Whole Body Fitness is "Chico's Gym for Grownups"! We are a Members-only personal training gym. We empower adults who are serious about transforming their quality of life. Using a personal Coach-driven approach, we design an individually tailored exercise program and a custom nutrition plan, then guide you through every step of your journey. Equally important is the community of Whole Body Fitness Members. There's no competition and no one feels out of place. We are all in this together, regardless of age, body type, or physical condition.

I love Whole Body Fitness! This is my second time being a member (short time away during a move) and the holistic environment is top notch. Nicole Hanson is the best, most upbeat-at-6am trainer who works within your body's abilities but will simultaneously challenge and push you out of your comfort zone! Nicole's experience has really helped me work through and around back and hip pain over the last year while gaining strength to the point that I have minimal pain. Thanks, Nicole! I highly recommend Whole Body - it is worth the price tag!

This is not an AI written review. I joined this gym following a foot surgery which left me de conditioned and truly frightened about my mobility as I approached my 60th birthday. The trainers and gym provide a supportive and non judging environment. Saved my sanity as I worked to get my life back.
I am lucky that I love to exercise, but I’m afraid of getting hurt. I wanted to coast into my 60”s looking and feeling my best. A new baseline, but a great one. Shout out to Kate, my trainer. Listens, laughs with me, motivates me, gives me strong positive affirmations that I am strong, making changes. The kids and house are quiet. Time for me. Ensuring I’m helping myself in the best way possible.

Started working out here 6 months ago and now a true part of my weekly routine. Small workout group with consistent training by motivating and attentive trainer(s). Ian, Vanessa and Vito have made my morning workout very fulfilling, fun, challenging and have helped me reach my goal. The goal to make working out fun and fulfilling…. I’m working out in a group of 3/4 people with individual workout plans for every workout. There is a great community feel here. Where the trainers listen and work towards your requests. Thanks again Ian and WBF for getting to this first goal.

I had cancer and was having a hard time getting back in shape after all the chemo. Whole Body Fitness has been a great help. My personal trainer, Ian, is super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very conscientious about each member's personal physical needs. From what I see, all the trainers appear to have these qualities as well. The nutritionist, Lindsey, has helped me regain my will to eat properly with helpful tips and information. Even the owners walk through with smiles and call you by name. The name is perfect for the establishment, they focus on The Whole Body.

Whole Body Fitness is honestly the ONLY gym where I've enjoyed working out! Over the years I've tried many gyms, but I couldn't keep with it for more than several months doing the same thing on my own every day.
In the Semi-Private program at Whole Body Fitness, I work out with several other people--each of us doing our individualized programs with our trainer coaching us. Every session is different, customized to our needs and goals. It truly is a whole body workout emphasizing strength, cardio, posture, and balance.
Participating in the program that the trainers have given me has improved my blood pressure, bone density, weight, balance, and strength--and I've met some really great people who miss me when I'm not there! Join this gym if you want good training for improved physical fitness and a greater sense of well-being. The gym is bright and clean. It is well appointed with weights and exercise equipment. But its greatest asset is the training staff. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and effectively tailor workouts to my current needs and interests. The total package motivates me to improve. Joining this gym has been a game-changer for me and my wife.
I really like to play golf. But golf can give me a sore back the next day. One of the reasons I wanted to get more fit was to see if I could continue to play golf without the pain. Working with the trainers, I have improved my balance, fitness, posture, and strength. This has made it possible for me to play golf with less discomfort. An added bonus is that I have gained 15 yards of distance in my golf game! I whole-heartedly recommend Whole Body Fitness!

There is so much misinformation available about nutrition and exercise, it’s difficult to know what is accurate. That’s why I chose Whole Body Fitness - the program is straightforward, realistic, and effective.
Whole Body Fitness has been a game changer for me. The fitness and nutrition program has transformed me. I was out of shape, had little energy, and didn’t have a balanced nutritional plan. After almost a year with a personal trainer and registered dietitian, I feel energetic, fit and strong, and confident about my meal planning.
I love the personal training. It is uniquely tailored by my trainer who has high expectations of me and knows how hard he can push me. Because of that, my endurance, balance, and strength has improved by leaps and bounds.
The nutritionist has taught me a rational approach to meal planning and just eating in general. She answers all my questions: is bread good or bad? can I have cream in my coffee? are fats good? We touch base regularly, and she helps me navigate life with these new skills.
Her general approach is to eat the plate, and has provided me with a list of foods that are part of a healthy approach to eating. I loved what she told me at our first meeting - “If you are going to have a donut, eat some protein with it.” Her approach is doable and realistic.
I encourage anyone at any age to give this gym a look. My out-of-town friends and family members have come to the gym with me, and they’ve all been impressed with the personal training program. Plus, they want to meet the magician who has helped transform me! This works!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Ian took the time to assess my fitness goals and create a customized workout plan to help me achieve them. Their expertise has been invaluable in guiding me through my fitness journey.
The gym itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are also commendable, which is especially important in these times.
What truly sets this gym apart is the supportive and motivating atmosphere.
The only drawback is the cost, which is a big concern, if you are able to fit it in your budget, I highly recommend.

I started going to Whole Body Fitness over 9 years ago. The model that they use by having small groups of 3-4 people with a trainer works really well for me. They are able to personalize the training to meet my personal goals and needs. Their trainers are top notch and motivate me to push myself while keeping my safety a priority. The workouts are varied so I don't get bored. Having personal relationships with the trainer and the others that I work out with keeps me motivated to come back day after day and I love feeling strong and healthy! I was invited to join by friends. Now I have made more friends and it feels like family here. We work hard and also enjoy sharing our lives together. The trainers are next level. I am a seventy five year old woman and have never been a gym person. Four months ago I spent an unexpected two weeks in the hospital recovering from open heart surgery. I left the hospital with no muscle tone. I looked at my body and saw only hanging skin. I was devastated, , emotionally crushed and weak. I decided to become a gym person.
The trainers at WBF are brilliant. They knew my limitations and worked miracles with my mental and physical challenges. The program here is designed to build strength incrementally. Every time I come here I can do more. I feel my strength returning, my muscle tone has improved dramatically, my mental attitude swiftly changed from depression to elation.

My wife and I are both retired and needed a place with a trainer that could motivate us to stay with an exercise program. Veto and his team have lived up to that desire. We’ve been working out at WBF for almost 2 years and couldn’t be happier. My wife had a spinal fusion 20 years ago and started having back pain again. With their help she has days of no pain. A great gym! I have been going here for over four years. It is a very positive, supportive, friendly place with great trainers and a great nutritionist. It can be intimidating to start at a new gym, but you will quickly realize that you have nothing to worry about. The staff has created a friendly, supportive environment, which has attracted friendly, supportive members. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are considering joining a gym, check them out. When I started at Whole Body fitness I weighed 270 pounds . With the help of one of their friendly trained staff I lost 38 pounds. I not only looked and felt better my doctor reduced the amount of medication I was taking for high blood pressure and diabetes. Whole Body also introduced me to their Met Pro diet program which gave me a sensible way to eat .I can Highly recommend the whole Body staff and program to anyone looking to loose weight , become more fit and look good.

This is the best fitness and nutrition program I've ever tried, and I've tried them all. I started in March of 2019 as of this writing I've lost close to 70 pounds. Better than the result is the team at Whole Body Fitness has taught me what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it. The trainers are awesome. They are highly trained to protect your joints, prevent injury, and get you in the best shape of your life. This gym is the most inviting gym in town. You always feel welcomed by the clients and trainers and it is honestly like working out on the set of Cheers, everybody knows your name! The trainers are very knowledgeable and help you out every step of the way, even in group classes. Plus, they have a nutrition program called MetPro which provides you with a dietitian and an app. This gym has everything you need to better yourself.

I started at Wholebody Fitness in June 2018. Within the first week of signing up I was assigned a nutritionist (Shannon) that reached out to me so that we could discuss The Metpro app. Shannon gave me lots of helpful tips in how to successfully meal prep. This has been a great journey understanding what foods to eat to successfully lose weight and reach my goals. Since I’ve started training with Matt he is very friendly and has made working out FUN! I definitely would recommend Wholebody Fitness if your wanting a lifestyle change.

I have known Angelo for over 15 years and he always makes sure Whole Body Fitness is evolving by design. Most gyms do the same thing over and over but Whole Body pushes the frontiers. They are extremely knowledgeable in kinesiology, physiology, nutrition, technique and form as well as staying focused on clients needs. The trainers are dedicated to their clients successes, and the personal touch which is so valuable and it is always there with this company! My trainer is Matt Sylvester and he is awesome!! Matt is so upbeat and a joy to be around that he makes the hard training days bearable. He always checks in with each one of us to see how we are feeling, and how the last workout made us feel. He pays attention, and the training experience is not about the trainer its about you. I feel blessed to be part of the Whole Body family.

WBF is probably my favorite gym in town. The trainers are wonderful and really do care a lot about their clients. The small group classes are great if you're not necessarily looking for one-on-one personal training and like the dynamic of having others encouraging and motivating you to keep going.
