I had a great experience! I am new to Pilates, and not being familiar with the machine was a little nerve racking at first but Jessica was really helpful. She explained before class started and guided me through during class. If you’re thinking of trying out I highly recommend! It’s a Great work out!

This place is awesome—staff and clients. I’m the powerlifting dude who finally convinced himself cross training with Pilates 2x/wk would do wonders for my lifts. Y’all, I cannot speak highly enough of the instructors (shoutout to Stella and Stephanie) and results. The instructors help you with your form and help you catch on quick—even a massive oaf like me. Everyone in the class is friendly and super nice. Folks will help you out if you are new, and if you just check in first no one has minded me looking over to see what I’m supposed to be doing. About a month in and I’m getting the hang of it. Most importantly—not only are my squat and deadlift numbers going up, but all
of my lower body and core accessories are also noticeably stronger. Thanks, x2o!!!!

If you’re looking for a workout class that will kick your butt and make you laugh at the same time, look no further than Paris's x2o elite class! Seriously, she is an absolute gem. I’ve been a member for just a month, and I can’t believe how much I’ve come to enjoy those early morning sessions.
First off, let’s talk about the energy. Paris is like a human espresso shot at 6am! Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she somehow manages to keep the vibe upbeat and motivating, even when I’m still half-asleep and throwing around my sarcastic comments. She takes my witty banter like a champ, making the whole experience feel more like a fun hangout than a workout.
Now, about the workouts themselves – they will shed you to your core (literally!). Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, Paris tailors each class to accommodate all fitness levels, so nobody feels left out. You’ll sweat, you’ll laugh, and you might even discover muscles you didn’t know existed!

I LOVE this workout AND the studio. The workout is always challenging and engaging. The mind-body connection throughout each class is like nothing I have ever experienced. If you are interested in getting stronger and/or more in shape, or if you want to transform your body, this is the place to do it. I am stronger, more toned and more shapely than I ever have been in my life as a result of this workout. The studio has a chill and fun vibe; the community it has fostered is wonderfully accepting and supportive. To the price point comment, yes, it is spendy, but well worth it. I started going to the workouts for health reasons but find I have gotten so much more from X2O; I honestly cannot imagine my life without this studio.

Great class, great studio , but I don't think the introduction class is for newbies as we should be balanced already to catch up with the instructions. Also, because of the microphone the instructor sounded very loud which got better after a while. I guess I'm just too old for this studio.

I absolutely love this studio! The space is great and the team of instructors are excellent. I've taken classes with Jess, Ellen, Mariam, Sona, Cindy and Carli and they all have their own way of making the workout incredibly fun. I've also heard nothing but great things about Aaja, Olga and Liz (I just cant motivate myself to workout in the afternoons).
It's appropriate for all fitness levels - you're able to modify any exercise to make it more manageable or challenging if you want the push. You get a full body work out that's hard on your muscles but easy on your joints. Full disclosure, I used to teach here and I can say from personal experience that Ellen, the owner, is a wonderful person. Definitely give this space a try, you won't regret it!

I love the coaches, and the workout.
They all are very positive and encouraging, I especially like the personalized feedback during each workout, they will help adjust your posture so you get the best workout. The music is fun too. I've gone to 47 classes, and I've really gotten stronger, and feel more confident. It's a great atmosphere to be in, I usually head straight there right after work. I like the location, and the iphone application (its easy to book and reschedule classes).

I’ve never taken a Pilates reformer class before so I didn’t know what to expect. Although I’m sure all the reformer machines where for people taking the class, I wish there was one for the instructor in the middle of the front of the room so they could demonstrate it while explaining the move. The explanations throughout the class by Ajaa were great! I’m just a visual person so seeing it demonstrated would be helpful. Great first class and I’d love it incorporate it more in my fitness routine.

Beautiful, clean space! Fun way to get a good workout with low intensity training! I have knee injuries and this was great to be able to kick my butt but not hurt my joints. Will definitely be getting a membership to stay in shape!

Obsessed would be an understatement when talking about this gem of a Pilates studio! I love working out but I’ve personally been more into HIIT workouts and only really tried Pilates because I heard it was a great way “to get a stretch in”. LOL at the person who told me that because my legs were SHAKING hours after the first class. I now go to Pilates 2-3 times a day and cut down on my HIIT workouts because I just love x2o Studio so much! They have their COVID protocol down and I feel so safe working out here compared to other gyms. I’ve taken a class with Ellen, Jessica and Carly and they are ALL super knowledgeable and have helped correct my form when needed and pushed me to be stronger week after week. You really can’t go wrong with any instructor but if you’re nervous about your first class, they offer introductory classes which was super helpful for me since I was a little intimidated by the xformer machine. If you’re still unsure, just try one class and trust me you’ll be hooked right away.

The instructor arrived one minute before class was to begin. Myself and my niece were first timers and she was vague in reviewing the reformer with. My niece and did not do any review with myself. She never told us her name, nor did she do any corrections or verbal cues to help I would say, it was one of the worst classes I’ve ever taken and unfortunately I am

This is the perfect time to support a small business getting back on its feet again. x2o studio classes are a great workout for toning and sculpting. If you're looking to increase core strength and stability or improve posture, balance and flexibility, X2O is for you! It is an incredible studio, offering small classes that allows everyone to get almost 1:1 instruction. You will get a full-body low impact workout in just 45 minutes. I can’t wait for the rowers to be incorporated in the class to get even more cardio! The workout is very scalable so it’s great for beginner exercisers or people looking for a really intense workout. Coming from someone who typically feels left behind/lost in group work outs, I can say I haven’t felt that way once here. The trainers go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Everyone is at different levels so that really helps too. At first, I was intimidated by the machines and strange names of the different moves, but each instructor I had was great at helping me with my form and alignment, making me feel at ease. The studio is clean and modern with a lot of parking and good air circulation. Classes are offered 7 days a week so there is always a class I can find to fit my hectic schedule. The app makes it easy to sign up and the 5 hour cancellation policy is great because you have some wiggle room if you know you are going to get stuck at work, but it also holds you accountable to show up. You will definitely feel the burn in your abs, glutes, arms and even muscles you never even knew you had! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

I tried my first class at x2o studio earlier this week and loved it! Carli was the instructor for the class and was super understanding of everyone being rusty or new to this particular method. It was a fun class while also being a tough workout. As far as COVID precautions, I felt very safe. Everyone wore masks while working out and they also had spray for us to use on the equipment afterwards.
