My name is Samantha Ann. I am a fitness coach and a natural Wellness Competitor. I have been coaching for over 5 years now, and I am genuinely blessed to do what I do. I have dabbled in sports growing up. I began to truly start my fitness journey in my late 20's in 2019. I have been at it since!
I love to help females get that power back and begin to show up as the best women of themselves daily. Fitness is more than just the aesthetics, this is longevity of life.
I love to help my clients focus not on the scale, but learning balance with nutrition, building and understanding why we need muscle, and dropping that unwanted body fat. I strive to help my clients with stretches, mobility, strength train and body recomposition.

Samantha is the best trainer I’ve worked with. Not only does she focus on the physical part. But also the mental part. Always making you feel confident in your own skin. Her knowledge in body mechanics has helped tremendously with understanding my body. And how important it is to care of it. She really takes the time to show you how to do an exercise correctly rather than just throwing you on a machine. Since the time I’ve started with her. I’ve never been more confident and strong in my own skin. 💪

Invest in your self !! Samantha is a truly extraordinary personal trainer. Not only does she hold you accountable, but pours so much knowledge into you in every aspect. Her positive attitude and energy is what always gives you energy to finish those last sets!
I started with Samantha not only with a low self esteem, but it was hard for me to eat and gain weight. Though her patience, knowledge and positivity, I have gone from 133lbs to 140 in a little less than 2 months this all muscle!

Samantha is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. I have a number of injuries from younger years and Samantha has so much knowledge about the body that it feels like physical therapy and weightlifting mixed together. The moments I would have given up before are barely a blimp before she is able to adjust the movement and make it work for my body. I have been with her for almost 8 months and feel so strong, energize and healthy. Simply the Best! (plus she is absolutely hilarious)

I been in the gym industry for about 5 years I accomplished a lot along the way but I was at a plateau but when I found Sam it changed so much my progress changed for the better I grew muscle and was able to drop fat within two months of being consistent and trusting her I love it ! Samantha is a dedicated, positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable coach who will tailor your workouts to your body's specific needs and goals. I've worked with many different trainers over the years, and she is the best! She is also really good at adapting workouts when I am injured (not from anything she has done) and helping me do activities/stretches/exercises that improve those injuries.

There is sooo much to say about Sam and so little words to describe her. She’s an amazing trainer who is always there for her clients no matter what. Before every session she always asks about our highs and lows and is very encouraging. I came in with nutrition/ body goals and within the 2 months I’ve been with her I can already see my body forming to what I asked for.
She has a vision for all her clients and is determined to help us meet our goals and more. I have found so many aspects of me that I didn’t know existed. From learning how to position myself to increasing weight and becoming stronger physically and mentally.
Sam is ALWAYS there with you counting reps, yelling her heart out because she knows her clients potential and encourages us to keep going. Sam is there to remind me it’s all mental and I can do anything I put my mind to. I’ve been with her for almost 2 months and I have already seen a significant difference. I’ve lost weight, built muscle, and my skin has become softer and clear.
I used to be nervous about squatting alone at the gym but with Sam I feel safe and comfortable and I’ve improved so much. Not only does she help us learn how to lift and become stronger but she also helps us with learning how to count macros, learn our form, and explains the importance of each muscle group.
She is always there waiting for our check ins for cardio, and meals. At times it’s hard to keep up with a healthy lifestyle, work, family and school but Sam has pushed me to find my potential and to work harder and make it happen. Now it has become a routine, missing the gym or not tracking macros makes me feel out of place.
Sam is always watching and is very caring she’s always there for her clients even through rough times when we think we’re going to fall off the regime. I would definitely recommend her!! She’s fun, loving, great at communicating, and strong mentally and physically. If you’re ready to start a healthy lifestyle and are afraid of not knowing where to start, sam is perfect as she explains everything from cardio, macros, nutrition, body weight, lifting, and muscle groups your working on. She definitely makes you work but it’s so worth it when you see all the results! Sam makes going to the gym fun and something you look forward to, it’s become my favorite part of the day! Dream body here I come!

I’ve been training with Sam for two months and it’s been amazing. She was referred to me by a previous trainer I had and I’m so thankful to have been sent her way. She’s incredibly understanding and motivating and really takes the time and effort to get to know you to try to achieve your fitness/health goals. Sam is so knowledgeable about nutrition, she’s definitely helped me change my eating habits. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have Sam as my personal trainer. I always look forward to all of my sessions with her because she does make working out fun! She’s just a very positive and fun person to be around. Samantha Ann is an amazing trainer who deserves all the good life has to offer. She truly is the epitome of a beautiful soul. I have been training with Samantha since January 2024 and my body has changed soooo much! I started my fitness journey in July 2023 and have lost weight, but Samantha has been a game changer!! Her training is not like other trainers, she’s highly knowledgeable with nutrition and mind to muscle connection (very important). She’s also very attentive to your specific needs/goals and pushes you to your next potential. Samantha is there for you physically, mentally and emotionally and i couldn’t have asked for a better trainer/friend. Working out with Sam is literally like working out with the most perfect best friend. She cares about my health, my mental, my nutrition, and even my body aches. She is fully invested, she is watching every rep helping my form through the entire session and modifying things based on my bodies abilities. I asked her for beautiful defined legs and she has delivered in 4 months we have focused and targeted with intention. Not only am I wearing shorts all the time now, I also walk with so much confidence with my head held high and I carry myself differently. To Sam, aesthetics come as a plus, she truly wants to help people be in a better place holistically.
Sam always brings the most positive energy to our sessions and she makes me feel like more than a client. It's so motivating to have someone who truly believes in you and I think the most beautiful thing is that in return she has earned our respect and we, her clients, believe in her and we trust her and genuinely support her on her own journey. Sammantha is amazing! She is a genuine and caring person. She meets you at your level physically and mentally and challenges you to help meet your goals. She has a vision for you and sees all the potential you have. She is one of those rare human beings and (trainer) that cares about you. Being around her just makes you want to work harder for yourself. She tailors her workouts specifically for you, keeping in mind what you want to achieve, what you struggle with and what you need. The same goes for her nutritional guidelines and she makes sure that we are aware of what we eat and how it affects our bodies especially as females. During her workout sessions her attention is 100% on you and your form (no scrolling on her cell phone). Her positive energy is contagious!

Samantha is the best trainer! She truly cares about her clients and does everything in her power to educate and push you to go above and beyond. She helped me find foods that I liked that were good for me and always pushed me in the gym. She will really help you gain muscle and lose fat the right way. Samantha is an amazing trainer who really cares about each person she works with. Samantha Ann is my trainer and she's the best there is! Not only does she care about you in the gym making sure your forms are correct and explaining why we do each exercise and what areas they targets but she cares about you outside of the gym too. I have never had a trainer that cares about your overall well-being like Sam, she's constantly checking in on you and motivating you. She is a trainer I felt I could relate to and i love that she's a sister in Christ!
