It has been a while since I went to checkout a new public gym and all can I say an amazing time working out here. The gym itself is clean and organized. They have a great variety of equipment ranging from machines up to free weights/barbells. One of the staff members Octavio T., was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly that I had regarding the gym and even showed me how to properly use some of the machines. I would definitely recommend signing up amd working out here if you are looking for a new gym in the area.

As I walked in to this gym for the first time I felt this spiritual pressure, this…aura I have never felt before. When I looked in front of me…I saw him. Big Shoulders, Big arms, wide back, hollow cheeks. I could not believe my eyes. He introduced himself as, Anthony Chavez. During my workout, I was a little disappointed in myself with the weight I was moving and it probably showed on my face because he came up to me and what he said was inspiring, “Hey…no matter what you do, as long as you stay consistent, you’ll be 1% better than you were yesterday.” That stuck with me to this day. Shoutout to Anthony Chavez!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Anthony Chavez at the gym—this guy is the real deal. From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, professional, and helpful with any questions I had. But here’s the funny part… for a second, I genuinely thought I had walked into the gym and seen Chris Bumstead (CBum) himself working the front desk. Anthony’s build, the mustache, and overall vibe had me doing a double take. I was ready to ask for a photo and a signed shaker bottle.

I'm happy I have this gym to go to cause it's close to my house and they have a lot of equipment however....... If I PAY MONEY MONTHLY FOR A GYM TO GO TO, don't you think the toilets should work. Like bruh every few days the toilets back up and they close off the whole bathroom/locker room. Just pay to get the bathrooms fixed. Business will be lost by multiple people if this bathroom thing doesn't get fixed. I cant count how many times the bathrooms have been shutdown. And no I'm not gonna walk down the street to use grocery outlets bathroom and ruin my workout. If I have to take a leak real quick mid workout why can't I do that at the gym I pay for

Been coming to the gym on n off since it’s opened and this past year was probably the worst.. the AC didn’t work all summer and now it’s winter and it seems like they have the AC on when it’s 70 degrees outside and to top it off the roof has been leaking so bad with the rain we can probably build a pool inside .. it’s been leaking for years figured it’d be fixed by now considering prices keep going up.. other than that it’s a pretty cool gym very spacious and clean unlike In-Shape

Disappointing. I did the 7 day pass and everything seemed great. So I sign up and now for the past week there are no cardio machines working, there’s no air movement in there except for some floor fans and even the hand dryers in the bathroom stopped working. There’s a cable machine that’s been “out of order” for about 2 wks. AND when I signed up they informed me of a rate increase! Seriously!? Increase rates but give members a cut rate experience. Nice. I’m cancelling after this month is up.

Locker rooms always being cleaned on the busiest times of the day. No floor mats available for ab exercises. You will most likely get charged $10 extra for monthly payment not going through when they never take your bank info during the sign up process. Manager never refunded me the money just changed the monthly fee back to $25 because it was going to keep charging me $10 extra every time.

I was recently charged 30 dollars and 40 dollars for an annual fee which I called about back in September. I was told I couldn’t get a refund for it even though my membership was supposed to be for only a month from June to July. I called about it and they said I had to come in in person and I explained I couldn’t since I am stationed outside of CA. They gave me an email which is different from the one you provided to another reviewer so that’s probably why my cancellation request didn’t go through. I was never charged for any other months which is why I assumed that the email was received. I have emailed the correct email and provided a screenshot of the original email I sent back in September. Also the man I spoke to on the phone had an attitude and hung up on me before I was even finished talking .
