My name is Laly and I’m 60 years old. About 6 years ago, I was hospitalized with pancreatitis. I knew that I needed to change to a healthier lifestyle that included exercise and a healthy diet. I was weighing 160 lbs and needed help. A friend mentioned that she had started going to Winning Image and that I should try it. I soon as I walked in, I liked the clean, friendly environment and knowledgeable staff. I joined, worked with a personal trainer and attended classes 5 days a week. Slowly the weight came off (30 lbs), developed strength and build muscles through exercise and diet guidance. It was challenging because I had never worked out like that before but I reached my goal to be healthy and fit. So, I learned that age and weight are just numbers and there’s nothing to stop you but yourself. I can truly say that I’m in better physical condition now than 30 years ago, and all thanks to Winning Image.
Maria and ALL the trainers are amazing! Winning Image is not just a gym but it’s a place to find encouragement, support and the knowledge to help you reach your goal. It’s my second home!

Love this place! I walked into Winning Image when they were in the middle of moving to their current location. The place was nearly empty and the people inside seemed very busy. But, Maria still stopped what she was doing and welcomed me. She immediately connected me to one of their trainers and the rest is history. Little did I know that this place would be part of my life moving forward. It's more than a place to go work out..you just have to try it and see the change in your life.

I am a female in my late 60s. I have been working with my Personal Trainer, Leonor, for almost 7 months. I was initially afraid to check out Winning Image because 'gyms are for young people', and I'm not. However, almost immediately, I felt accepted. Winning Image is clean, orderly and professionally-run. I am stronger and more limber than I've ever been and I've also lost several inches in my legs. I love working out and I highly recommend Winning Image.
