I love it here! Instructors are wonderful warm and so kind! I’ve always got hands on assistance when my posture is off. It gets pretty full in the peak mths so you may want to book ahead! Especially on weekends! I love the community and it’s wonderful that there are options for dys hrs and types of classes! Highly recommend warmth! It’s a great yoga community to join and feel welcomed !

The kindness and community fostered by Mariah is phenomenal. Last week, she had a studio party and brought in her wonderful mom, a top-notch caterer, to cook delicious Korean food, and her grandmother. I have brain damage and really don't like the cross-talk of parties, but some of the souls at Warmth are so resplendent that I just locked in and had lovely conversations. Mariah is one tough, loving soul, so she doesn't need anyone to defend her. But client communication is a delicate matter. It's a trip when the fast-paced hustle culture meets the slowdown of good yoga. If you're Type A and think instructors are there to serve you, Warmth probably isn't a fit. Instant responses in yoga and massage are counterintuitive to the message. What you will get at Warmth is top-quality instruction with heart. My favorites are Amethyst, who goes all in on astrology as well as great breathwork. Brandon is one solid dude and fits right in with the feminine tantrika vibe that Mariah embodies; he cares a ton about every soul in his classes, and they are often packed due to his sweetness. And Kaci, I wish I could stay up late on the regular, because her sultry, smooth dancing style of yoga is so much fun. I highly recommend Warmth and feel quite motivated to speak kindly about the creation.

I booked a class a few weeks ago. The morning of the class I went to the Warmth website and they had changed the style of the class (with no email or otherwise notifying the students) to a slower paced yoga. I was not interested in that style, so I called the phone number listed on the website to clarify. The phone number “has been disconnected”. So I canceled the class online, and the website said I would get a full refund. Weeks later, I have not received my money. I emailed the address on the studio’s website, and….. crickets. I’m frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service/communication.

Update. Since writing this review I have reached out twice on the studio’s instagram account. Though I can see my messages are being read, I have still received no response. I am taking my complaint to BBB; it is disgusting to me that a company that presumably teaches integrity clearly has none. Do better, warmth.

Having practiced yoga for years in many different studios, from LA to SF to NY, Boston, Dublin, Bali… I’ve encountered a number of wonderful yogis, and seen the inside of countless studios. True to its name, Warmth is warm in more ways than one, and Maria is one of the best teachers I’ve ever met; her spirit, knowledge, physical ability, flow creativity, poise, dedication, and work ethic make Warmth the only choice in the area.

When searching for the right yoga studio, it's not only the classes, but the environment, and the ones who run it. The energy is quite off. Being part of a studio where the yogi's are true inside & outside the classroom is what I truly seek. This definitely is not the one.

Can’t say enough about this place. I’ve been to quite a few yoga studios and this is by far the best. The owners and teachers all have a slightly different style but share the same rock solid foundation. It’s a place of health and happiness.

Very professional and well set-up studio.
They also have a room of infrared heat, which I'm looking forward to trying. Got invited to take Pilates with Genevieve, and she rocked my world (in a great way). The handling of my 10pack session option was simple and easy, and I felt very welcomed. I was ready to feel intimidated, but I got everything but that. You can tell these people are passionate about their craft. As a practicing yogi, seeing a real pro in the Pilates dept put me to work gave me a nice balance. Very pleased.

If you're searching for your home studio, look no further! This place has it all - excellent instructors, beautiful studios, nice showers/changing areas, and great ambiance. The well-rounded classes are challenging but can be modified to your fitness/energy level. All of the teachers and staff are welcoming, creating a real community where your practice can flourish and grow. If you've been thinking about taking a class here, this is your sign to go ahead and do it.

Bonus: cool lavender scented towels available at the end of class are so refreshing

Beautiful studio and class. I dropped in while visiting Grass Valley, and I felt extremely welcomed here. The class was challenging but also accessible, and it was apparent how much love and care the instructor (Mariah) placed into her guidance. I left feeling in deeper connection with my heart. I'm grateful for the chance to stop, and I hope to stop again one day. Thank you!

Excellent guidance from the yoga teachers here. A really nice vibe. 26&2 is my favorite practice for my emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness and they have a great studio for it.

Such a welcoming and clean environment! Hot yoga and pilates can be intimidating to some but it truly has been the best form of self-care that I’ve ever experienced. This town has so many yoga studios and Warmth in particular really stands out, not only by what they offer, but also because of the customer service, the attendees, and inviting atmosphere make you want to come back and get your friends to join as well! So very impressed by this business, give it a try, you won’t be sorry!

This is a great yoga experience for all levels. There are a variety of classes from beginner to advanced. The instructors are easy to follow while you can remain at your own pace. Practicing Yoga in a heated room leaves you feeling like you’ve been “detoxed”. Classes are too crowded, however. They are growing out of their space.

Isaiah and Mariah are very welcoming and friendly owners! They've built an amazing studio together and they're always looking for ways to improve their business. They have created an extremely pleasant environment for people to comfortably come and workout through various forms of yoga. The hot yoga is the best. Bathrooms and showers are all very clean with plenty of space.
