About the Club

X˙CORE trains and specializes in high intensity pilates that is the best muscle-sculpting, core strength training workout designed for full body conditioning in 45 minutes or less. This workout integrates the key elements of resistance and counter-resistance in a sequence that allows you to get the most out of each move. This encourages maximum exertion of one muscle group at a time in a low impact workout that reduces the risk of injury, allowing individuals with injuries participate while challenging our professional athletes.

The class is in a location where it's very hard to find parking. Albeit arriving 15 minutes early, being able to find parking a few minutes away and walking to the studio made me 2 minutes late. The door was locked, there was no door code provided to people who signed up, so I couldn't get in. I understand why the doors are locked for safety, but not being able to get in due to the circumstances was a horrible experience. If you have to plan an hour just to get to the studio for a 40 minute workout, it doesn't seem worth the money, especially if you can't get in.

Really enjoy X'Core! I have already attended a handful of classes. Each time I get a great workout, and the instructors have been super friendly! The space is clean and they play fun music throughout the workout. They don't have lockers, but each machine has a basket behind it to place your personal belongings. Would definitely recommend! Excited to continue their classes with a variety of instructors.

I enjoy taking classes at XCORE because the instructors are amazing and really try to help us get stronger! The classes can be challenging, but the instructors usually provide modifications and cueing that helps us push ourselves to the level we're comfortable with. I appreciate the instructions on which muscles we are targeting and how to improve our form. The space is clean and is located close to many great businesses. Definitely recommend trying out a class for an effective workout!

I tried X Core for the first time today, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the experience! The space is spotless, the reformers are brand new, and the vibe is just amazing. Cora, our trainer, was incredible—she’s been doing this for 10 years and is so attentive to every student. I’ve tried other similar classes before, and this one is on a whole different level. The 40-minute session felt as effective as 2 hours at the gym! Perfect for a busy lifestyle 🤪 Ladies, if you’re aiming for a toned and fit body, this is the place to be ❤️
