Be very care before you consider joining this gym and signing up for a 1 year contract they make it hard to get out of it and to cancel it they make you show up in person.There's better gyms out there who appreciates there costumers. The locker rooms can be pretty dirty and since I've been there I've never seen staff clean. If you want to cancel your membership they split the month up to get you to pay for an additional month, pretty shady.

I realize you have to run a business and I wouldn't deny the making of money in these times right now; but membership dues should not be taken out when you can't even use the gym. I don't feel that is good business. There is a poor lack of communication to the members.

amateur gym . Bathroom is always dirty and the toilet is normally out of order . They’re forcing members to wear face masks even if you’re medically excluded in the state order . This is discriminatory because of my health issue. Breathing carbon dioxide while you exercise is extremely dangerous . Luckily this town has 5 or 6 better gyms to choose from . They just lost 2 of what I assume will be lots more of their members . Bye . Eventually this gym is going out of business . Can’t wait to see what the future owners can do

I love the price and the hours but its a little run down looking inside. People mostly keep to themselves which is nice. However it also lacks a LOT of amenities that other gyms offer. Overall it is where I chose to sign up my wife and I so obviously like it but want to make it clear that it could be soooo much better.

Went to their web site looking for pricing on a membership. Utterly awful, almost unreadable site. Finally found a link near the bottom to "current offers" etc, clicked it, and it only loads a page asking for my name, email, etc. In other words, completely useless. I'm not sure how this place is in business (maybe a front? I have no idea), but it doesn't look like they are interested in getting new members. I won't be surprised if they aren't in business much longer.
Edit: After reading the business reply, I felt dumb, figured I just missed something in their terribly designed web site. Went back and looked again. Nope. Still doesn't say anything about pricing. Only a request to submit personal info. And for the record I tried both Mobile and Desktop versions of the site. Both are equally bad, and lacking this basic info. Now wish I could change my review to 0 stars for wasting more if my time.

Used to be so clean and have staff working in this gym. Now so dirty NO staff present if you need help. NOT enough sanitizer bottles and NO clean towel to clean the machines. Machines are so dirty and not working good. Bathrooms are dirty. This gym used to be great after 2yrs of coming here it is going downhill!!! Need to find new gym to go too.

This is a great gym. I'd say the best in Ukiah, and I've been a member at all the gyms. It's clean, the equipment is well equipped and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rates are very reasonable and the contract is very straightforward and easy to cancel if need be. It doesn't have much for a locker room, but I prefer to change at home. The only negative I can think of is that they don't have exercise mats or bosu/exercise balls, you have to bring your own.

Worst gym I have been to but very few options in Ukiah. The locker room is basically just a bathroom and sometimes you have to change standing up. The employees mop the floors in the middle of the busy times and they use Pine Sol, which is extremely toxic and not fun to breathe in when you are getting a workout.
