Our fitness center is led by two passionate and experienced certified fitness and yoga trainers dedicated to helping you reach your goals through personalized training and expert guidance. We proudly offer classes in Cantonese, English, Mandarin, and Spanish - making fitness accessible, comfortable, and empowering for our diverse community.

I worked with Connie before I got pregnant, and 8 months postpartum I decided to come back because I was feeling weak and had lost a lot of muscle.
She starts with a full assessment of where your body’s at and builds workouts around your goals. Her instructions are super clear, and she’s great at pushing you just enough without it feeling intimidating
I also love the private setup — it’s 1:1, not a big crowded gym, just focused time with someone who really knows what she’s doing.
I’ve noticed a big difference in my strength and confidence since coming back, and it honestly feels so good to reconnect with my body again. Highly recommend Connie if you’re looking for a personal trainer who’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you feel your best!

100% recommendation this gym and both of the trainers! I’ve worked with Christina for a couple of years and SHE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE! Fitness has always been a hard journey for me and once I was able to hire a professional with Vitality Movement I felt like I entered an amazing supportive club! I’m naturally NOT ATHLETIC but at 40 years old and with the amazing support / education/ and direction from Christina I have been able to lose substantial weight and been amazed at what my body can do! I’ve never been so connected with my body and finally feels good to feel in drivers seat of my weight management.

Training with VMA has improved my posture and muscle strength so much.

I absolutely love this gym. The staff (Connie & Cristina) are the most welcoming. Cristina is a wonderful trainer. Cristina has helped reach my fitness goals and has had a positive impact on my mental mental health as well. I truly appreciate Cristina and the rest of the team for creating such a safe space to workout in . I recommend this gym if you want to start a fitness journey . The equipment is new which I love . Do not walk, run and get your assessments in, you won’t regret it.

First would like to thank the staff that work in the gym. Very friendly, very clean. The energy is very welcoming. Shout out my coach Tina. She is the best coach you can ever have. I’ve been working with my fitness coach, Connie, for more than 2 years, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Connie's knowledge of exercise science is impressive, and she really take the time to explain the proper form for each exercise, which has made a huge difference in my workouts. I appreciate how encouraging she is, always pushing me to do my best while ensuring I’m working on different muscle groups effectively.
What I love most is that my coach doesn’t just focus on the workouts; she also discuss my diet and how it can help me reach my goals. Not only that she individualizes workout plans tailors to my specific fitness goals and needs, she is also a very attentive coach. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve seen a noticeable increase in my strength. It feels great to see the progress!
The studio itself is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. Plus, my coach is super accommodating when it comes to the music I like to listen to during our sessions, making each workout enjoyable.
