I’ve been doing semi-private training with Ivan for the past 6 months, and it’s been an incredible journey. My goal was to gain weight and build muscle, and Ivan tailored my workouts perfectly while also guiding me on protein sources to hit my targets. I really appreciate how he not only shows the correct form but also demonstrates the wrong way, which helps me avoid mistakes and train safely. Thanks to his support, I’ve made great progress!

The gym itself is spotless, fully equipped, and I’ve been introduced to so many new exercises which has been both fun and motivating. I will do my best to keep my Feedback & Respectful. WestCA has usually been my stomping grounds to help me ventilate ever since my Mom’s Passing last August 2024. It still has NOT been easy to get over her passing, but WestCA is still 1 of those Gyms that help me pass the time.

As to sincerely reiterate, WESTCA has been my “Stomping Ground” Gym since 2017. There has been a time I took a LOA for Personal & Private Reasons, but it is a gym that I let loose my charisma while I am doing cardio, let alone that I just would like to be noticed. I have a close connection w/ Tory & some of the Front Desk staff. My MOST FAVORITE MOMENTS are the pictures I get w/ Tory & some of the “‘Bodybuilder’/‘Physique’ Bros in Christ” for Fitness Inspiration & Motivation. Especially when get my pictures w/ them, I have the resources to stay motivated & determined, though I ALWAYS continue to add more.

Some (NOT ALL of them, for now) are as follows:

1) The parking (especially that since I can NO LONGER put any trust into the Parking Garage: 1 of them, Car Theft). Additionally, like Tory, I would like to be able to train/workout w/ someone w/ a STRONG & BUFF Physique such that I can stay focused in my workouts since I sometimes find myself distracted while I workout. Most especially that since I work late during the weekdays, I am not able to get a lot done & usually do the same workout every time.

2) Because I am Autistic, 1 of my BIGGEST Problems is that I haven’t had it easy finding someone as MASSIVELY AWESOME as Tory or Charlie to workout w/ me since I end up working out alone. LET ALONE…& just to sincerely say in the least w/o saying too much, to get attention as, in my way since (again) I am Autistic, I am in my own world while working out.

I would like to see reparations made to the roof of the gym. MAINLY during the Rainy Season, & even experiencing it for the 1st Time on what “WOULD HAVE BEEN” my Mom’s Birthday on 10/13, the gym ended up closing early due to the Flood.

Although the Gym is a Safe Haven for my workouts, I would like to see more improvements done.

A Quote I came up w/: “You are ALWAYS ‘being at’/doing your BEST when you become BETTER each day!”

Overall, based on everything I said, I am Autistic & just trying to be myself. At the same time, I just need that EXTRA Motivation to help me stay focused in my workouts. As I love Pokémon & Acting (just to name a few of my MOST FAVORITE Hobbies), I would like to be understood in my workouts.

Joined Westca about a year ago looking to get away from 24-hour fitness (which is crowded and has cleanliness problems). I originally joined Westca knowing the community events they do so I can meet more people in the area. Initially, I started working out on my own and learned about trainers at Westca, and I noticed them training people. Finally, I decided I needed something extra so I started training with Adam in 2025 and it's been amazing. Within a few months, I have had great success in strength gain as well as overall fitness. Best of all I don't have to think about what workouts to do which frees up my time to actually progress in fitness. Definitely, a great choice for the gym!

A pretty nice gym with solid equipment and a lot of space. Does get a little crowded in the evenings when people get back from work, but that’s just peak hours. I joined WESTCA at the early stage of my pregnancy looking to stay strong, fit and healthy during pregnancy, post birth and to also prepare for labor. I was able to hit all my goals and had an excellent labor and recovery experience because of how well trained I was at this gym!!!! My trainer, Adam, is someone who truly cares about each and every client and caters to their needs whilst encouraging accomplishment of multiple stretch goals and ensures accountability and constant progression. Best gym in downtown San Jose. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now. WestCA has a great staff and a fantastic location. All of the gym equipment is well-maintained. Everyone is friendly and the culture is such that you can either put your headphones in and workout solo (no one will ever bother you) or you can chat and make friends with the people around you. I participated in a semi-private group training program recently at Westca gym with their trainer Ivan and it was an amazing experience! It went by super-fast; I did several exercises I haven't done recently, and he was able to push me just enough to make it a challenging but fun experience. The gym is super clean, bright and they have tons of machines. If you are looking for a top-notch gym you need to give Westca a try and I highly recommend doing a semi-private group training experience.

I went to Westca for 1 year. Paid in advance. Staff were always great. If you want anything from the fridge they can just charge your account on file if you want, which I liked its super convenient . They always greet you by name when you walk in. Definitely the most high end yet affordable gym I've gone to. Was accidently charged a additional year when I was out of state, they refunded me that same week. When I used to go to 24hr here in San Jose we had a guy get stabbed, and then at golds and planet fitness there are always these weird brawls/fights. Its crazy that we all know or experienced something like that at the gyms in the 408. At Westca I always felt safe and surrounded by either professional athletes or fitness professionals, they just seemed to change the vibe to a more calm and productive vibe/ culture. I don't know how to explain it, It was just a overall better experience every time I worked out there.

What I really love most about this gym is the community feel, working out here I have been introduced to so many members who all chop it up and motivate each other. I first stepped foot into Westca back in the beginning of 2021, I started training with a friend / trainer then (Lani). I am not as consistent with going to the gym as I should be, but going to Westca I feel like I’m not the “odd guy out”. I’ve maintained my membership the last few years with no hesitation. My work is incredibly demanding, often requiring long hours, high pressure, and very little consistency. Amid all of that, Ivan has become the most consistent thing in my life. He’s not just a trainer—he’s someone who truly shows up for you. He’s flexible, intuitive, and constantly adjusts workouts to meet you where you are—whether that means accommodating an injury, mental fatigue, or just a rough day.

He’s also someone who genuinely cares. When a research paper I wrote was accepted for publication, Ivan asked to read it—and the next time I saw him, he had actually read it and quoted it back to me. That level of interest and support is incredibly rare. Some days, he feels more like a therapist than a trainer, and I always leave our sessions feeling better than when I came in.

The group personal training is a game-changer. You get all the benefits of a personal trainer—custom plans, real-time feedback, accountability—without the price tag. And on top of that, you become part of a community of like-minded people.

I genuinely don’t understand why anyone would still go to corporate gyms like 24 Hour Fitness. WESTCA is spotless and thoughtfully designed. Their apparel line designs are also top-tier—some of the best gym gear I’ve ever seen, even compared to mainstream fitness brands.

Tory and Meaghan, the owners, are another major reason WestCA stands out. Tory knows everyone by name, greets you right when he sees you, checks in on your life, and makes you feel like you belong. I’ve made real friendships here because of the welcoming, community-first culture he’s created.

If you’re looking for more than a gym—somewhere you feel seen, supported, and inspired—I highly suggest WESTCA.

I’ve been training at WESTCA Gym with Ivan since November 2023 and have split sessions with Adam since September 2024, and I can confidently say it’s been a game-changer for my fitness journey. Before joining WESTCA, I had memberships at big-chain gyms but never knew what to do, so I’d waste time, stick to cardio machines, and eventually stop going. That’s completely changed here. Ivan’s workouts are always creative, effective, and adaptable—if a machine is taken, he quickly adjusts without missing a beat. My trainers both know exactly when to push me to lift more, when to adjust if I’m having an off day, and when to match my sassy sarcasm about the torture from exercise. But truly - every session leaves me feeling accomplished, stronger, and more confident.

I really enjoy this gym especially when compared to the cheaper options near me. The space is clean and equipment is where it is supposed to be. It's usually not packed in the mornings so you move through a workout pretty efficiently. I hit up WESTCA gym for a late-night workout and just needed a day pass. Punam at the front desk was super nice, and within 10 minutes, I was all set. She gave me a quick tour, and I was ready to go. The gym may be small, but it’s got everything you need to hit every muscle—clean, organized, and well-stocked with cable equipment that’s easy to find. Working out at WestCA is fantastic. Although it’s a small gym there’s always machines available. I have workout sessions with Genti and he’s great to work with. He creates workout plans for the days that I’m not with him which helps me to continue to work on my fitness goals. Strongly recommend this gym! 💯

6-month update: I joined a 6-month program and was blown away by the experience. Genti, my trainer, was a great guide in my fitness journey. He made sure that I understood the workouts and what I should be doing outside of the gym in terms of eating. I started at WestCA not being able to do one single push and was using 10lb dumbbells. After 6 months, now I'm able to do up to 20 push ups and have even done reps of dumbbells at 35 pounds. I am forever greatful to WestCA and to Genti for taking me in and for showing me that I can build up my strength.

A few things I loved were it’s size (not too big but not too small), crowd (never felt over crowded), cleanliness (EVERYONE cleaned up after themselves) and #1 community/culture (the staff as well as the owners Tori and Meaghan take their time to get to know you and make you feel welcome). I am not a diehard weight lifter but do it for my health as I am now considered a senior. Meaghan and Tory, as well as all the staff, have been very supportive in helping me in anyway they can. I really enjoyed my time here. It has a great flow, and a variety of people at various stages in their fitness journey; which I greatly appreciate seeing. My only critique is their floor space to do calisthenics is pretty small, as in only 5-7 people can fit. Also, if there’s a trainer with a group they can sometimes have little regard for other people who want to use the machine they and their group is on. This is only an issue because there’s really only one of each machine. On the whole though, it’s a great gym and good location, a little off the beaten path, but still close to most things. It’s always clean and there’s a good sense of pride in their front desk and training staff.

Follow up review from 6 months ago! During the past 6 months, I have been on a bulking cycle. My trainer, Adam, has helped me gain 10 pounds of overall weight with of which 5.8 pounds was an increase lean muscle mass! In addition, my body fat percentage has actually decreased 0.6% which is amazing. He has helped stay on my nutrition plan. I can't thank WestCA enough for helping me towards my fitness goal and I highly recommend WestCA if you want serious results!

I think the most important qualities of a gym is being in a community that is inclusive, supportive, and treat you like a human being. And Westca is just that. The community here not only cares about your health, but also you as a person.

As someone who identifies as trans and queer this was the only gym that ever made feel safe about who I am. The staff have been super awesome (big shoutout out to the amazing human Maegs!) and make the genuine effort to honor my respective pronouns.

I’ve been working with Ivan who is helping me reach my goals of living my true authentic self by preparing for my top surgery. Working Ivan has been a blast, as I can already feel much more confident in myself and working out than I did starting 4 weeks ago. As someone with severe depression and anxiety it has been absolutely healing to be here because of how extremely kind everyone is.

Fantastic gym. Everyone there is super friendly and you get a strong sense of community every time you walk in. The space is small but they make the most of it and I've never had any issues waiting too long for certain equipment. I've had the opportunity and privilege to work with both Tory and Adrian, who have shown me the ropes of training with free weights and machines. I’m currently training with Maegs and honestly she’s the only reason I’m continuing to come back to the gym. The gym is smaller than your big box gym with dated machines, but it makes up for it with its cleanliness, welcoming environment, and people, both staff and gym-goers! I’ve always felt welcomed and supported here, even when I was working out on my own. I can honestly say all staff will greet you with a smile, say hi when able, and are approachable if you have any questions. One day, I was invited to work out with one of the personal trainers, Maegs, and I was hooked! I signed up for sessions immediately and enjoyed every minute. When it comes to my personal trainer, Adam, it's five stars all the way. He's kind, patient, has a really positive attitude and a great sense of humor. And yet he also keeps me accountable and on track with my fitness goals.

The gym itself is clean and has a nice community atmosphere. The clients are friendly and I've never noticed anyone being creepy or weirdly macho.

My fiancée and I did have one frustrating episode with Westca: We were significantly overcharged for several months. When we noticed the issue and asked for it to be fixed, it took a few months—and several reminders plus an in-person meeting—before they finally fixed things on their end.

We'd hoped they might make some kind of gesture for their error, but when we asked if there was anything they could give us for our troubles we were effectively told: "Well, we gave you your money back."

First and foremost, my trainer Adam is AMAZING, he pushes me to up the ante in my workout but never in a way that makes me feel unsafe or pressured. Can’t recommend him enough. I also love what a diverse group of people workout there and people are super nice. Despite being busy at times, the wait to use a machine is never too bad. There’s a variety of workout equipment and the place is kept clean.

That said, I have had persistent billing issues that totaled to ~$3000 of overages over the 9 months my fiancé and I have been members. I’d alert staff that I was being double charged, told it was fixed, only for it to happen again. Hopefully, it is fixed for good since having an in-person meeting with the manager this month. Though tbh it was disappointing that when I inquired whether a gesture could be made for the inconvenience the manager declined-citing that she had returned the money (which is not a gesture, that’s simply returning money I was rightfully owed) and that my enrollment fees had already been waived (which they were, but that was supposed to have been because of a promotion being offered at time of sign up). I totally understand mistakes happen but I just think that after being overcharged by thousands of dollars offering some sort of gesture (such as waiving the additional annual fee this January) would’ve been the least they could do considering the impact to my budget and the time it took me to make multiple inquiries requesting repayment.

I was fortunate enough to attend a few sessions during the two-week trial with Adam and he was communicative, well-equipped/trained, and motivated me during our workouts. I expressed my weaknesses and goals to him and he was considerate and tailored a workout plan to help strengthen my injured shoulder and leg pains. I have been been a WESTCA member for a little over 2 years now. And recently have worked with Adam as my nutritional trainer. I can't say enough how thorough Adam is when creating meals and macro target goals for daily meals. I am completely new to dieting and learning what my body should be eating to fuel me through out the day and what I should be avoiding. But Adams program has made it simple for me to understand where my food sources should come from. He also included different recipes for easier meal prepping for the busy weeks. I've been training at WESTCA for 1.5 months. Its a great gym. Superb staff and high quality equipment. My trainer Ivan has been training me and he has adjusted the workouts according to my goals. Also his patience in teaching me form and sub routines is commendable. Provides me motivation and helps me anyway he can. I usually go in the mornings and there is no 15 minute waiting lines at each equipment like in some other gyms. 100% recommend the gym as well as their personal training program.

I've been going to Westca for a little over a year now and have used both their private and semi private trainings sessions with Brandon (who's no loner at Westca) and Adam. From getting set up with a consultation to finally "graduating' from semi private training to my regular gym sessions this gym has been nothing short of an amazingly welcoming gym. I was used to those 24 hour fitness gyms which made me scared to try weightlifting. Working out here has been the complete opposite. I had amazing trainers that took the time to teach me the machines and movements and pushed me to do my absolute best each time even when I give them the hardest of times. Since joining, according to my inbody scans and Adam's math - I've cut my body fat in half!!

I’ve been coming here for a few months, doing semi-private training, so i workout with my trainer, Adam, and a couple other people. I think westca is the perfect place for any fitness level because you’re surrounded by a helpful staff, knowledgeable trainers, and judgement free peers. I’ve put on 10lbs and lost a percent of body fat in a pretty short time thanks to Adam keeping me accountable, and constantly challenging me. I am the kind of person that does not like working out. It gives me a lot of anxiety and discomfort being around a lot of people that seem to know what they're doing. However, since I started training at WestCA, all of those discomforts and worries melted away. I've been training with Adam since June 2022, and he has made it the most enjoyable and rewarding life changing experience - something I never thought was possible. He makes every workout challenging, and works with you to make sure you're moving in the ways that work best for you. Going to WestCA is one of my favorite times of day. Everyone is welcoming and the vibe of bettering yourself is all around the room. Every new year brings new beginnings and this year I decided to finally take full control of my health. After shopping around many different programs in 2022 - WESTCA provided the best environment, staff, and support I need that fits my overall goals and lifestyle.

I met Ivan, a very friendly, outgoing, kind, but determined individual at a bar and he mentioned to me that he was personal trainer. I was in the market as I wanted to make 2023 my year of wellness and health. Ivan’s philosophy of wellness and health resonated me. I immediately set up the appointments and didn’t hesitate to sign up.

So far - it’s been two weeks into my program and I not only see but feel the improvements of my overall quality of life. After years of “working” out off and on, Ivan’s training style to ease me back into it gives me the confidence to wake up and work hard. His workouts are the perfect level of intensity where he pushes me but at the same time doesn’t kill me to function during my extremely busy day to day.

I would highly recommend not only Ivan but WESTCA as a place for people who want to change their life. The small facility catalyzes a culture of community and support as the people who go at 5AM are friendly.

I’m extremely excited for the next 5 months with Ivan to see how my journey for health and wellness transcends!

Love this gym! Small but still feels spacious with well maintained equipment. I mostly use the barbells, dumbbells, and resistance machines but they also have plenty of cardio machines. Have not done personal training here but the trainers are all friendly and focused on their clients. The owners, Megan and Tory, are often there, and they stop to say hi to people so they care about the community they are building here. I feel safe, motivated and productive when I come to Westca.

Great gym, friendly people here but predatory cancellation system for gym membership that eventually lead to exploitation of the member.

You always hear about gyms making it VERY hard to cancel the memberships to make extra money and I didn’t really believe that until my experience with WestCA. Before I dive any deeper here is the backstory:

Was looking to cancel gym membership for westca since I no longer go, it was an annual membership so it was $500. My membership was set to auto renew December 17th.

Mid November I call them and let them know I want to cancel the membership and the staff member let’s me know that he put a note in the system and that their process is to have only the manger to be able to cancel memberships. So he advises that he messages the manager and tells her to leave a note to email confirming that the membership has been cancelled. He did give me a heads up that the manager was “busy”.

After 3 weeks with no email with cancel confirmation, I call again this time in early December. The staff confirms that he sees I called earlier and again let’s me know that the manager is busy and he will again shoot her a message to cancel it. I let him know that’s fine she is busy and my main concern is I don’t get charged. He says I won’t get charged and says again that he left a note for the manager to reach out to me when cancelled.

About a week passes and still nothing from westca, so this time I decide to follow up in person since the 17th is only a few days away. This time I stop into westca and ask to cancel. I’m told the same thing I’ve been hearing again: yea we see that you requested this in the past, manager is busy and she is only one who can do it, you won’t be charged, we sent ANOTHER message to the manager to cancel and we’ll send an email once cancel is confirmed.

Now come to the present day 12/18/22 still nothing from them confirming a cancellation. I get an email from westca about the annual membership subscription auto renewal. Thank god the credit card that I signed up with is no longer valid so the auto renew cancelled.

I guess my point in writing all of this is to say their membership cancellation process is absolutely ludicrous. So please heed my warning when considering this gym.

I’m not sure how much more proactive I could have been - reaching out 3 times prior to auto renew date and doing so more than a month in advance. I get the manager may be “busy” but with other subscriptions such as Netflix this process takes 30 seconds, what’s the hold up here?!

I’m grateful that the auto renew didn’t go thru due to an expired credit card because if it did then I would have to continue this process of trying to remedy the situation with someone who clearly is not showing any effort. Would have went to the better business bureau with my complaints but since the payment failed to process (thank god) , I figured a review woth my experience would help others be aware.

I can honestly say its one of the best gyms! I have been to many gyms where I have felt intimidated and unwelcomed. This gym is super friendly and welcoming. Everyone is trying to achieve their own goals and it’s really motivating. I have started training with Maegan for about 2 months now. Let me tell you she is AMAZING!! She will definitely give you that push that you need and is very knowledgeable. I have learned so much from her and I can already see results. She will get you looking good and feeling good! If you are looking for a trainer she will not disappoint! :)

This a review dedicated to Maegs (trainer)!! For context I'm a total newbie when it comes to the gym. Never formally worked out in a gym setting or worked with a trainer. I found the gym setting really intimidating and had a huge mental
block to committing to exercising regularly.
Maegs has made me feel really comfortable at the gym and given me the knowledge to continue exercising solo once my program with her is over. She is super welcoming and personable. She balances pushing me to the next level and also respecting my comfort level.

I definitely feel like I am achieving my goal of creating an enjoyable, healthy, and sustainable relationship with the gym. I was nervous a trainer would push or try to enforce cosmetic/aesthetic goals over my kind of my mental goals with the gym. But I can confidently say Maegs will support you in whatever you come to the gym to achieve.

My trainer Maegan has been super helpful in this journey of mine too. She keeps me motivated and pushes me to do my best with every session and has helped me get excited about working out (including being at the gym at 7am) and pushing myself to be the best I can be. It's been an amazing experience.

Love the gym. It’s always clean has all the equipment you need.
You can really sense the community the owners have built. It’s a motivating atmosphere and something everyone should strive for.
2 suggestions tho would be
1) maybe open at 5 in the mornings instead of 530? My partner would love to workout here because of the proximity to our home but the 30 min is a deal breaker since it cuts into the commute. I’m sure there’s a reason for this
2) add more clocks on the weight lifting floor. There is one small analog clock high on the wall, you really have to squint to see the hands on the clock. It’d be convenient to add more clocks or better yet bigger analog clocks with the seconds so people can time their rest breaks for HIIT/Tabata workouts

I have been going to Westca for about four years now and I can honestly say it has transformed my view of fitness. The environment and people at Westca are unlike any other. By far the best gym in San Jose. Great variety of equipment and always in working order. If something is non functional they are quick to get it fixed. Tory and Meaghan (owners) have a great team of well educated staff and resources. I signed up for personal training for a period of time to get a head start on some fitness goals. The workouts were tailored to me specifically and I was taught why certain exercises were beneficial for me. Wrapping it up the biggest take away is the environment that's been created. It can be hard for those going to a new gym to make friends or have conversations. It's quite the opposite here. The environment and people are warm, friendly and inviting no matter what level of fitness one may be at. Whether you're looking to get a couple workouts in a week, receive training or bodybuild this gym is for everyone.

I went to this gym for 3 months during my summer internship in San Jose and loved it!! Awesome vibes, the employees/owner and other gym goers were super nice—definitely helped to motivate me to go to the gym more than I had in the past. Good music. Crowd was mostly young/fit & serious. The gym’s a bit small (would’ve liked a bigger floor area) and there’s not really a locker room but it makes sense given the location in DTSJ & it’s kept very clean. Thanks :)

I have so many great things to say about Westca, the trainers, and the members! This gym truly is a place of motivation, support, and no judgment. I went to this gym with the intention of purchasing a membership but decided to not join. I asked an employee if he could help me adjust the TRX but two employees said its not adjustable which is an absolute bummer. I just wasnt able to adjust it because im not tall enough. Its pointless for me to pay for a membership, if im not able to use one of the main pieces of equipment i intended to use. They charge you 25$ for trying their gym out. Positives: Its a nice gym, that has great equipment. Looks and smells clean. Not crowded. They also played good music in the facility.

You ever see the hashtag "GoodVibes" ? Yeah until visiting Westca I never really got what the point of that tag is. Westca is awesome, the community is so friendly and positive, everyone, everyone... it makes no sense to me, because, the gym is here in California - land of the professional 'haters', and yet somehow, this place feels like a warm little community you would find in a small town in the North East of the country. I just don't get it - no idea how - but anyways, it is awesome. The facility is clean, spaced out nicely, logically organized, and well maintained. It is just perfect. It makes San Jose worth living in.

The only reason I'm giving this place a 1 because google won't allow me to leave a 0. I went here yesterday after already previously applied for a free 7 day guest pass to check the gym out online . Excited so I called the gym and informed the gym staff member of me checking them out online and asked whats needed i was told i had to be a California resident with id. Upon my arrival I had my two sons with me working in California in from Tennessee. Same staff member I spoke with the previous day was the staff member who was at the front desk. My oldest son asked if he could get some water from the water fountain, the staff member told him no you have to be a member in order to drunk from there. So my oldest son said ok I'm going to Starbucks mom I will meet you guys outside then. We were given nasty looks from the staff member and asked to apply again for the guest passes me and my youngest and just ignored the the hurtful treatment. After applying again we were told were good to go. I was even given a parking validation pass for my vehicle parked across the street. As I was finishing collecting my id with the staff member asking is there anything else you need and him saying no you good to go , a officer already walked in after waiting for the,staff to finish speaking with me.Then requested to use the restroom he was told go ahead while my oldest son wasn't even allowed to drink water from the fountain while applying for the free trial membership. On my way to the lady's room the Officer gave me the hand gesture to say you go first. I then verbally said no you go first I'm a slow walker. We went now as I'm getting out the shower I can hear a woman on the other side saying excuse me you have to leave. I didn't think she was speaking to me because we never saw each other before I didnt know no one, this was my first day. I then asked excuse me are you talking to me she replied yes your not a member that's for members only now you need to leave. I honestly thought she was a angry gym member wanting to use the shower because it only have one and she felt I took to long. Long story short I video taped from there where the same officer that saw me check in was one of the officers in the video who came inside the shower room to escort me from the property. The guy that treated me and my sons poorly from the beginning and forced us to apply again denyed we even spoke. I was told to just get out over and over again by one of the officers and he was saying I didn't belong there and the amenities were for members only I really didn't understand I thought I can use them, because I had the free 7 day pass. I video taped most of the incident mind you it's heartbreaking. I will share just leave info. DONT GO HERE !!!!!!! WORST DAY OF MY LIFE
