Great experience using this personal gym service! Clean space, comfortable environment. Owner Will takes the time to listen and understand what my goals are and helps to continuously evolve those goals. Workouts are as intense or relaxed as the session dictates. Throughout our sessions, we discuss nutrition, lifestyle, and how to apply what I learn at Wrkshp at my everyday gym. Results were quickly noticed as soon as Will and I locked in on a consistent rhythm!

Bonjour! My human found this gym, and I have to say, it's pawsitively the best! His name is Will, and he's not like those other humans who just throw a ball and expect you to fetch. He actually knows what he's talking about!
My human used to be a grumpy couch potato, but now he's got so much energy! Will taught him how to lift the big heavy things without hurting himself. He's so respectful and patient, even when my human acts like a stubborn bulldog.
But here's the best part: Will understands that a good zoomie session isn't just for the body, it's for the mind, too! He always makes sure my human is feeling good mentally, not just physically. And he's funny! He makes these funny noises and jokes, which makes my human laugh—and that makes me happy!
So, if your human needs a new gym, tell them to go see Will. He’s the best! Now, where’s my treat?

When I first started at Will's gym, I was a little intimidated. I've had bad experiences with trainers before—the kind who just yell at you to "push harder!" But Will is the complete opposite. It's like he's part drill sergeant, part therapist, and part stand-up comedian.
He's seriously so knowledgeable. I've learned more about my body and how to properly lift in a few months with him than I have in years of going to other gyms. He's always focused on form and making sure I don't hurt myself. He cares about my physical health, but he also genuinely checks in on my mental well-being. He gets that some days you just don't have it in you, and he's great at adapting. He'll crack a joke to get me through the last few reps, and before I know it, I'm laughing and the workout's over. I've never felt so respected and cared for at a gym before. If you're looking for someone who will build you up—physically and mentally—Will's your guy.

My husband and I started training with Will to get ready for our wedding, and we ended up gaining so much more than just fitness—we gained a lifelong friend. From day one, he brought passion, knowledge, and positive energy into every session. Our French bulldog, Iggy, was also a big fan! Will welcomed him like family and always made us feel like more than just clients.

Will is not only an excellent trainer, but a phenomenal person. He truly cares about your well being. I’ve worked with fitness trainers and psychical therapists since I have had lower back pains in the past. I can assure you that Will has by far exceeded what I was looking for in a trainer.

He has extensive knowledge on the human body, and will not only get you looking your best, but feeling your best as well. Beyond strength conditioning, Will has a technical background in both wrestling and kickboxing and has done wonders for my technique.

If all I wanted was workout routines, I would just go online. Will, however provides invaluable knowledge and goes above and beyond to help you understand what’s working and what’s not.

Will is awesome! He helped train me and my wife in the lead up to our wedding and the results were obvious when we got our pictures back. Will sets up great work outs that are tailored to your goals and has a great knowledge of training, recovery, and nutrition. He makes the sessions fun and engaging, and he's able to get you a good work out without it ever feeling like a slog that you have to force yourself to get through. Will is an exceptional person and trainer. He has extensive knowledge on rehab, building muscle, nutrition, biomechanics—just about everything you could ask for in a trainer. I was impressed by his approach to each training session, especially his attention to detail down to each repetition. Will knows an almost limitless range of exercises and knows how to effectively target each muscle group.

With each session, he makes sure that I am being challenged and progress is made. He always asks for feedback to gauge where I am at, how certain muscles/joints feel, so that the program can be modified as needed.

As someone who needed to build muscle back and bulletproof their knee after a major surgery, I am incredibly satisfied with the gains that have been made while working with Will!

For about 6 months now I completed a series of personal training sessions with Wil, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. We started from a consultation which I am very impressed because Wil took the time to get to know me and really understand my fitness goals, and from there he designed a plan that was perfectly suited to my needs. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness, specially proper form to nutrition adding to that he also has alternatives for the a much cheaper options of food.
