Anyone who trains with Jon will be more than impressed with the results they will get. Before him I thought to get in the best shape of my life I would have to go through brutal hours of intense gym hours week by week. But I was wrong. Just half a hour a session for a few weeks and I was in the best shape of my life. Never had I ever felt better. The workouts always made my day and the results made for a self image I was proud of.
