The gym was closed at 5am today and when I went home at 6am it was still closed. The listed hours online and on the app say it's open at 5am on weekdays and yet it wasn't. It seems like this gym has no standards or basic responsibility to its paying customers. Apparently the employees can just show up when they feel like it. Not worth your time or money.

I called to cancel my membership, which has a $50 cancellation fee if done within the first year. However, I was already charged $70 the day before. When I called to ask if I could just pay the $50 fee, I was told to come in so the manager could assist me. After arriving, I was informed that the manager couldn’t actually do anything about it, even if I spoke with her directly.

Now I’m being told I may owe a total of $120 — and possibly an additional $20 monthly fee — which makes no sense and feels extremely unfair. The miscommunication between staff and lack of accountability has made this process very frustrating. I do not recommend this facility based on my experience.

I truly wish I could leave a positive review, but I have been somewhat disappointed with my experience so far. I signed up for the full plan and, after trying for five consecutive days, I was unable to book a single class because they were always full. It felt as though I had purchased something I couldn’t actually use, which led me to downgrade to the basic plan.

Today I left feeling frustrated for another reason—the temperature inside the gym was noticeably higher than outside. This is the second time I’ve felt unwell while working out, as lifting weights in a warm environment is not ideal. On a previous occasion, I politely asked a staff member (who I believe manages the gym) if the temperature could be adjusted. She told me it could not be controlled and seemed uncomfortable with my request. Because of that interaction, I did not feel comfortable asking again today.

I kindly encourage the management to reconsider the temperature setting, as it directly affects members’ comfort and performance. At the Orange Theory I previously attended, the gym was kept at 66–67°F, which made workouts much more manageable. A more appropriate temperature would go a long way in improving the overall experience here.

This gym offers a variety of group classes and the instructors are great - yoga, body bump, HIIT, spin, kickboxing, zumba etc. Facility is kept fairly clean. One of my favorite group class instructors is Lari Macri, she teaches spin class on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:45pm. Lari is super nice, motivating and plays great music.

Do NOT get a temporary membership here. I was told that it would be $14.99 + $4 for a month, and I could then cancel my subscription to avoid any other fees. However, they have a $50 “annual fee” that you pay if you cancel your membership within a month of a given date - and they don’t let you cancel your membership before that, forcing you to pay the fee. It will end up being $69 for a month at this place when I just wanted a place to use while home from college - they’re never seeing a cent from me again.

Fantastic array of classes. Kathy for HIIT is awesome. Classes are new every time and she does a great job of showing modifications, plus thorough stretching at the end of class. I absolutely love this Gym. It’s clean and organized, nice background music, has all the amenities, it’s a large gym and has all the options but still has a cozy feel, not too crowded. The staff is super friendly and provides great customer service. I signed up for the Personal Training package and have been working with Gail for the past 3+ months and she has been the best trainer! She is focused on my specific goals and is great at encouraging me and educating me on the exercises I’m doing. She’s positive and honest and pushes me to my best ability.
She is flexible when scheduling sessions and I always feel great after my workout. She’s the best! Highly recommend this gym!
