Having Simone as a coach was an absolute pleasure! I spent three months in the Bay Area, and my time there was so much better thanks to her. She delivered on everything she promised and more.

We talked a lot about nutrition, my goals, and how I was feeling overall. She kept track of my progress with regular measurements and always made sure I stayed on track. Her positive attitude and energy were contagious. I felt motivated and excited for every session.

The workouts were challenging but never boring, and I always left feeling stronger and happier. If I had stayed longer in San Francisco, I’d have definitely continued training with her. 100% recommend Simone. She is amazing!

I really love Simone as my trainer. She’s so nice and has helped me a lot not only with my body and reaching my goals but my confidence. We always have the best conversations and she truly cares about the people that she trains. Im so excited to always go to the gym and work out because of her. I also want to express just how much she has helped me reach my body goals. We always make sure to check in for our progress after a few months and I love looking at the progress because it shows how far I have came. I am still weak on my arms but I am slowly getting there. She always gives me out home workouts which I do and a big goal for me is also improving my endurance. Let’s just say my endurance has improved tremendously from when I first started working out. I also really love the gym it is so cute and it always smells so good. The bathrooms are so beautiful it’s crazy almost. I def love this gym and Simone as my trainer. I've been working with Simone for the better part of 2024. I had always been looking for a personal trainer that could help me from where I was starting in my journey. From the moment I met her, she was warm, clear on her mindset around personal wellness/fitness, and very easy to be with. This has continued throughout our sessions together. She taught me how to focus on my breath and take the time to listen to my body - a task that was hard for me as I've been disconnected with my body after surgery. A specific example of this is she got me looking at my HR during my workout which helped me learn my "peak HR" to which I need to took a break. Weeks later, as I'm hiking with friends on vacation, I was able to pace myself confidently and not feel doubt. Simone is awesome to work out with - she is encouraging and has good energy. She answers all my questions and always checks on me to make sure I'm can I identify which muscles I'm working out or any discomfort I may be feeling. I would highly recommend working with Simone. She knows what she is talking about and is knowledgeable. Also - she has helped me improve my nutrition so much. It doesn't feel like a chore anymore to eat well. Working with Simone has been a dream!! I started my wellness journey with her December 2022. Before I met her, I was at my heaviest, a result of a combination of unhealthy eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle. In the past 6 months, I have seen huge improvements in my level of energy, strength, endurance and confidence.

I never understood why people liked working out so much until I met Simone! She makes working out fun, challenges me in new ways every session, and is the best hype woman all around. I used to think that cardio was the worst thing on the face of the planet, but she’s taught me how to have fun doing it and to see it as a challenge instead of the enemy. She’s got great YouTube videos that have me sweating when I’m working out at home, too.

I definitely recommend going for the nutrition consultation if you decide to work with her, she’s got a ton of great tips and will provide honest feedback and some tasty and easy recipes to get you started. It was a great jumping off point where she explained the work that I would have to put in when I’m not in the studio to really see results.

Everyone’s journey looks different, but I’m really proud that since we’ve started, I’ve lost over 20 pounds and inches all over! Simone’s reminded me that I am strong and capable, and I’m so excited to see how I feel another 6 months down the line with her support and guidance.

Simone trained me for six months. She was professional, polite and consistent! I loved how positive she was in our sessions. Early on in our time working together she walked me through nutrition and overall lifestyle management.
