About the Club

What makes our program different? Created by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), the Vitality Training Program integrates science-based guidance into a professional-level fitness regiment for the everyday person. We mimic a collegiate or professional strength and conditioning routine that uses the most reliable, evidence-based knowledge to provide for long-term effectiveness. Workouts are designed to prioritize safety and can be customized to an individual’s fitness level or need. If followed properly, these programs will produce real results, regardless of one’s fitness experience or health goals. Our programs cater to the fitness needs of everyday people, and are instructed by professionals.

Okay, this is a brand new business venture by a former co-owner of the Acadamy training center downtown. Much cleaner space, modern equipment, attentive trainers, and packed morning classes. Not a gigantic space, but definitely able to pack in equipment thoughtfully with space in the middle for group floor workouts. Definitely worth my money.

Bryan's (owner) eye for detail is impeccable, from the facility's setup to trainers to his evidence-based programming. I always leave feeling like an athlete.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Shout out to Omero’s 12 PM classes! His intentional, "mind controls muscle" approach will have you training smarter, not harder. I've made meaningful gains in power and strength with Omero’s help, locking into what muscle group I'm working and how to feel the difference between a controlled muscle stretch and a muscle contraction. "Get your mind right," remember "everything is a core exercise," and "control the down!" If your goal is to get strong and feel confident—he'll support you 1000%.

Bryan (the owner) is hands down the best trainer in Sacramento. He's incredibly experienced, having worked with everyone from professional athletes to folks going to the gym for the first time, and he puts together effective and thoughtful programming for the daily classes. Vitality is also an amazing community - from the trainers to the other clients, everyone at the gym is so friendly - it's impossible to leave here without making a new friend. Whether you are new to strength training or an experienced athlete looking for personal training to complement your sport, this is the place for you. As a runner, Bryan has helped keep me injury-free and helped me hit my running goals, including qualifying to run the Boston Marathon.
