I reached out to Winning Mentality for help with mobility and strength after a particularly busy work period left me with a sore neck and poor range of motion. Brandon set me up on a gradual ramp back into a structured programming. I started to see improvement in how I felt within days, after a few months I was putting on muscle, and now after working with Brandon for 11 months I am as fit as I’ve ever been. My schedule is predictably unpredictable and I've also started to travel for work again - Brandon has been great about doing workouts virtually or putting together the programming for me to do on my own time using his programming app.

I took Brandon’s mobility program through his online app, which was easy to navigate and super convenient since I didn’t have time for 1:1 training. I was able to communicate with Brandon through the app and he always got back to me in a timely manner. I can tell he truly cares about his clients and is passionate in what he does. I definitely recommend him for mobility training! To this day, I still incorporate his mobility stretches before my work outs. I can perform heavier sets with a deeper range of motion and not be afraid of injuries, which is a huge win since I’ve gotten injured in the past. Better to be proactive when it comes to mobility and who better to learn from than someone as knowledgable and experienced as Brandon!

I’ve had a few trainers in the past but none like Brandon. He is so communicative and knowledgeable. He holds you accountable without making you feel like a failure if you mess up on a meal.
He is creative and adjusts to make sure you are into it an involved. Also, if you enjoy outdoor cardio, saturdays are track days! Boxing, sleds, and full exercise workouts outdoors. So refreshing.
I recommend him to all my peoples.

Brandon helped me gain more mobility strength when I began my fitness journey. Brandon has been my personal trainer for 5+ years. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Pre-pandemic, we trained in person but have since moved to virtual training (better for my schedule). Even with being virtual we're still doing new things, the workouts are not boring, and he has the ability to coach your form and technique over video. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Coach BWoo!

If you’re debating on whether or not you should give this a try, please do not hesitate! I’ve booked 10 sessions with Brandon so far and I have never felt better. Not to mention the amount of information he provides you about the human body and how you are able to improve yours specifically. If you have an injury, issues with posture, want more mobility, need help with recovery, or you’re an athlete looking to step your game up to the next level this guy has got your back. I've been training with Brandon for 4+ years and I can't imagine going to anyone else. He's a great coach and communicator, incredibly gifted at hearing what his clients are looking for and meeting them where they are on their fitness journey. His custom programs are engaging and challenging, they never get boring, and our sessions are always fun (especially when his dogs show up!). He's sensitive to injuries and medical issues, and always finds creative ways to work around any obstacle.
