Been here since they opened. It was fine for the first year or so, but now it is a mess. Most days, nobody racks their weights, people use/claim multiple things at once, and there are groups of 3+ kids hogging weights and machines, etc.

It’s fine if you don’t have a strict order you do your workouts in. If you do, there are only a few time slots where it isn’t too crowded to do what you need to do w/o having to wait forever, guess if someone else is already using something, or beg someone to let you work in.

I signed up for personal training during opening and my trainer is Autumn. She is a JOY. I have never felt so accepted as a client, limitations and all. She is flexible and accomodating and I really feel motivated to continue my program that she has given me. I am grateful for her approach in meeting me where I am at being realistic with my nutrion goals and always trying her best to make my exercises something I enjoy and really being committed to helping me find so much happiness in movement. I have been consistent for a few months and I owe so much of my fitness gains to her guidance. I went from being afraid of the gym to going 5-6 times weekly. The gym itself is clean, not overwhelming and the classes are amazing. I cycle with Yahaira any chance I get! Her energy is perfect and she has excellent music taste for her classes. Like Autumn she encourages us to go at our own pace and it makes for a positive experience everytime. Thank you V & V and thank you Autumn and Yahaira!

Vim and Vigor AKA Canyon Crest Athletic Club has been remodeled and is gorgeous and better than ever! The Pilates classes are outstanding and spin classes make you want to sale your Peloton bike too.

The staff is invigorated with great energy and enthusiasm as well. I signed up with representatives, Jayson Hawkins, and he actually checked in and kept me and many others updated throughout the delayed opening process and continues to inform us about what to expect next (ie-swimming pool, and pickleball court). He also encouraged me to tryout the infrared machine and its benefits.

Love this gym. Great amenities like hydro massage chair and red light booth. Staff are friendly and have great customer service. James makes us feel like family! They also sell some supplements, protein bars, drinks etc.which is convenient. They do keep up equipment (nothing is ever out of order) and the place clean pretty consistently. Class offerings are fun and there are a variety to choose from.

I highly recommend Vim and Vigor, Riverside. The staff is always welcoming, and the gym itself is spacious, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of equipment. It has truly become my happy place where I can de-stress while working toward my fitness goals. The trainers have been a huge part of my progress.
