I had my first experience at this studio with Chloe, and she is amazing. I had a few friends with me and she guided us with easy to follow instructions, cheered us on, and made sure we felt welcome. I would highly recommend attending her classes and the studio as well. It was definitely a great workout.

Very clean, spacious studio! The aesthetic is on point, love this studio. First visit was introduced to the instructor Lauren. She was very nice explained how to use the machine and was very thorough with her instructions with the machine and exercise positions. Music playlist was upbeat. Overall happy can't wait to comeback ๐

Loved Chloeโs class. It was challenging but made me feel so strong. She created a great ambiance with music, energy and positive reinforcement. Lowerbody was on fire and upper body was challenged as well. Provided form correction which I loved and pushed you to keep going and trust your strength.

Okay well where do I startโฆ I so happen to blessed to have Emily as my instructor this morning and I am VERY happy she decided to sub the 10:30am class ๐
๐ฅน Emily was energetic, kind, knowledgable, and makes you feel welcomed. Not to mention, the way she formats her class makes it seem like it goes by fast (which is a good thing in my book because it means she kept us BUSY & MOVING). Iโve taken a few instructors before since Iโve started at X2O, and Emily is one of those instructors that you might just want to sacrifice your plan to sleep-in in the morning just to take her 6/7/8am classes because sheโs THAT good. But PLEASE sub more later morning classes ๐๐๐ I know I got a great workout in, when Iโm walking out of there with my hair drenched like Emily just poured a whole bucket of water on my head.
Although every instructor Iโve taken were amazing in their own way at X2O, I always thoroughly enjoy taking Emily, Ellen, and Chloeโs classes (you guys are amazing!!!!!!)

Iโm so happy to have found this studio! As someone whoโs never been passionate about working out, I actually look forward to coming here. I may be the slowest in every class Iโve attended so far (just finished my first month), but this truly is a judgment-free zone.
While Iโm sure all the instructors are fantastic, Iโve had classes with Ellen, Jess, and Emily, and each one of them has been incredibly supportive and encouraging. Iโve struggled with chronic misalignment issues in my body, and working out under their guidance has helped me maintain proper form and posture while getting the full benefits of these workouts.
Of course, if you have a strong fitness background, this is a no-brainer! But for those of us who lack motivation to hit the gym or need extra support during workouts, I highly recommend joining. Youโll discover that working out can be both enjoyable and sustainable!

After attending six Pilates classes here (never tried Pilates before), I must say each session has been great. The instructors are friendly and have been supportive throughout. I'll definitely continue attending. Thank you to each instructor, you ladies are amazing!

First class! Wow. Amazing workout. Jess made me feel welcome and guided me through a new experience with the equipment. Iโm out of shape and I only experienced encouragement and lots of TLC! I felt comfortable taking breaks as needed with zero pressure or that sense of competition that one can feel in some scenarios. I can tell they are all about good health and community!
My one request: Offer a class that is specific to stretching. At age 58, I am motivated to become flexible as well as strong. Lengthening muscles and becoming limber is essential for aging and I am really hoping to achieve that at X20.

Ellen is such an amazing instructor. This was my first exercise class since having my second child. Ellen guided me through tougher moved and encouraged me the entire class. The pacing felt great and the music was uplifting and super fun. Can't wait to come back

X2o is just such an incredible studio, workout, and vibe. This workout is similar to lagree / megaformer but with an added cardio element that really amps it up. The studio is brand new and gorgeous - the instructors are incredible. I signed for a membership so fast- highly recommend this studio!!
