I have never had any business relationship with these people, yet I have been receiving text messages from them since Nov 26, 2020, despite being on the national do-not-call list since 2009. I have responded "STOP" several times per the option given in said text messages, yet I STILL CONTINUE TO BE HARASSED. I am going to file a TCPA complaint, since I am entitled to up to $1500 per instance of unwanted contact.

Joel was such a good salesperson. I was excited about getting started on their workout program, I paid $188 for the 1st month membership and went to a 45 min intro class with one other new person. I did what was prescribed in the workout following the APP with the support of the trainer. I wound up with an injured shoulder and strained neck.
I let them know they’re nice and unfortunately this is not for me and yet I was still asked to pay an extra $400 on top of $188 to get out of the contract, but Joel said he’ll give me a discount to “help me out” and charge me only $270 on top of $188 to get out of the membership.
Before you sign up, you should know this: Hard salesmanship so don’t get caught up in the excitement and sleep on it because if it is not for you, you won’t be able to get out., so be ready to pay for it one way or another.

This Bootcamp is awesome! They have plenty of class time options and although the workouts are 30 minutes, they are challenging and each class is different! It’s also centrally located in Carlsbad so it’s easy to get to no matter where you are in the city. This review has been a few months in the making, it’s an important review to me and I am hoping my mind will find the words to adequately express how I feel. Let me just start of by saying, fitness is a very personal journey, which can be often intertwined with our physical appearance, ego, self-confidence, and physical/mental/emotional health. Nothing in our bodies and minds is independent of the other, just as in spirituality and meditation, you realize the concept of other is a fear-based illusion.
Up until maybe ten years ago, weight and fitness never seemed to be an issue for me, I was always playing some sport, running around, doing something. Then I abused my body with the food I was eating, poisoned my mind with depression, hopelessness. Add too much wine, too much stress, too much sitting and a list longer than I care to write. The cumulative effect led me to be the heaviest and out of shape I could ever imagine for my life. Aside for a few short victories in those years, obtained in unhealthy ways which I would not recommend, I became a stranger to myself. I didn’t know who this person was, or how to find myself again, only that continuing to do nothing would mean more of the same.
I decided a few months ago, to begin to address aspects of my life that I wanted to change, and one of the first was to make a change to my physical health, I’m not getting any younger, but I’m not dead yet. I wasn’t sure if boot camp would be for me. When I lived in Chicago and worked in Lincoln Park, I tried similar classes at one of Jim Karas’s (Diane Sawyer, Gayle King, Oprah) studios and although I was ready, the vibe just wasn’t right with the classes, trainers (no shade) and I never returned.
Carlsbad Fit Body Boot Camp has been a game-changer for me. Our morning coach, Sarim, has been incredibly kind, patient, and sometimes tough on me. Since day one, I have felt welcomed, and that I belong there. I never realized just how out of shape I was more than the first few weeks, when I sometimes took a day or two off to give my long underused muscles a break. Sarim has done an excellent job in assessing where I’m at, when to modify exercises I’m not yet ready for, and when to push me harder. I honestly don’t remember the last time I have felt this good, and the one thing you forget or take for granted, is how much your physical health affects every other area of your life.
As I am growing physically stronger, my mind is also getting stronger, and that clarity makes me unstoppable. I have new energy, a better sense of well-being, and when I go to boot camp in the morning, I know my day is starting out right. When you feel that good in the morning, the rest of your day follows. Add weeks and months to that, and you’re living a good life. I have felt only supported by everyone there, we all want to see each other succeed. If you are able to keep on a consistent schedule, you will also enjoy the camaraderie and motivation of a team and support system.
There is a saying that goes, workout because you love your body, not because you hate it. This is the opposite of how we are told to think, even what our own self-talk is. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change, it’s all about shifting your perception and mindset. I’m not yet where I want to be, but I have an excellent leader to show me the way, and the encouragement of my group in every step.

Awesome workout! Everyday workouts are different targeting multiple body part. Trainers and staff are friendly and will push you in every workout. Exercises are modified as needed. Would highly recommend this and will be continue with them!
Update: after being there for a year, i need to provide an update. Sarim the morning trainer is AMAZING and pushes you to work hard. He also encourages healthy eating. However, the owner is money hungry and you only hear from him when he's selling something or adding new fees. He doesn't give you updated contracts every 6 months but then when you try to leave he brings out the old contract you signed. He takes out money from your bank without letting you know and is very unprofessional about it. Sadly this boot camp could be very good if owner was more involved. There are many other there nkw who are fed up and see exactly what we saw. Be more professional so that you don't loose more customers. We were willing to pay you 400 for 1 month if only you would of been more professional about it.

I'm pretty impressed with this place! This is the end of my four week Groupon, and you better believe I signed up. The workouts are excellent for anyone - of any age, body, and fitness level. There are modifications for all situations. I've been doing the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 am with Sarim, who is wonderful. Great at explaining, warming you up, and seeing you through with encouragement. So glad I came here, it's been wonderful. I already feel better.

Really frustrated about their business tactics. Loved the place at first and the instructor is great, but the owner is rude and pushy, not to mention over priced. He made us feel horrible after we said we needed to think about signing a pricey contract. It felt like a used car salesman, now he will not stop texting after 6 months+ it is so frustrating!

The place is amazing! Every workout is different! Never boring, only 30 min, but they make you work hard! I love it, though i have to wake up at 6 am..but i feel so much alive after the workout....i could see the change in my body shape after the first week...i dropped a size already..i feel much better, have more energy..i brought my daughter and she loves it too!.. she had lost some weight and her figure looks slim and fit..i tried other fitness places, but nothing worked as well as Carlsbad Fit Boot Camp.....highly recommend it! I bought a 3-week unlimited class Groupon for Carlsbad Fit Body. I have attended a class every day except for Sundays (the only day they are closed). I go to the 5:30 weekday class, which is 30 minutes, and the 8:00 am weekend warrior session (45 min) on Sundays. I am not typically a morning person, but it has been a beneficial change and a great way to start my day. Being a mom of 4 young kiddios, I love that I'm home and showered by the time I normally am just getting my act together. I also notice an improvement in my overall mood! Although fast, the workouts are truly effective!! Every day is different, which helps prevent boredom, and muscles I haven't hit before, are now sore in a good way! I am feeling much stronger, and I am starting to notice a difference in my appearance. Definition in my arms and abs keeps me motivated to keep going! I've enjoyed getting to know the fellow participants...everyone is friendly, and the staff are motivating and encouraging! Definitely recommend!!

This place is phenomenal! The trainers are very attentive and make the class challenging but still enjoyable. Every day the workouts are different which guarantees that you will be feeling sore muscles in places you did not know you had, but trust me this is a good thing! Mon-Fri each class is 30 mins so if you are someone who cannot dedicate a lot of time to the gym this is the perfect place to squeeze in a good workout. Carlsbad Fit Body is a great boot camp style gym for people who get bored easily when they workout, and also lead busy lives. Before signing up for Carlsbad Fit Body, I'd plan to go home after work to exercise, but I'd get distracted, become unmotivated or just not give my workout 100%. I wanted to create a more consistent workout schedule, and Fit Body helps me with that. 30 minute classes are easy to squeeze into my schedule, the trainers teach you every exercise, and the fast pace tempo kicks your butt! This bootcamp is great! The coaches are super friendly and extremely helpful. They demonstrate all the moves so it is easy to follow and a lot of fun. Would highly recommend for people who want to start getting into working out or just want to shape up!

Highly recommend the Fit Body Boot Camp! The results speak for themselves. The trainers provide amazing guidance and direction through the HIIT routines. Every workout is different which keeps you motivated and constantly challenges you. The class schedule is flexible and easily fits into your routine. Class sizes are limited and they really hold you accountable for being there (which I appreciate!) They don't focus only on the workouts, but provide you with meal plans as well... best part is they are realistic and easy to incorporate into your daily life. Very pleased with my experience in the last 4 weeks and can't wait to see how my body continues to change.

FBBC Carlsbad has proven to be an amazing experience! I was a bit skeptical when I heard about their program, as I have done similar “boot camp” style fitness programs in the past that ultimately were unsuccessful as the strict (unrealistic) diet plans are often only meant for short term (quick) weight loss. FBBC is different in so many ways. First, it’s a super welcoming environment. Both trainers (Alan & Joel) are in tune with your abilities, regardless of your fitness level. You get to meet with both trainers to discuss their meal plan, your goals and your body stats. They really focus on getting to know you and are then better able to assist you through the training. They are motivating and no just how to push you to get the results you want. Aside from the trainers, all of the members are supportive and there’s a true team mentality to the workouts. The class schedule is flexible (early morning and later evening) which is perfect for REAL people, who have real LIFE commitments. Class sizes are kept small, which is great as this provides you amble individual feedback from the trainers. Now for the workouts themselves… they are INTENSE. The intensity is what makes it possible to achieve the results you want with just the 30 minute sessions. Super stoked to have discovered the FBBC and even more pleased with the results they helped me to achieve!

Boot Camp is exactly what I need. The quick, intense workouts fit nicely into my schedule. With a family, I have had a hard time motivating to go to the gym. The personal connection Fit Body provides has given me that extra push - Joel and Alan are incredible motivators. The workouts are always different - I have been sore in muscles that clearly haven't been used in running and volleyball. I really enjoy everything about this place!

I LOVE this place! I moved here a few months ago from Boston, and had trouble finding a gym I liked...until I did the 3-day trial at Carlsbad fit body boot camp! It was the best work out I've had in years and the trainers are super high-energy, knowledgeable,and encouraging! I am now doing the 28 day challenge and hope to continue going to workouts once it's over. The meal plan and recipes they provide are fun, easy, and tasty! The environment is inclusive and challenging. Joining this gym has really helped me live an active and healthy lifestyle in California! I recommend it to anyone and eveyone!!

Work outs sessions are great! friendly trainers and encouraging no matter what your skill or fitness level. The boot camp is awesome I'm only 2 weeks in and I'm already seeing real results. The meal plan and recipe book they give you is legit. Super easy to follow and the recipes are healthy and taste good too. I highly recommend Carlsbad Fit Body Boot camp to anyone trying to get in shape or just to lose a few pounds. Be ready to work hard and have fun.

A couple of months ago I saw something pop up on my Facebook for Carlsbad Fit Body Bootcamp. It sparked my interest and after having a gym membership for months and months that never got used I decided to claim the 3 free days. I loved it! I have never liked working out before and now going to bootcamp is like an addiction! It's such a great workout and I always leave feeling amazing. The trainers are super encouraging and pay attention to how you're doing (moderating movements that are too hard for you or adding weight if it's too easy) I have lost about 6 pounds since I started but more importantly I just feel so much better and so much more confident! My boyfriend can't believe how motivated I am to wake up and get to class at 7 am! I'm excited to see my results after 3 months.. 6 months.. and 1 year!

This was the perfect answer to being bored at the gym. I love that every day is a different work out and it is strategically planned from start to end, it keeps me interested and motivated to go multiple times a week! I don't even know where to start! I recently had a baby 4 months ago and was diagnosed with PPD (postpartum depression) I see a therapist weekly and she's been trying to get me to get up and get out. She says just take a little stroll outside. It's so easy to just sit on the couch and not walk out the front door. Who is gonna push me to do so? I was in such a deep hole, medication was helping but didn't make me feel whole again. As I was sitting on the couch day in and day out I seen this bootcamp on FB. I contemplated signing up because that means I had to attend or my money would go to waste. I ended up signing up. I knew this is what I needed to get up and get out some accountability. I usually love working out so it was a Win Win for me. Immediately I fell in love with the bootcamp. Unlike working out at the gym you get a full body workout in half the time. In the gym I'd run my 3 miles and alternate arms and legs on different days of the week. Everyday at bootcamp it's something different but you feel it all over. Here there are all walks of life and it's like your a team. Ranging from all fitness levels. The trainers always push and motivate you to reach your full potential. If you aren't able to do something they'll modify it so you are able to reach your full potential of the workout. In 12 days here I've lost 4 lbs. but in the end in gaining more. I feel more energy and I'm slowly getting out of my depression. It's not only helping me physically but mentally. So thank you Calrsbad Fit Body bootcamp!!

I started CFBBC about 1.5 month ago. I started with 21 day challenge. I loved it so much I decided to join. The trainers keep you movitated thru the intense 30 min workout. I have seen a difference from when I started to now, I have more energy and I don't feel as tried as before I actually enjoy working out (I hated it before). I joined Carlsbad Fit Body Boot Camp for their 28 Day Buddy Challenge. Not only are the work outs fun, but it's working, the fast 30 minute workout is helping me shred inches, I'm starting to see it in my stomach, legs and arms and I'm only on day 14. The trainers are AWESOME, this gym is the way to go. I can't wait to see my end results.

I joined Carlsbad Fit Body Boot Camp during their 21 Day Challenge and loved the program so much that I'm a full member now. The sessions are intense yet fun, the trainers are awesome and it's definitely a full body workout...in only 30 minutes! It's been nearly 8 weeks for me and I've lost over 10 pounds and feel fantastic! I would highly recommend Carlsbad Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone....you will love it too!
