I started going to Katie to focus on my uneven body due to medical problems, she's extremely kind and welcoming. I mostly do individual sessions but I also go to some of the group classes (women's group, mom group) on occasions. It's been great because she is genuinely interested in my needs, does her own research, plans my workouts, and tracks my progress. She's also a military spouse and works with nonprofits for veterans and regularly hosts free community workouts! If you're looking for a routine workout with a small group to keep you motivated, or want a personal trainer guiding you, Wholly You Fitness is the small business to support rather than a big gym.

Wholy Fitness is like a hidden gem of motivation! I’ve been hitting the 5 AM classes, and let me tell you, there’s nothing quite like starting your day with an adrenaline rush alongside an awesome group. August 2025 Update:

One year of working out here…despite having the ability to workout at home-I’m so happy Wholly You is here in town.

I find I push myself harder -lift heavier, because of the small group class.

Grateful to the trainers and fellow gym mates, it’s great to feel a part of a community.

I am hooked! I have always been active, yet I never got back into organized boot camps or other total body workouts since before the pandemic. I was unmotivated working out alone at home. Despite being an avid hiker, I had not only gained weight, I was also starting to feel some accelerating effects of aging in my 60-year-old body. Knowing I needed to reintroduce weight training, I discovered Wholly You Fitness and decided to give myself a kick start for a few months. Well, I have no intention of giving it up any time soon!
The monthly block workouts are full body and imaginative (read: not boring!). Katie and her trainers are highly skilled and personable. The small class size and multiple time options are perfect for me.
As I write this, I am down 15 pounds (full disclosure, I also incorporated other contributing healthy choices as well); and my upper body has strength and visible muscles not seen since I carried toddlers around almost 30 years ago. All over, I am stronger and feel better than I have in five years.
Finally, while it was not something I was looking for in my weight training journey, I have found wonderful community here as a genuine bonus. 5 Stars!

Katie is an exceptional trainer with a deep sense of commitment to her clients. I had a background in strength training prior to working with Katie, but she was able to help me identify root weaknesses that were inhibiting performance. I’ve struggled through a lot. And Katie was there every step of the way. She did not only build excellent workout programs, but was a shoulder to lean on on days where I did not even feel like getting up. She helped me through days I did not want to continue.
