The best pilates studio around. Their instructors are knowledgeable, professional and extremely caring. Group classes are fun and challenging. For those looking for a more personal experience, private sessions are tailored specifically for your needs.

I have been going here for the past 6 years. I couldn’t live without it. I have been to other Pilates studios but none can hold a candle to this place. Andromeda is beyond the best. I walk out feeling so great every time I go. I have used other instructors at the studio and they all are top notch. Worth every penny!!!!

I love the feeling of this place. I am always comfortable coming here even if I haven’t worked out for a while. Plus, the owner is amazing and has the knowledge to know what’s needed and not just perform a “by the book” class. highly recommend.

I am a medical provider and an Orthopedic specialist. I refer patients to Andromeda Stevens because she is not just a Pilates instructor. She is a primary care medical provider and understands how to prevent injuries, correct bio-mechanical imbalances and correctly rehabilitate patients.

Just wrapped up a lesson with Kelly Dimeo and I feel so strong and healthy. The reformer really helped to target movements that I find harder to isolate elsewhere. Heading back for sure.

Extremely unprofessional and not trained to deal with beginners. If you are advanced they may be ok but for those new to Pilates steer clear!

Best Pilates studio by far. I have been coming here for over 7 years. The teachers are amazing. The front desk staff is beyond friendly and the studio is super clean. There are tons of classes offered from as early as 7:30am to 7pm.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new studio.

I have been coming to Pilates Sports Center for about 6 years and love everyone. Kelly D is my trainer and she is the best, calm, challenging and so understanding. When she goes on vacation (which isn’t often) I’ve had many of the other trainers wh also are amazing. Lindsay at the front desk knows everyone by name and welcomes you into the studio. Kelli A. & Andromeda are always available to help and answer questions as is Kelli’s husband Art. It is one big happy family and I feel like they have made me a part of it.

"Pilates was a form of exercise I thought I'd get around to... some day. When I started having some physical therapy a couple of years ago, I was sold! The experience has exceeded my expectations, but my trainer, Laura, has been my "Dream Motivator!" She always greets me with a smile and a jubilant attitude that rubs off on you immediately. From the beginning, she has been able to know how to "gently" persuade me to push my workouts to a point that have taken me to a level of health and fitness I would not have imagined. She is never judgmental and knows my limitations, but is undaunted as she tests my ability with new and more challenging ways to improve. I am so excited to work with her and value her expertise and steady leadership beyond words! Workouts are not "work" they are "illuminating".

I LOVE Pilates! It’s one of my newfound fitness loves so you should be aware that I’m eager and willing to try different studios without hesitation. With this said, I’ve been around the block enough to know that when I see older (senior citizens) adults in the class or studio it is a great sign and Pilates Sport Center has a ton of great signs.

1. If you are new to Pilates a lot of the movements are confusing to execute. You need to get used to the machine and knowing how to contort your body while working the machine could be a bit daunting. The instructors here are super nice and gentle. They realize everyone is at a different fitness level and they truly accommodate individuals based off your level.
2. Pilates is intimidating af! I mean when I first started all I would see (and no offense) was skinny white girls. I mean girls already in-shape who probably workout 7times a week. So when I first started I never thought I would master the moves nor look like those women (and I still don’t but I represent for the short black girls with a gut ^_^). Here the class is diverse. They have men and women of all fitness levels and size working out.
3. Sometimes the music can be distracting! Some studios like to blare electropop while you Pilates and while that’s cute, I am more focused on staying on the machine and listening to the instructors next move. Here the music is at a gentle and relaxing hum and you can really focus on the instructor.

With all this being said I love this studio because they take it easy but the workout is crazy challenging, which you will certainly feel days after. Diversity matters! I like being in a class that’s also generationally diverse. There were older people getting privately trained as well as in class. I’m not looking to get injured and I know the workout is sustainable based on the clientele.

Parking was free and simple, located in an underground facility. The space was clean and bright. Simple décor reminiscent of a gym but imagine a gymnasium dedicated to the art of Pilates.
