The programming at Xtreme Athletics is amazing. Each WOD comes with a specific warmup and strength piece which shows how much effort is put into the design of every workout. The weights and movements are always scalable and adaptable to everyone’s bodies / skill level. I have recommended this gym to my family and friends. The cleanliness and organization of the gym is a plus as well, there’s never loose chalk or unorganized plates which is a direct reflection of Neal’s character and standards.

I was introduced to Neal by a family member who had high praises for him and urged me to see him regarding my knee issue and to correct my exercise form. Consequently, I had very high expectations when I first came to Neal, and I can safely say that Neal and his team exceeded even those!
On my first meeting, Tracy evaluated me and established my baseline. I had already given up on a physical therapist for my chronic knee pain. Neal started working with me on conditioning and strengthening my whole body while focusing on the repair and recovery of my knee. In a few months, my pain was under control, and Neal said I was ready for CrossFit classes!
Even though there could be anywhere from 10 to 20 people in the class, I was pleasantly surprised by the coaches' attention to each person, correcting their form as needed and always encouraging them to do their best. Coaches Tracy, Ulisses, and Dave are also very quick to modify the routines for individuals if needed. This way, you can push yourself with the class but still perform at your peak without risking injury.
That philosophy is core to Neal’s method: don't injure yourself, do routines that are age and capability appropriate, and progressively get fitter and stronger. Neal is highly knowledgeable in biomechanics.
While I could talk extensively about Neal's great physical training skills, I would be remiss not to mention that, above all, he is a great human being and a caring friend.

What a gem of a gym. I seriously haven't worked out this hard since 1999...playing high school sports. Every day/different workout, never the same, feels like going to practice. The coaches are supportive, the vibe is inclusive, and the workouts are well programmed and challenging. I'm new to crossfit and the coaches have been nothing short of awesome transitioning me into weight training from a life of cardio and yoga. It's been a few months now and my body is changing, strength is increasing, and I feel like myself again after living in a deep dark hole of early parenthood....and I am beyond grateful.

CrossFit Xtreme Athletics are Awesome! I am 58 years old woman and have had knee meniscus surgery, hand surgery and breast cancer to say the least I’ve tried other gyms but they did nothing to help me . I signed up in October 2024 and in January I started their nutrition reset. During January I’ve lost 11 lbs 3 3/4 inches off my waist. I’ve learned about portion control and revamped my thoughts on what is the right way to eat.
The instructors are very patient and make many adjustments so I am able to do the workouts. I could not have done any of this without them.

I started a month ago with a nutrition plan my wife was working on and after dropping weight and seeing her body change I took and introductory class and committed myself to 3 days of training a week. So after 1 month of disciplined eating and consistent training I lost 2% body fat, 17 pounds and on 2 lbs of muscle for the month. I’m already much stronger and looking forward to the changes I can make in the next few months. Very happy to be supported by the team here.

Working in tech means that the only transformation I knew about was the one we do on vectors and matrices. But the Maddox transformation operates on the body.
I have always wanted to get in shape, but have a busy work schedule, a brain loaded with many career goals, and no time to take care of my food & health.
Within 3 months of joining the gym, I lost 50lbs, and still losing weight (and gaining muscle). The most important part to me has been to follow to a program that doesn’t disrupt my work schedule, and to see results to keep myself going. That’s exactly what the transformation program has offered me: a nutrition plan to not overthink what I should eat, private training to learn the movements, and group classes to be within a community. The nutrition plan didn’t deprive me of energy during the day, and the training boosted my stamina. Classes are challenging but never boring. I didn’t feel like outsider or a beginner (although I am) thanks to the welcoming environment. Weekly check-ins to make sure I’m on track have also been helpful.

This is a long awaited and well deserved review. I first met Neal in 2016 while I was working through an injury. At that time, I had been training at another CrossFit and was taking time off to recover from the injury. Neal only had a brief discussion with me at the time on how to prevent this injury in the future. This feedback was quite impressionable that I held onto it for 8 years, until I decided it was time to return to CrossFit this year. Neal, Tracy, Ulysses and Dave have been phenomenal with their coaching. They offer a training and nutrition program that delivers results effectively. If you are seeking to improve your health, athletic performance, etcetera. As long as you know your why, listen and put your best effort in the results will follow. If you are having any reservations about your own journey, listen to the voice inside of you, and give the coaches here an opportunity to help. I hope to see you in class soon.

I have been doing CrossFit since 2019, and it has become a very important lifestyle for me. I recently moved to Campbell and was dropping in to different CrossFit gyms before I joined CrossFit X-treme Athletics. There were 4 aspects in a CrossFit gym that I was looking for: 1) guidance for member goals, 2) competent coaches 3) programming, 4) community. From my last three months of experience I can say X-treme Athletics is meeting more than my expectations.
#1 - None of the other gyms asked me what I want, instead they would offer what they have. I personally feel if my coach doesn't understand what I want then I am sure I have no growth there. During my intro session Coach Tracy and Coach Neal asked me what I was looking for, told me whether my goals were possible or not, and gave me guidance on how to achieve my goals. That assurance had me never turn back and made me feel X-treme Altheles is the home where I can excel in my fitness journey.
#2 - Coaches have great presence and attitude. They have extensive knowledge, and all the athletes get proper feedback and scaling options no matter what your fitness level is. Coaches always help athletes stick to quality reps versus quantity by providing guidance on proper techniques and form.
#3 - I can't emphasize enough how good the programming is. Coach Neal puts his years of training and competitive experience into his programming and designs the workouts. Everyone from beginners to advanced athletes would follow the same programming. Workouts are challenging and cover a wide range of movements, which helps everyone to get better and prevent injuries. Programming consists of detailed information about warm up, Strength, WOD, Accessories (e.g. Gymnastics, endurance, etc) and cool down. Additionally Coach Neal also does workshops helping athletes get better at high-skilled movements.
#4 - Finally, I want to talk about the community. As someone that started three months ago, members always made me feel welcomed. Coaches AND members support and push each other during workouts.The gym floor, bathrooms and equipment are always kept clean and organized. Everyone will try and help to keep the community clean and healthy.
Thank you Coach Neal, Coach Tracy, Coach Ulisses and Coach Dave for all your guidance to push my limits and get better everyday! I am very happy I found my extended fitness family.

X-treme Athletics is a place that has something to offer just about everyone with fitness and health based life style goals. It's a well run and maintained gym with awesome coaches, well put together workout programing and a relaxed environment to get your mind and body stronger. I can't stress enough how good the workouts are designed, they really give positive results for all levels of fitness. They also have Cryotherapy, cold plunge, dry sauna and Red Light therapy to aid many forms of recovery.
The coaching and programing really emphasizes proper form for the wide range of movements you'll be doing in workouts, which will make you better at those movements and prevent injuries. Especially with the Olympic lifts which I love to do. The workouts are always challenging, covering all parts of the body and leave you feeling like you got a great session of exercise done.
For me personally, in 18 months have traded 50 lbs of fat for 25 lbs of muscle mass. Gotten much stronger, more endurance, way more flexible with range of motion, sleep has really improved and feel so much better all around. It takes a lot of work to be consistent and it's worth every bit of effort put into it. Add to that a healthy diet and the results will be undeniable.

I love where my exercise journey has taken me since meeting Neal and Tracy! My only wish is that I found this earlier in life. I'm a ripe 50 years old learning exercise techniques that have pushed me from my stereotypical lazy gym rat weightlifting to functional fitness. I sorely lacked mobility and flexibility that I thought were simply what happens to you as you age. The focus on the stretch and recovery around robust fitness programs has really made my body feel younger.
On the days I'm not there I follow on with guidance in their mobile app to ensure my daily workouts are on point with what I need for that moment in time. It is a challenge, but a challenge modified to where you are at in life so that you are challenged, but not deterred. The fact that I push myself via the mobile app is a testament to how rewarding and inviting the program is.
My experience here is deep, on as much a mental level as physical. Neal and Tracy are the best!

Getting up in the morning to workout has never seemed easier! I came in with a friend during community day and was instantly sold that this is the workout class and place for me. I've tried other workouts like Pilates and HIIT but the pace was either too slow or too fast. A great gym with high quality equipment that is well maintained. The instructors and fellow students make you feel like you are part of a supportive family and allow for beginners to veterans to reach their goals. I wish I could say I’ve been coming here consistently for years, because I should have! Prior to the pandemic Neal and Tracy helped me get in the best shape I’ve been in since like 8th grade which was many moons ago but work & life got the best of me and I fell back out of shape. I decided to I start back up here in August 2023 for A 12 week challenge, and have had a few set backs due to health issues. Tracy & Ulisses have been so supportive through this and I’m thankful that they can modify my workouts to what I can do. The support system here is amazing from the coaches to those working out along side of you, cheering you on for those last few reps of the workout when you feel you can’t do anymore. I love the accountability it really works for me, if I don’t show up for a few days I get a friendly text “Hey Jaime, just checking in, haven’t seen you, will you be joining us for a work out today?” You are t just a number or a member here, everyone knows your name!
I think when you hear the words cross fit it sounds intimidating but working out here at X-treme Athletics is far from that, you’ll be greeted with a smile and supported to reach your goals, everyday you’ll feel that much stronger and healthier in everything that you do mental and physical!

As a dancer I was scared to get injured but the coaching is highly specialized. The coaches pay super close attention to detail and make sure you are set for success. I used to have a weak knee and now after a couple years I don’t have problems with it at all. Its an amazing community to be a part of that makes you wanna work harder. I came along for a “bring a friend day” and I ended up liking the experience so much I signed up at the end of that single workout.
For a long while I’ve been wanting to try CrossFit / more intentional trainer led workouts. What I found with this gym is a very healthy mix of good workouts, good availability, and a fantastic community. All the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and nice people who push you to be your best, while also being able to understand your own fitness level. The gym spaces are always kept clean and tidy, and the people always respect each other. None of the workouts are designed to be so difficult that they are impossible, even for a person with asthma like myself. So far I enjoy the experience, and I’m glad I signed up!

Been coming here for a couple of years and it's a great gym with great coaches. Ive been consistent and personally have dropped a size in my shirts and pants. The programming is excellent and the coaches ensure that every member is taken care of and provide great adjustments to prevent injury. I have joined and quit numerous gyms in the past because they lacked a welcoming atmosphere or simply left you to "fend for yourself." This is not the Xtreme vibe - you are never left to figure things out for yourself and everyone is welcoming.

I had the experience of going to different gyms but none like CrossFit X-treme. This place is unique.
I have been with them for 2 months and the change was radical in my life, something that I did not achieve even by attending with a private nutritionist.
*They have meal programs where they send you weekly recipes and portions, this contributed to weight loss.
*Your training plan is different every day. At first it was hard for me and my body little sore. But the coaches understand you and give you according to your endurance capacity. Neal spent well over that consult time to show me different recovery exercises and stretches. His knowledge, kindness, and concern blew me away and I’ve been going to Extreme Athletics ever since. I think it's the best place to train in Silicon Valley. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Neal & his team can make you an individualized training plan that pertains to your goals. Coming from an ex collegiate athlete, I dropped 20 pounds while still maintaining all my strength, and after every workout was able to do many forms of recovery since he is an all in house gym. I’ve been at X-treme Athletics for over three years and it’s been consistent on lots. First being the coaches passion for what they do. Tracy, Neal and the rest of the coaches have always given it their all with coaching us. CrossFit Xtreme Athletics is not just a gym. It’s a group of coaches that are there to help you reach your goals and most importantly, help you make life changes with regards to health and fitness. What I’ve found most impressive are the classes. It’s like working with a private coach. Doesn’t matter if the person right next to you in class is at the top of their conditioning and training. So this review has been long overdue!! Sorry Tracy and Neal!!.... but today while my broccoli is cooking in the steamer and my chicken is in the oven, I am taking this opportunity to write this review.
On the 29th of January 2020, when I first met Tracy at Crossfit- Xtreme she told me that if I followed her six-week program of
1) doing the classes for 1 hour X 3 days a week; and
2) follow nutrition rules
I would lose 30 lbs and have guaranteed results.
In response, I abruptly got up and walked out of the meeting. My first thought was, "What a load of s**t?!!"
Before coming to meet Tracy, I attended a regular gym, ran for hours on treadmills, and even had personal training with two "fitness trainers."
I was approaching my mid-40s. On a good day was hovering around 230 lbs, had a severely reduced lung capacity due to Sarcoidosis, had no energy, was stressed, and could not walk or run without gasping for air, with physical statistics going on the freeway of high blood pressure and diabetes.
I went home and thought again about what Tracy said; I said, "Hey, if I don't lose that weight, then I can just tell her that: "your program sucks big time."
But..... WHAT IF IT WORKS?? CAN I LOSE 30 lbs IN 6 WEEKS?
On the 3rd of February 2020, I joined Crossfit Xtreme Athletics, and the following are the main takeaways:
a) I met a group of peers who have cheered & encouraged me, no matter what my skill and ability.
b) In every class, the Coach will engage the group from start to finish; therefore, trust me, nobody has the energy, let alone the time to look at you. One does not need to be self-conscious about someone watching. The only person watching you is the Coach, as s/he has to ensure you are doing the program with fidelity.
c) It's hard work, but as I trained, I recovered faster.
d) Neal, Tracy, and the Coaches honestly do care for my health. They are always available to provide guidance and advice.
I have been working out with Crossfit Xtreme Athletics throughout the lockdown through zoom and attend the classes at least three days a week, but generally do 4-5 days a week.
RESULTS
MY FIRST 6-WEEK RESULTS: (which included two weeks doing classes through Zoom during lockdown!!)
1) Lost 38 lbs!!!
2) I went from a size 38 waist to a size 34 in 6 weeks.
AFTER 2 YEARS:
1) I went from not being able to run 25 feet without stopping to breathe to running 5K
Now I run a mile well within 10 minutes.
2) I have lost 65 lbs
3) Have a normal lung capacity and do not need to take medication for Sarcoidosis
4) & I am on the way to getting a 6-pack!!!
5) Waist Size 29/30

My husband and I participated in a 6-week shred with X-treme Athletics. I gained almost 20 pounds since March 2020. I worked out consistently but you can't out work a bad diet. Today is my one year anniversary starting with the X-treme Athletics team and I couldn’t be happier with the transformations I have experienced in all aspects of my life. First starting back in October of 2020 I weighed in just short of 300 pounds, now 100 pounds later I’m just short 200 pounds. I was extremely overweight, had little energy, and I knew I let myself go too far. It was time to make a change. My primary goal was the lose weight and get in shape. I started with a week of beginner 1 on 1 sessions to learn the fundamentals. After that I transitioned the early morning class 5 days a week. Neal constantly drives the message that consistency and discipline is the key to success in his program. Thanks to the welcoming environment that the X-Treme team creates, and all the awesome members I did exactly that! I highly recommend X-treme Athletics. I have been over weight for long time. I walked onto the gym and signed up for a group class. Covid hit however they still got us together on zoom and did the workouts. I worked out 5 days a week with 2 days to rest and stretch. As of June 22, I have lost 85 lbs, I am still going to reach my first goal of loosing 100lbs. They provided a meal plan which I stuck to it and working out now at their gym outside. I also was able to stop taking my high blood pressure medicine . I feel awesome and I want to thank Neal & Tracy as well as Kota and Dave !! They are great coaches and care a lot about us!!! I wrote this and realized it is very long winded but this is my journey...
A friend of mine recommended Xtreme Fitness to me. I work in Bars and restaurants so I was accustomed to eating and drinking all the best and to excess. I had been carrying some extra pounds since tearing my ACL in April of 2015. I didn’t properly complete my physical therapy after having replacement surgery, sitting around loaded up on pain pills doesn’t create the best habits of fitness either. During the original COVID 19 Shelter in place order I slowly accumulated fitness gear and I would work out here and there but I wasn’t motivated to the intensity that I needed and I didn’t really know what I was doing. I’m 45, when I was younger I just had to be active and I could lose weight and get stronger but not any more. So when my friend asked me if I had checked Xtrem Fitness the next time I saw him I felt somewhat obligated to myself to at least check it out. I didn’t want to spend the money, I’m cheap, but I pushed all in and joined the gym on August 25th 2020. Don’t kid yourself, these work outs aren’t easy, there were many times I thought to myself to just stop trying but I pushed through, the other class members would cheer me on as I was always the last person to finish the work out or the run around the block. It took some time, some dedication to diet, a lot of effort, and showing up to work out in the parking lot, because of the Covid restrictions not allowing us to be indoors, it was cold, it was wet, but I got faster, I got stronger in my mind and body, I was now cheering on the new guys, I made friends. BEST OF ALL, MY KNEES NO LONGER HURT ALL THE TIME. I lost 30lbs and my cloths don’t fit. I sleep better.
I couldn’t have done it without the guidance and encouragement from Neal and Tracy.
Today is December 18th. It been just 4 months and this is my way of life now. 2020 has been different, it has been painful for most people for one reason or another, but change doesn’t happen without a little bit of pain and discomfort.

Not only did I have one of the best experiences of my life as I watched my body change getting leaner, stronger, faster, and more athletic but I also thoroughly enjoyed the way it changed my mind. Under the coaching of Neil and Tracy you get more than just moves to do for the days workout. You receive education! It’s hard for me to give this place such a low rating, but after switching gyms and getting more for less, I have to let people know.
They used to have an amazing coach, Ray! He got pushed out though. By Neal (if you go read any other comments you’ll see he’s the main reason a lot of people leave). And they have an amazing coach, Tracy! She’s Neal’s wife.
The coaches and training style is good, or was for me. There wasn’t much breakdown of certain types of moves - like rope climbs, chest to bar and hand-stands. It was more of this idea that you either had it or your didn’t. You could do it or you couldn’t. I had only taken a few classes during my time (a little over a year) with Neal, and I think this is because of the feedback they were getting. But instead my classes were CONSTANTLY interrupted by him YELLING “TRACY!” and she would stop coaching, walk away and tend to him. All. The. Time. This happened. I had never heard him say one positive thing to a member, he would just stand there and stare - and of course sometimes come in a blow a gasket and yell at the class for some reason. He very money driven and wants his face all over the gym. It was a great gym to start at, but you don’t learn much outside the basics - and if you’re 1 minute late you might as well not show up. Unless you want to run a mile with a 50 pound sand bag, or row 3000 meters or plank for 30 minutes.
Also, if you’re allergic to dogs STAY AWAY. They had 3 pit bulls and the stretching area (where the turf is) smelled SO bad and you would be covered in hair if you sat on it.
The other members were always great - the 2 coaches were amazing - but it’s very expensive for not a lot.

I'm 41 years old and in the absolute best shape of my life. I owe it all to Neal Maddox and the team at Crossfit X-treme Athletics.
Since starting at the gym in October of 2016, I've shed 65+ pounds. When I first walked through the doors, I was just 2 years past having a heart attack, grossly overweight, and desperate for a transformation.
My first day, my first week, my first month - they were all really hard, and I was really embarrassed by how out of shape I was. I was able to stick to it because of the expert guidance of the coaches and supportive community of members.
We've all heard the horror stories of gruesome crossfit injuries, but those just don't happen at CFXA. Although the programming is designed to push you, the highly trained coaches know every single member and what level they are at in their fitness journey. I’ve been with the X-treme team for a while and recently completed the 60 day belly blast challenge. It works! I lost 15 lbs, several inches in the waist and 2% fat. I feel better than I have in years and it’s simply become a new way of eating rather than a diet. At 51 I finally feel fit again. The gym is a great environment where members support each other. Great programs and valuable information and techniques to keep you safe while you excel.

I am so glad I came across this place. It has been the catalyst to helping me become healthy again and making exercise and eating healthy my top priority. In my first 6 weeks I lost over 6% body fat and am feeling great. Tracy is a fantastic trainer and really motivates you and holds you accountable. The place is clean, inviting and perfect for all fitness levels. Don’t be afraid if you are just starting out. They cater to all levels and help you improve and grow as the weeks go by. You are surrounded by like minded people with similar goals and it makes the hour go by fast.

CrossFit X-treme Athletics is a gym where you have the opportunity to exercise, learn, meet new people, and have fun. It is extremely well furnished, has ample equipment, and offers a schedule with a lot of options. The class programming and coaching is very strong and helps you to get great workouts while you’re constantly improving. For me, having started with no knowledge of conditioning, CrossFit, or any form of weightlifting, I’ve been so appreciative of those I’ve met through the gym who have helped me always get better and welcomed me when I was in town for either workouts or fun events.

I dropped into X-treme Athletics for three days for their CrossFit classes (while visiting the area). I can't say enough good things about this place! Tracey was very welcoming -- in fact, all the members were welcoming, encouraging and positive. If I lived here, this is where I would go for CrossFit Classes. CrossFit is a community, and I certainly felt that vibe from day 1. I had Neal Maddox as my coach for all three days. Wow! The Quality of coaching and instruction is excellent. I had a few lingering injuries, and they worked with me based on my ability - scaling the workouts as needed. The gym itself is very clean, it's well ventilated, and spacious. What's also pretty cool (literally) is that they have a Cryotherapy chamber, which is excellent for recovery. In fact, my daughter is attending sessions due to a torn meniscus. It's not just for injuries - it can help with just overall soreness. Overall, one of the best places I have ever dropped into for a CrossFit Class. If you live in the area, or are just dropping in - this is the place to go!

This place is amazing. I cannot thank this team enough! I've been coming here for nearly three years, since they opened at this location. My boyfriend just joined and he loves it. The team and community here are so inclusive, whether it be fitness level, adaptive physical abilities, and even with social differences. The workout is amazing because when I was new and was VERY out of shape, they modified the workouts so I could complete them and continue to get stronger. Now these days I'm doing things I never imagined. I trust them with training my boyfriend as well, who is brand new to CrossFit. He is a pre professional dancer and cannot risk injury. It is a safe way for him to build up his strength and conditioning. If you're new to fitness, or if your a professional athlete (yes we have members from the NFL) you'll have some great training and you'll be amazed with your improvements. The only thing you have to do is your best. You're going to have to work hard with the abilities you have.
The moment I walked in on their opening day I had no clue what was going on. I saw balloons and walked in. There was a DJ, dogs, and people. I thought it was some crazy birthday party. Tracy invited me to workout with them and it was unlike anything I had done. I signed up on the spot and have been coming back ever since. I need breaks during the warm-ups for the first month. I wasn't able to use weights until the second month. Now I am doing things I never imagined. Plus I love how diverse this community is. Many different ethnicities, nationalities, sexual orientation, physical abilities, you name it!
It's tough coaching but you can achieve your goals here if you give it all you got! Expect to work and expect to get results from the work you put in. You'll be shocked by what you can do.

This Crossfit gym is amazing! I'm on week 4 of the challenge and I love it. The coaches and the owner are all phenomenal they really help you push through it and build up your strength and endurance. There was also a point where I had injured myself but the coach was able to still alter the workouts so I could continue coming to the class. Thank you Neal, Tracy and Ray! I can't wait to continue on with the classes after I finish this challenge.

This crossfit gym has a lot of good things going for them. The facilities are clean, equipment is mostly new, the members are personable, and the coaching is great! They also have an in house chiropractor who does amazing work, and I highly recommend Derek Ko for your chiropractic needs.
You might be wondering why I am only giving two stars to a place that sounds like there's nothing wrong. The owner of Xtreme Athletics, Neal Maddox, is the reason for the poor rating I have given. Neal Maddox can sometimes display zero regard for his customers, and it shows in the way he handles customer service issues.
When I first signed up at Xtreme they offered different types of classes. They had the regular crossfit classes, Olympic lifting classes, a boot camp style class, and open gym. One day he decided, without any warning, that both open gym and boot camp were cancelled and no longer available. Now I'm paying almost $200/month for just olympic lifting and basic crossfit classes? For that price, every other crossfit gym I have looked at offered a lot more than Xtreme. And just the way it all went down left a sour taste in my mouth.
Recently Neal decided that he was going to enforce a rule that he had not enforced since before I joined. If you forget to sign in for class, you must "spin the wheel" and do a penalty workout instead of the regular workout, and he offers no help whatsoever to remind you to sign in (no sign or anything), nor did he even have a mechanism for you to sign in with. So they make it 100% your responsibility to remember to sign in, and also have a phone to sign in with. Want to run a mile with a 50lb sandbag on your shoulders? Neither did I. Want to do a plank for 30 minutes? No thanks, that's just not for me.
Needless to say I left that day less than happy. I messaged Neal about what happened and he never replied back to me. As a result of the poor customer service I received from Neal, I decided to pull my credit card from their website so they couldn't charge me for the next month.
Neal then took the extra step of telling his in house chiropractor that he is not allowed to take me on as a customer any longer, simply because I didn't give Xtreme the proper 15 day cancellation notice. Now, if that isn't a clear example of his pettiness, just give this place a try and I'm sure Neal can show you more examples of how he can be a total jerk.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot, he also writes your name on the board if your credit card was declined for whatever reason. So he's basically telling every member there if you owe him money. Xtremely unprofessional...
