Camryn is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! From the very first session, she made me feel strong, powerful, and capable of more than I ever thought possible. Every workout was engaging, challenging, and tailored specifically to my goals, and she always pushed me in the best way—never with pressure, but with unwavering support and belief in me.

Never have been a “gym” person so I was a bit uncertain of what the experience would be like.
But I decided to sign up for personal training knowing I needed a kick start. What a great decision that was! Owner Kristin sized up my 73 year old body up and built a program that is energizing and bringing back some of the strength I’ve lost over the years. Best part is Kristen is connected and cares.

Training with Camryn changed my life! I started seeing her for personal training sessions in order to establish a foundation for fitness and movement (as a total gym novice). I was determined to form a healthy relationship with exercise even though the prospect seemed incredibly intimidating and almost impossible to me. From our very first session, Camryn was the epitome of supportive and motivating. She approached every session with compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to ensuring that I was not only working towards my fitness goals, but also learning best practices for mobility, form, and how to continue my progress after our sessions. Her coaching style encouraged me to ask questions and truly develop an understanding of every functional movement we were working on. For a gym newbie, I cannot express how helpful and reassuring this was.
Through Camryn's coaching, my confidence in the gym grew tremendously and motivated me to continue with Wicked Fit (I’m now a regular!). Her holistic training approach drastically improved my physical (and mental!) health and I'm forever grateful for the impact she's had. Thank you Camryn!!

I have taken Camryn's Saturday morning classes several times at Wicked Fit and she is awesome! I was a little intimidated at first because the class seemed to be made up by regulars who knew what they were doing, but Camryn broke down each exercise very well. I also let her know about a lower back restriction I had, and she provided me with a modified version of the exercise right away. She also checked in on me to see how I was doing. Even when there is a full class, I am very impressed with Camryn's ability to connect with everyone and give individualized feedback. You can tell that her classes are very well thought out. They are challenging, but accessible for individuals at any point in their fitness journey. I am tired afterwards but I definitely feel like I got a great workout in!
I have also taken a few private training sessions with Camryn and they have been so helpful! She is really positive, easy to talk to, listens attentively to your goals and restrictions, and is very encouraging. My husband and I also took a private training session together just to go through our form on several types of common lifts/moves to make sure we were doing them correctly. Camryn provided fantastic tips and I really got so much out of that session. If you are looking for a great personal trainer, I highly recommend Camryn!

I've been working out for several years and have tried a variety of different fitness programs, including other group fitness classes, private training, individual training, and combat sport training. Coach Camryn's Wicked Fit classes are intensely challenging and well thought out. I am exhausted and humbled at the end of every session.
I have also taken a joint private training session with my wife to go over certain major lifts (bench, overhead presses, deadlift, front squat, back squat and others). Coach Camryn was extremely helpful in going over the nuances of each particular lift to make sure that we were doing them correctly. She broke down each lift into easy-to-understand steps and gave us useful pointers. We got so much out of that session and plan to continue to do follow-ups. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

Working with Kristen has been an absolute game changer for my fitness and strength. I’ve tried weight training on and off over the years, and have mostly plateaued. Over the space of about 6 months, Kristen increased by bench press by over 50% and doubled my barbell squat. I and others in my life have noticed the change in my body. I set what felt like very ambitious goals and Kristen made sure I achieved them. She never pushes too hard, is consistent and thoughtful about the training plan, and is generally a delightful person to train with. I always look forward to training with her, and leave feeling happier than I went in.

Kristen is an incredible personal trainer! I first went to see her three months postpartum, looking for ways to gain strength after pregnancy and get my body feeling back to "normal." She thoughtfully guided me through a strength-building routine where I progressed each week. It's almost been six months since I first started training with Kristen and I've never felt stronger! She's extremely knowledgeable about lifting and using proper form and is extremely supportive and motivating. I look forward to every session we have together and feel lucky to have her in my corner as my coach! I'd highly recommend her to anyone who wants to gain strength, get in shape, and have fun doing it. :)

Love this gym. Love the classes. Workouts are hard and you get your hour in! If you are just starting out or have an injury, modifications are available. The coaches will push you (in a great way). Best fitness decision I have made!

If you are looking for someone to push you with resistance training from body weight to barbell, this is your person! I came to Kristen for personal training earlier this year and this is the best gym experience I have ever had. I felt very out of shape and wanted something to kick my butt and help me re-prioritize fitness. Working one-on-one with Kristen is exactly what I needed! Wicked Fit is a gym that wants to work with everybody’s shape and abilities and I have felt very welcomed there. I never thought I would be a person who looked forward to going to the gym but I surprised myself and I’m actually having fun!

I started here just about three weeks ago and I can't begin to tell you how much I love it. I have an injury that doesn't allow me to do quite a few workouts. All the trainers have been so nice to help me find what works best for me and to help build myself so I can do those workouts in the future. Kristen has such great energy and brings such a great culture to the fitness community. Everyone who attends is so kind too and I never feel out of place even when I can't do what everyone else is doing. Wicked Fit is for ANYONE!! I promise you wont be sad if you join this gym. No matter what level or what goal you have, you will fit in. Real people, real results.
This last Friday I had an emotional evening that had me feeling down and out Saturday morning. I didn't want to be working out but I pushed myself to go. By the end of Kristen's class, I was feeling positive and optimistic. I returned Sunday morning and had such an amazing productive weekend. Working from home and loosing my brother and grandparents had me completely lost and unmotivated. One week in this class redirected my focus and energy.

Best neighborhood gym! I can honestly say before joining Wicked Fit I was someone who exercised *maybe* once a month, doing ClassPass drop-ins at various commercial gyms, and never committing to any of them… Since getting a Wicked Fit membership over a year ago, for the first time in my adult life, I’ve been able to stick to morning workouts 5-6 days a week every week, and I feel strong and healthy, mentally and physically. The trainers here are all awesome, classes are challenging and always different, and there is a community that knows you and makes you feel at home. This gym is the best thing I spend money on.

Just finished up my first TBC class and I will definitely be going back! Kristen, the instructor, was motivational and always willing to improve your form. The class was exhausting but the rest of the gym members all had great attitudes which kept you going. Overall, an amazing experience and a great gym!

I love this place! After my second child I was struggling to lose weight and regain myself.
