My boyfriend kept telling me to come check out his gym, and I finally gave in — and wow, I’m so glad I did! I was really impressed by how nice everything is. The bathrooms and locker rooms are super clean (huge plus!), and the equipment is top-notch — you can tell they’ve got the kind of machines that give you a solid workout. I also love that there are multiple rooms and plenty of space to move around.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming — Erika was amazing at explaining everything and helping me get started. And I even got a new Warfit Gym T-shirt when signing up, which was such a nice touch! I’m so excited to start my fitness journey here at Warfit Gym! 💪

War Fit is hands down the best gym in town! 💪 I love that it’s 18+ only, so the environment is focused, respectful, and perfect for serious training. Having 24-hour access is a huge plus. Warfit has been my home gym for the past year and a half and I love it! The gym is well maintained, has everything I need and the people are all pretty great, too.

In October, I had a personal injury that changed how I could strength train so I partnered with Ericka as my coach to push through it and recover faster. She set up a personal nutrition and specialized training plan for me through the gym’s dedicated app and helped keep me consistent, even when I was losing confidence and motivation. I’m happy to say that I am fully recovered and today, I weighed in at my goal weight!

Highly recommend the gym and if you’re looking for a trainer, she’s definitely worth it!

Very cool gym. Lots of hammer strength and nautilus equipment. Very different vibe than a traditional fitness club. Regular people workout here but it’s a much more focused and intentional intention when they workout. Don’t allow filming with any form of tripod but other than that it’s very quality.

Had a scheduled appointment at 6 pm on 6/1/25
Was waiting at the door by 5:50 pm I emailed them at 6:10pm letting them know I’ve been waiting to be let in. I got no response called a total of 7 times between the times of 6-7 pm to try and give them the benefit of the doubt waited a whole hour and gave up don’t bother scheduling an appointment obviously they don’t care about your time or gaining new gym members I do not recommend trying to join this rundown gym as clearly they don’t care about their customers or future customers time. Their email response the day prior told me they would call me 5 minutes before didn’t receive no phone call and I did exactly what they wanted me to do via their email. horribly customer service don’t bother trying to join this “gym”. Talked to a few members leaving the gym asking them questions about how they liked the gym 80% had negative things to say about it and they were planning on switching to a new gym.

I honestly can’t believe how far I’ve come since joining Warfit Gym! I used to be someone who never worked out — I’d get tired just walking up the stairs, and the thought of lifting weights seemed impossible. But then I walked into Warfit, and everything changed. I went to this gym for years. Only reason I left was because I moved otherwise I'd still be there. The owners are professional and very sweet people. They have a great story and through the years they have a built a wonderful gym. It has everything you need all the essentials. It's clean safe and the atmosphere is amazing! They embrace that grit and grind and it looks and feels like an underground no nonsense gym. I highly recommend to any body novice or hard-core. Linda is my hometown and before warfit it was Lords gym and I think another gym before that but ever sense the owners of warfit took over this gym, it has been amazing! Been working out here for the past 4-5 years and I’ve never had an issue with anybody! Everybody keeps to themselves and very friendly. Anyways to keep this review short this is hands down the best gym in the area! Training zone, north side fitness, planet fitness etc. can never compete with war fit. I moved out of the area sadly but anybody looking for a new gym to go to whether your a beginner or been working out for years I highly recommend it!! Thanks again warfit for the amazing 4-5 years! Convenient considering the traffic into Marysville. But, has a lingering sewage smell that floods the gym. Temperature is inconsistent in each room, some are extra hot on warm days. No bottle refill station, just an old water fountain. I’d rather sit in traffic to get to a nicer facility that’s manned with a similar price.

I've been at this gym for the past year and all I have to say is that it is wonderful. You do have to reach them by phone or email first to get a tour but it is so worth it. Everyone here is respectful and they keep the gym clean. Very much a community and everyone here is willing to spit you as far as I've seen. P.S. I was able to hit PR's on my Squat,Bench, and Deadlift.

Got the free monthly Body Scan that comes with the membership last month and it was great. Pretty good perk that lets you track your progress and make tweaks in your workout regimen as needed. The gym is full of all kinds of equipment that makes it easier to accomplish a workout even at its busiest. 10/10 would recommend this gym for serious lifters.

This is the most amazing gym! They are constantly changing things to make it nicer and more machines. If you have kiddos and want to step away and not have them tag along this is an even better gym! 18 and up and 24 hours a day! My bf and I moved to the area a year ago and we were so happy when we found this gym ! They have since expanded and it seems like it gets better and better.
It has absolutely everything you can think of ever needing. Also, they now offer Body Composition Analysis for free which is so important when you’re really wanting to track your results. I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a place that offers you all the tools to succeed in your body and fitness goals. Plus the owner is very responsive , & super helpful. The membership plans are straight forward and everything is very transparent which is an extra plus !

WarFit is hands down the best gym in the area. They have everything you need! Boxing equipment, free weights, machines, a HUGE CrossFit type adult jungle gym lol. The equipment they get is all specialty equipment. They find the rare and effective machines that not all gyms have. Perfect for body building! They also have the BEST VIBE. The esthetic is on point! It’s clean, cool paint jobs with motivational quotes, military representation, good music, TVs, locker room, bathrooms, aerobic machines, AC, Heater!! They even have vending machines with food & drinks! This gym is membership only with a key fob so you can enter any time you want! I’m going to miss this gym so much, but as a Marine Corps family we are always moving. I’m so glad we had the opportunity to spend a few years at this gym! Thank you War Fit Gym!

They're fortunate to be the only gym in the Linda/Olivehurst area; otherwise, I wouldn't consider going there. Firstly, for those concerned about cleanliness, it's unsettling that they use the same cleaning rags throughout the day, which can be unsanitary. Since the gym is unstaffed, wouldn't it be more practical to provide single-use wipes? Secondly, their constant blasting of music, even at 3 am, can be disruptive and the selection often falls short, making the experience less enjoyable.

Been going for about a month. The quotes on the walls and sense of pride, make this a gym worth making a routine out of. This gym is private, but that is a good thing. Means people attending will take care of the gym and put gym equipment back. It would be nice to have a sauna or swimming pool of some sort or even a Cold water bath, but I'm happy with the gym.

I give the gym a solid 2 stars for the sheer convenience of their 24 hour access. However, it’s not exactly impressive and far from the cleanest. Decent equipment and not overcrowded. I will say my boyfriend prefers this gym but we both agree the price is unreasonable. My biggest drawback with the gym is not actually the facility itself but the service provided by the employees or lack there of. Every interaction I’ve had has been pretty unpleasant. From signing up in person to asking questions via email; the interaction is rude, condescending, and just poor customer service in general. I had a couple friends and family members want to try it but, I recommended against it. I would not want my parents or friends to be treated the way I’ve been so, I ended up helping them sign up elsewhere. Lastly, I own three businesses, am a military vet, and my current career path is law enforcement…I’m pretty experienced dealing with people to say the least. When staff/owners are abrupt and rude and treat their members as if they are an inconvenience or privileged to be working out there …that tells me they don’t care about their members. If anything, the members are the people that keep that gym running. A little customer service effort wouldn’t hurt.

I have been to just about every gym in the Yuba-Sutter area and this is by far the best spot for me. This gym is for people that are serious about lifting and getting stronger. I have read some of the negative reviews on here comparing Warfit to gyms like Planet Fitness or Training Zone and I don't understand. This gym is for people that are serious about lifting. I know exactly what I am getting when I walk in. I don't want classes or doughnuts on the counter. I am not looking for pats on the back of high fives. If that's your thing then those other gyms will be perfect for you. I don't understand people that buy a poodle and then get mad at it for being a poodle. I also don't understand people that sign contracts and then get mad at the contract. Maybe I'm trippin.
I like that this gym is 24 hours and I don't have to deal with anyone when I come in. I show up, let myself in, and handle my business. This is definitely the spot for me.

The owner literally tried to harass and intimidate us as soon as walked in to the gym because I posted the review below. Very defensive. Instead of asking what's the problem she started accusing me of posting negative review because she wouldn't cancel my subscription. Which is not the case however I would happily leave this place as soon as possible. she started blaming broken machines on us for not reporting them to her. It is not my responsibility to show you how to fix or run your business. Compare this gym to *Training Zone* down the street or even *planet fitness* they are both much cheaper, better and have better staff that's not accusing you and getting defensive over questions, it's clean and maintained properly. I would be leaving this so called gym as soon as my contract ends or terminated. Avoid at all costs.

Just because you're the owner and think there is nothing wrong with your gym I can't comment on that. Yes you cannot compare your gym to planet fitness because $10 planet fitness have better, cleaner equipments, they have working ACs, and I have never seen a broken machine there. So your comment that there is nothing wrong with your machines or ventatalitions for $40 a month is completely unacceptable. You're just charging premium just because you're one of the only gyms in the area. I would gladly cancel the membership once my contract is over. I have 4 gym memberships and this is by far the worst one. So my comment below stands corrected.

Garbage gym avoid if you can. Dust was accumulated on all the weights for more than a month and half. The temperature inside is not consistent sometimes it's bearable other times it's hot and humid. Machines are always broken or have really bad tension in them. Half the fans are always turned off. I have gotten sick a few times by drinking water from the fountain. Drive 5 mins down and go-to planet fitness which is much better, 80% cheaper and way cleaner. Equipment is ancient and rusty. For the price they charge it is simply not worth it. I lost my brand new water bottle and the next day I asked the owner and she said it must be stolen and refused to check any cameras. I have made the mistake of signing up for a whole year. Try a month or so before signing up for a contract.

*Updated in response to the owner* As for your pricing, I may have gotten that wrong since the time I signed for my mebership, it had only $1 difference, so sincere apologies there. But all the stuff you have marked "wrong" is completely shocking to me. As for the window coverings "to aid in temperature control", you have got to find a better way to circulate air inside the gym. I literally have to move around in order to get fresh air if I am in one of the rooms; it has nasty/musty odor all around. And with all due respect, there is no need to get defensive, in fact you should consider this feedback as a sign to improve. Lastly, did I ever mention in my feedback that I was comparing your gym to Planet Fitness and then you go about saying creating "false assumptions" when you are the one who brought Planet Fitness up, not me. As for "different clientele" comment, you are clearly exluding any one who would like to join (gym is for everyone, by the way), except those "specific" people. You might as well put up a sign, saying, "This gym is only for different/specific clientele. Not for everyone. If you do not feel like working out here, please consider other options." I have nothing against this gym. A few months ago, I enjoyed working out, but not anymore. And I write what I see. And if you do not charge me on my yearly contract to cancel, I would be glad to cancel right away. (This gym does not meet the standards. Ventilation is barely, if any. No AC. Smelly sweat smell encircles you when it is crowded, almost to the point of suffocation.Their 45 lbs weights are more than 45 lbs and some are less. So, when you are working out, some feels heavier than others and vice versa. They have old, rusty machines that are cranking when you step on 'em. If this gym had more intake/ventilation in place (which I feel like they previously had but had shut it with particle boards and covered with paint to hide), I would consider giving this gym a higher rating. With higher membership price, you would expect better equipment and cleaning and other services, but it's none of those. This gym has some amazing people, but the gym itself is dreadful.)

It’s a great gym. You have access to all the equipment you need to get super fit. There’s restrooms with a shower that doesn’t work, and there’s a water fountain. Also, at night if you’re alone, it will still feel like someone is watching you or at least with you in the building. It kind of feels weird but oh well 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great little gym. It’s small but has everything you’d need and more. It’s open 24 hrs so I can always make time in my schedule to go. Not a ton of cardio equipment but there’s always something open.

Absolutely love going to this gym. They have a great set up. Also great customer service. I really enjoy the gym being open 24/7. The people are great, I never felt judged here. I really like the security. Being a young women I never felt unsafe, I really like that they have cameras.

Been very happy here. Started 2 weeks ago. Great equipment. I think its geared a little more towards weightlifting and bodybuilding, vs your casual workout like most gyms. Works great for me!

Terrible customer service. I just went in to cancel my membership and the lady told me I need to give a 30 day notice and make the last payment so I say fine no big deal but then she says that I have a $40 maintenance fee scheduled coming up that I need to pay too. I told her I haven't been there in at least 6 months and her response was "that doesn't matter". So I haven't been there wrecking their gym and I won't be for the next 30 days I'm paying for too but I still have to pay to maintain it. I'll be disputing those charges.

It’s a very comfortable gym to workout in. Most of the equipment is good, they could use a few more pieces of equipment that I feel every gym should have and get rid of some equipment that is useless. For the most part the people in the gym are getting after it and leave you alone. Though gym etiquette is hard to find. More times than not the machines, Bench press, Calf machine, Squat rack and just name it will be loaded with weights. I’ve been to several gyms in my life and people do leave weights on equipment but it’s really bad in here. But besides this the gym is nice and easy to get into your workouts.

This Gym takes it back to basics. Barebones training without the unnecessary utilities you end up paying extra for that you will never use. 24hr access so you come when you feel. Military friendly if you’re in the service. Loud music played to get you pumped. All around recommend 5/5. Oh yea and you get to grunt!

Free wifi and at least one of everything you need to get a great work out in. It's 24/7 no contract. There is a yearly due in June which is fine for no contract. The most enticing thing about this operation is that it is 24/7 access. Power lift section, cardio section, boxing section. Tons of different dumbbells even jump ropes. Hammer + tractor tire.

I love this gym! I was hesitant at first to join, but after sometime of hearing my husband and his cousin’s rave about it I decided to finally sign up. I’m so glad I did! I can’t say it enough. It’s small and private and yet carries everything I could ask for to work for my goal. It’s 24/7 which is the best part because I don’t have to worry about a time frame. Specially being a full time student and full time work it can be difficult to make it to the gym. But with a 24/7 gym there’s no stress. It’s never too busy for me and they also offer and very safe environment. Being a girl security is very important to, the only ones who can enter in are the one’s who are signed with them. Hints they are very strict with who can come and go, which I appreciate and Incase of an emergency they have a great set up as well.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Husband and I joined just a couple weeks ago and love it. Love that we can go as early or as late as we want. Everyone leaves everyone else alone. Don't feel super judged walking in. It's been amazing.
