Daniel is hands down the best trainer I've ever had. My husband and I started working with him by chance after our last trainer moved locations. He does an amazing job of training us together and tailoring our workouts to us as individuals. He pushes you while being mindful of what works best for your body. He also meets you where you're at during each session. If I have an off day, he adjusts without making me feel bad for it; if I'm on fire, he works me harder. He's the best. Just get started.

A little more than a year ago, when I decided to get serious about strength training for the first time in my life, I ended up connecting with Daniel thanks to the gym.

One of the best things that happened to me.

Right in my first session, Daniel set a bunch of expectations- no overnight miracles, the importance of consistency, and the importance of protein - especially for me, as a vegetarian.

Fast forward a year+, my BMI has never been better, my muscle mass as a % of my weight is high, I look better, feel better etc.

Daniel - in addition to being great at this - is very personable, stays engaged with you during my sessions (unlike, many other trainers that keep checking their phones…which is pretty annoying), and pushes you to do more.

If you’re considering getting serious about strength training and getting fitter - talk to Daniel and ask him for a free session. You won’t regret it.
