MISSION STATEMENT
To help those seeking to better themselves to obtain a higher quality of life through Yoga, Meditation, Strength Training & Fitness Nutrition. I am looking to build a community who shares a vision of a healthier life for all. It all starts with you!
At Well Life Yoga & Health I do not believe that cost should be a barrier to Yoga and the community. I have a donation based flow offered for those who want to participate yet have financial difficulties.
Whether through advice or one-on-one guidance I want to help others to be their best selves. To feel better about themselves and to gain confidence; to really love life and their selves from a whole health perspective. I want to help YOU to "Live Your Life Well"!

I have been attending classes for over a year now and April is amazing and her classes are great! Regardless if you are a beginning or advanced student, April shows modifications for all poses so everyone is at their own comfort level. I have definitely seen progress over time and I always feel better after attending class.

I recently visited Well Life Yoga and Health for a yoga class with a sound bath, and it was extraordinary. The Yoga was led by April, the atmosphere was warm and serene. The instructor’s clear guidance made the session enjoyable for all levels, emphasizing mindfulness and breath.
The sound bath during Savasana was the highlight—soothing waves from crystal bowls and chimes washed over me, melting away tension and leaving me deeply relaxed and balanced. If you’re seeking top-notch yoga with unique wellness practices, Well Life Yoga and Health is a must-visit. Bringing along others next time.

My husband and I had a great experience at the Warming Yoga & Sound Healing Bath. The yoga was slow and focused on breath-work and stretching which was perfect for me as I was 27 weeks pregnant. The sound bath was incredibly relaxing. What a great find!

I have been attending well life yoga for over a month and I am loving the results so far. Started from zero and with the help of April and her amazing fitness plans I have definitely noticed some changes. If you want to embark on a wellness journey but don’t know where to start, definitely check out either one of her fitness plans or drop in on one of the yoga sessions.

I love taking yoga classes at Well Life Yoga & Health! April, the yoga instructor, is friendly, well trained, patient and has a soothing manor. Her classes are fun, dynamic and challenging, as she offers a variety of levels from beginner to advanced for each yoga pose we practice. April also offers some additional services during her classes like a short guided meditation and a light massage at the end if a client requests one. I have been practicing yoga for many years now and I’ve found these classes to be some of my favorites. Overall, Well Life Yoga & Health is a small business I am happy to support.

When I had my first private session, I cried during the first 4 mins of meditation. It was so powerful that I wanted to do it again. She is a hidden gem. I don't know why I didn't discover her before. Now I can keep up with my health.

I first met April at her Yoga spa day event and was instantly hooked on her technique and energy. I am someone who has zero experience with yoga but have always wanted to try it. April is AMAZING! She works with all levels. I had never done an “official” yoga class before and she has helped me progress with the poses and vocabulary. I’m glad I gave it a go and plan to continue my “practice” at Well Life Yoga and Health. April is always on time, pleasant, and provides valuable feedback. My classmates were very welcoming.
Her class schedule works for those of us who work. I keep my mat in the car and can make it there with time to spare.

I have a bad back and my doctor suggested Yoga to me. I heard of a class that was being held in a park in my neighborhood so I was going to give it a try. April was very welcoming, approachable and understanding of my health issues. The class starts with a few minutes of well guided meditation by April. The Yoga exercises have a great flow to it and April is very accommodating to everybody and helps you modify the poses to your individual needs and capabilities. The class ends with a short but very relaxing essential oil pressure point therapy if wanted.
The sessions build on each other so you can really see a progress over time.
My back has adjusted very well and the pain level has significantly decreased thanks to April's expertise and "homework exercises". My body has become more flexible and I am still working on my balance.
I started going to other classes that April is offering and Yoga is now part of my weekly routine. She also offers private lessons if you would prefer.

This was my second time attending a yoga class in my lifetime and my first with April.
As a newcomer, April was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was akin to reconnecting with an old friend who you haven't seen in sometime. Some of the poses were a bit difficult for me, which April noticed and was quick to guide me with better posture suggestions and blocks for support.
I'm very active and the pace of the class was perfect for me. Going in I figured I wouldn't have much of an issue keeping up, and I didn't. April went slow enough to not leave the new people (me) behind, but pace was fast enough to keep your heart rate up.
Towards the end of the session April offered for a calming aromatherapy. I accepted, laid down, and closed my eyes. April performed a temple massage while I breathed in the aromas. I forget the exact smell, but the experience was very calming.
Although I was new, I never felt out of place, singled out, or intimidated. April's kind, loving and calm demeanor shined through. I'm excited to see what other classes April offers.

As a beginner to yoga I felt very supported by April's guidance and she offered multiple suggestions for how to accommodate different skill levels, whether you wanted to push yourself or go a little easy. I especially liked the chakra connections and intention setting she spoke about during the practice because it helped remind me that this is more than just a stretching exercise, it's a way of being that can support various aspects of my life. I highly recommend connecting with April and her studio. I felt very held and guided.
