Tienen buenas tenicas.pero el dueño tiene muy mal genio es muy arrogante y no tiene respeto para los clientes al igual que algunos de sus couches,les gritan mucho a los estudiantes asta bajar su auto estima...y cuando agarras clases privadas tienes que estar peleando con ellos para que te den todas las clase que pagaste...no lo recomiendo .

I've been training at Valdez for about 4 years now and have been treated like nothing less than family since day 1. The coaches are awesome and have really helped to develop not only my physical abilities but also mental. Coaches will be strict just like they should be, and they always make you are pushing yourself to your limits. Kru Valdez is a master in Muay Thai and is a real cool dude. I highly recommend the Shotokan Karate Whittier classes on Tuesday and Thursdays 6:30 am or 8:30pm, or Saturdays 6:30am if you'd like to learn how to properly defend yourself against unwanted attacks. Some of the instructors have over 50 years of experience and what they teach can some day actually save your life. Highly recommended for teenagers and adults.
