It's hard to express how excited I am to have found Vasper, Vitality for Life, and the owner/operator, Vivian Poole. The technology is amazing, impressive, and science based. Vivian is warm, supportive, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I feel a difference in my core (which is resulting in lower golf scores) and the structure and accountability are delivering a consistency with valuable exercise that I've struggled FOR YEARS to find. I give Vitality for Life my highest recommendation and, even though I don't know you, I think you might owe it to yourself to check it out.

Such a wonderful place to work out and feel supported. I love being on the machine for 20 minutes and knowing it was a great workout and yet, finishing feeling refreshed . It's such a unique workout for all stages of fitness and abilities with great results in strength and movement. It works your body while keeping your muscles cool so you recover immediately and avoid that burnt out feeling that you have with other types of workouts.

I've been going to "Vitality for Life" for many years. It is the only form of exercise that I am able to do. I tend to take breaks from it during the winter months but in the spring, I start right up again. Not only do I feel better when I exercise on the Vasper machine, but I look forward to seeing my friend, Vivian Poole.

In 2017, my 45-year old husband, Steve, was hit by a car while riding his bicycle & was in coma. Two months later he began slowly awakening learning to breathe, swallow, eat, walk, and take care of himself again. His muscles were atrophied and he suffered a severe Traumatic Brain Injury. Six months after his catastrophic accident, Steve tried Vasper at Vitality for Life. Going three times per week, Steve’s former world class athletic body began to show itself again. One of the best medications for TBI is intense exercise and Vasper enabled Steve to experience that. He rode the Peloton at home and went on hikes, but only Vasper gave him the exhilarating high he missed from competition. Because his sluggish body was recovering from the accident, he couldn’t push himself like he used to. Vasper did that for him and he felt the effects. A stage 4 cancer diagnosis ended his Vasper career but it was great while it lasted. Vivian is a gracious, helpful and knowledgeable advocate for this awesome technology. We are grateful for her support of Steve’s healing journey.
