I have been looking for a cycling studio like this for so long! It was dark, music was loud and ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! (2000’s Hip hop, top 40’s) I haven’t disconnected from life like I did for that 45 minutes that day. Highly recommend!

My favorite spin studio! It has such a welcoming & neighborhood feel. Wonderful & helpful front desk staff, the owners & instructors are all top notch. I've ridden with everyone and they all have their own style and are so uplifting and motivating. Every ride is challenging and it's great to see your stats after class. Sycle is the best spin studio I’ve ever been to. There is the biggest sense of community, acceptance, and inspiration there. It is my favorite place to be! I stumbled across Sycle randomly & im so happy I decided to go in for first free ride! The staff is so friendly & helpful. I’ve been spinning for 5 years now & I don’t plan on ever spinning anywhere else again! It is such a family vibe & you begin to start becoming friends with everyone there! I got the VIP unlimited package because the extra amenities that are provided with that package & go almost everyday! I’m so addicted to it & it’s the best thing to happen to me mentally & physically! The teachers are all amazing & very motivating to help you reach your personal goals!

I have tried other spin classes and Its not the same like at sycle. The instructors and staff are friendly and attentive. If you're a new rider or a regular they treat everyone with the best service. All the instructors have their signature routines and exercises while spinning. I feel there is an instructor and class for every type of rider and THIS makes sycle a great place to spin. My favorite instructor Brandy not only is she my dear friend but she really is an excellent instructor. Shes the best for what I love in a spin class, the music, the different exercises while we spin and most importantly the way she teaches and cares about your form and results. Go try Sycle its more than spin its a community!!

All of the instructors are so motivating and positive. They each have their own style, which makes taking any class enjoyable. The staff working the front desk is all very helpful, from helping you click-in on your bike, to being personable and friendly.

The studio is very clean and offers free shoe rental and towels, plus free flow water. One thing that really helps me during classes is the personal goals that we have, which they help us to attain. Being physically fit and healthy is the ultimate goal, but with having an exercise where you can add resistance to intensify the training, as well as actual goals that can be obtained through your ride, is what separates this from other workouts. Overall, I'm genuinely thankful for everyone involved at Sycle. It's absolutely the place to be!

At the risk of sounding cliche, Sycle has changed my life. I started spinning there a year ago in January of 2018 when I made a New Years resolution to work out more (eye roll). I liked the vibe immediately- the bikes are in great shape, there is no fee for renting shoes, they have a filtered fountain to fill up your bottle or water bottles for sale, towels are on every bike, super clean, all the good stuff. I quickly realized it was much more than an awesome workout space. It has become a haven for me. I have made friends there and everyone is always greeted with a smile when they walk in the door (even for the 6 am class). I have taken every instructors class that teaches there and they are all awesome. Each has their own style and music tastes, and they all make working out genuinely fun! Not only has my body seen the effects of Sycle but so has my mind, and that is priceless. Can’t imagine ever spinning anywhere else!!!

SYCLE is such a great spot. I love the instructors and the staff are always welcoming and warm. I have noticed such a difference in body and overall fitness since starting to take classes here. The instructors all offer a variety of classes at convenient times and they make it very fun and engaging. The email rankings they they send to you add a bonus incentive to do really well! Also they offer a lot or specials during holidays on packages.

This is a great little studio in Toluca Lake. Plenty of parking, free flow water, free towels and shoe rental. I have tried other spin places and I believe this studio has some of the friendliest staff as well as some of the best instructors (Brandy and Leslie, just to name a few!). Check it out as your first class is FREE!!!!

Wow! This place was great- I came here by using ClassPass and I’m so impressed. The staff was all so welcoming and warm! They patiently answered my questions and helped me settle into my first class. I did the 7 PM (Tuesday) ride. The instructor definitely pushed us, but also gave us a great cool down and shared a bit about how to help improve our rides with better posture during future classes. I am absolutely interested in signing up for a package- SOON.

I spin on a regular basis and have tried multiple different studios. I was in the area for business, so a co-worker and I attended a class at Sycle. It was awesome. Great music, great instructor, smooth bikes, excellent motivation from the instructor. Both my friend and I were drenched in sweat and endorphins by the end of the class. I'll totally be back the next time I'm in the area. If you're looking for a spin studio, you should definitely check them out!

I found a hidden gem. Upon walking in, it feels elegant and exclusive because of the deep colors. If you walk straight back, you'll pass a retail area, then find the bathrooms. The spin room is back-lit with blue lights and there are surrounding Mirror's. You can do the incognito thing (which I prefer) or be closer to the mirrors or front of room and watch what you are doing. The bikes are the top of the line (Schwann Carbon Blue's) & are exceptionally smooth. The handles are crafted to fit your hands unlike other bikes I've been on. The staff made sure I was completely taken care of. I've been used to wandering in and out of spin class without saying a word to anybody, but everybody, even the riders said hello to me. I look forward to watching the success as more people find out about Spyn Sycle.
