full experience for a full body work out and relaxation. Lindsey walks around the room with lotion and gives you a little neck massage or sprays the room with relaxing scents.All the instructors are very sweet and helpful. Tuesday evenings are free for first timers. Try it! I promise you'll love it.

This studio feels like home. There’s such a loving and supportive community. All the instructors are great and spread positive vibes. I love it here. Especially in the winter when you can hear the sound of the rain against the roof. It’s so soothing.

We love Urban Soul Yoga! Our office started going to Urban Soul last year, all beginners, and are addicted to the "Vinyasa Flow" and great karma in the studio. Lindsey is the best! She is warm, welcoming, personable, and always positive. We couldn't be bigger fans! Total asset to Woodland and Morgan Mill complex.

Unfortunately this studio isn't really a yoga studio, the only thing they care about it making money & they will act nice until they get your money. They've literally swindled little middle aged women out of money, stay away from Lindsey & Heidi, they're not interested in your wellness or your well being, be careful, especially Lindsey, she pretends to be nice until she gets your money!!!!
