This is the best gym in the Imperial Valley. I went there for a few years back since before the pandemic happened in 2019 up until this year in 2024. I went from weighing more than 320 pounds, and I was able to shed a lot of weight thanks to a good diet and good exercise. I am so grateful to have been a part of this gym. Dawn is the best! It is a friendly atmosphere and they have great machines.

This gym provides the essential equipment for weight lifting, cardio machines and classes for all levels from beginner to advanced. The most convenient part is that they are 24/7 with key fob and if you’re coming from out of town they have options available for you which is the best part for someone like myself who wants to get a workout in while in town visiting. The experience has been great from the many times I’ve been in. Thank you to the staff for doing a great job.

I have many years coming to this gym is not a huge gym but I have never had any technical problems like other gyms in brawley, it has the essentials stuff for a gym thats enough

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff, very helpful. Love that they have showers if I need them. No other gym in Brawley has that available.

Gym membership is set to expire in sept. Gym is pretty good and has a lot of classes to offer. Only drawbacks would be the mens restroom, lockers are a bit bent out of shape and toilet seems to be clogged most of the time. Gym environment is what one would expect from a gym. Very friendly staff here and would reccomend this to anyone willing to give this gym a shot.

I've had the pleasure of being a member at US Fitness for almost a year now, It has a great atmosphere, helpful staff and great classes. I've found it to be cleaner than the other local gyms and like the constant updates being made.
