At Woke Athletics Gym, I've noticed an improvement in my overall fitness and stamina. Ana payed close attention to how I’m doing during my workouts, adjusting my form if needed and pushing me through.. The variety of exercises play an important role in feeling like the workout was a success..

What stands out is the welcoming atmosphere that makes pushing myself challenging but enjoyable. This gym has made a real difference in how I approach fitness. 10/10 recommended

The atmosphere at Woke Athletics Gym is different from other places I’ve tried with the best coaches I’ve ever meet. Coach Saul is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever met. He helps me correct my form and corrects me on the exercises so I can do them correctly and avoid injuries. Today I left feeling stronger and more confident, which makes coming back something I actually look forward to. I felt challenged but supported, especially during the high-intensity intervals where they encouraged me to push just a bit harder.

Realmente con este tipo de entrenamiento y obviamente la dedicación que cada uno le ponga se pueden ver los resultados positivos en corto tiempo. Personalmente, me siento motivada porque en pocos meses he podido notar cambios visibles en mi fuerza y resistencia, y eso me impulsa a seguir 😌.

Los entrenadores son excelentes; me gusta que han innovado en la forma del entrenamiento que , en comparación con un gimnasio convencional, el poder ejercitarte en Woke Athletics Gym lo hace menos rutinario y aburrido, lo que hace que realmente disfrute cada entrenamiento.

I joined WOKE in 2024 during a fall challenge.
My plan was to only join for 1 month then continue my workouts at home and Crunch Gym.
This place shortly felt like home.
Everyone here is like family.
Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions ever.

I heard about this gym from a friend and tried it for their September 4 Week Challenge. I unfortunately got sick the first week and was down for about two and a half weeks, but the week I did get to spend here was great. The coaches lead one hour group sessions of circuit training Monday through Friday, with alternating days for upper body and lower body and total body workouts. They were super helpful with modifications, which I really appreciated since I haven't exercised in years! I would recommend giving them a try if you're looking for something fresh and challenging (:

I had been wanting find a good private gym in a way as well as trainers that help you improve. Luckily, I came across their instagram with a 4 week challenge and didn’t hesitate to sign up. Recently, the challenged ended and I have signed up to continue a membership with this couple. They’re truly dedicated & amazing!
