Very refreshing to find a gym where people come in to exercise rather than sit on a machine and simply scroll through their social media! I was impressed by the owner, Marco, since he clearly shows interest in all those who walk into his gym. I was just passing through town for a week, but he was very kind, helpful, and informative. I'm pleased to have had the opportunity to have worked out at Valley Center Fitness and to have met such a decent man, who also served on behalf of his country!

If you are looking for a gym in the Valley Center area, you have to check out VCF! My wife and I have worked with Marco and Maggie for the past year and can’t say enough good things about them. They truly care about each individual that walks through the door, and want to see you reach your fitness goals. If you are seeking a place to call your fitness home and a group of people that will quickly become like family, this is the place for you!

If you're looking for a prime example of what a human is capable of, just talk to Marco! That guy is patient, explanatory, known throughout the community, and helpful at every turn. Great place to get in shape, clean, and we'll maintained. Matter of fact, when I came in, I was balding and follicle challenged, but when I left, I was still balding, but felt great.

What a gift to have such a professionally operated weight training / fitness center just 5 minutes from our Valley Center home. From the ownership to the well trained, outgoing and hard working staff and trainers, this gym is exceptional!

Clean, family friendly neighborhood gym. New Owners took over June2020 put some TLC into the place by fixing things, adding stuff too, and give it a fresh new look. If you're looking to get away from the typical "cooperate" gyms where you're a quota rather then a customer, well this is the gym for you! I do believe fitness is Marco's (Owner) ministry and he loves helping people about his passion.
