I have been attending Dolly's XFIT class for many years. Dolly is a dedicated and passionate trainer who cares deeply about our fitness and is committed to helping us achieve our goals. Joining Dolly's XFIT class and consistently attending it has made a significant positive impact on my physical health and overall well-being.

XFIT offers a variety of workouts each week, including dancing, kickboxing, cross training, body pump, and yoga with Geri. I enjoy the dancing classes the most. Dolly is an exceptionally talented dancer who brings beauty and fun into each session. Kickboxing is a more intense workout, while cross training and body pump sessions focus on strength building and weightlifting, which are essential as we age.

The yoga session with Geri usually lasts over an hour. Though I have done yoga before and practiced at home, her in-person class pushes me further each time. She corrects our posture and helps us achieve poses we can't manage alone. Geri's energy and vibe make the yoga class invaluable.

Amazing class for full body workout while having a blast! The cardio and strength training classes are very helpful! I’ve been attending these classes for 2 months now and i already see an increase in my stamina and strength. The instructor, Dolly makes sure everyone doing the exercises has good form to avoid any injuries. Bollywood cardio dance classes are my favorite! Highly recommend.

The diverse array of XFit classes has been instrumental in reigniting my passion for fitness, which had waned during the pandemic. In 2023, I successfully shed approximately 13 pounds, enhancing my health significantly. The kickboxing sessions have not only taught me about my body’s capabilities but also improved my agility. XFIT is the friendliest and most motivating fitness class . I have been with Dolly for about 10 years now, the atmosphere is supportive and fun. Dolly is very knowledgeable and has developed a great program that includes fun cardio, HIIT sessions , cross training, kick boxing and yoga classes. I have been with Dolly for 5 +yrs. I am so glad that I found such an excellent program. I have had my share of other traditional gym memberships, which I always started with a bang but could not motivate myself to continue to achieve my weight loss journey. I have not seen a complete training routine similar to Dolly in other gyms.

Her program has a combination of cardio, strength training, kickboxing, and yoga which gives a full-body workout. Dolly tailors workout sessions very effectively to meet our goals with personalized guidance. She keeps us motivated and encouraged with valuable feedback to improve. I have seen significant improvements in my strength and endurance while also shedding pounds. Dolly incorporates innovative methods to keep each workout routine engaging and effective. Her cardio dance routines are fun with great calories burned. 🔥. The kickboxing routines are exhilarating. All these planned workouts help target multiple muscle groups and improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and agility while providing a full-body workout and toned body. For those who are busy with life, finding it hard to work out regularly and for those who feel constraint to a specific workout style – be it running, boxing, regular gym, cross fit – XFIT offers a great alternative. Dolly puts in great effort to plan each session making sure it’s hands down the best for your time and money. What surprises me after almost 8 years is that not a single session have ever been the same as a previous session.

Simply ❤️ XFit & Dolly , it’s been my daily an hour routine for over 10 yrs it’s , it’s unique , impactful and has variety (Cardio, weights,HIIT,Kickboxing & yoga) which challenges my mind and body
The selection of music just sets the mood.
Dolly motivates,encourages and push us to be consistent to achieve our goals.( It’s rain or shine class is always on )

XFit is the only gym where I actually lasted for more than months let alone years now . Been a member for years now with a bit of Covid gap and have to admit, it takes care of my physical , mental and social fitness . . Never seen a gym that is so so empowering . Dolly , the leader that she is, strives hard to bring out the best in all her members. A well balanced workout regimen is something only XFit can offer. I have been a member of XFIT cardio and dance fitness for 6+ years now. It has been a very rewarding and fun journey so far. This program caters to all fitness levels and age groups. I see people being part of this program for 10+ years and at the same time see people who are as new as 2 months into this program. Everyone seems to have the same level of fun doing the routines. Once you become a member, you will have a lot of flexibility to choose from whichever class your schedule and body allows you to do that week. The weekly twice dance classes are so much fun to let yourself loose to some great Bollywood and western music resulting in good calorie burn. The kickboxing session that you will see here on Saturdays is a unique one. Dolly ( instructor) does an amazing job in challenging both your brain and body with different combinations. The weights class and bootcamp on Tuesdays and Sundays are great classes and second to none. We get to work every muscle group in our body. In our class we wonder how Dolly comes up with these different routines so we don’t get bored and continue to challenge ourselves. She is one of the most dedicated instructor that you would want to workout with. I will highly recommend this program to anyone who would like to improve their overall wellbeing.

As a regular attendee of XFIT for over 5+ years, I can confidently say that this fitness class is nothing short of exceptional.
The classes fit enthusiasts appetite looking for weight training, kickboxing combos, cardio workouts and to top it off Bollywood dance classes are blended in. The classes are both challenging and exhilarating. It's remarkable how Dolly Kapoor manages to maintain such high energy levels, making every session feel like an exciting new adventure.

One aspect that truly sets this class apart is the trainer's meticulous attention to detail. Even after attending for years, I continue to be impressed by how the trainer ensures that every participant's posture and form are correct. This commitment to proper technique not only enhances the effectiveness of the workout but also helps prevent injuries, allowing us to push our limits safely.

What keeps me coming back week after week is not just the physical benefits but also the fun and camaraderie of the class. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, this class offers something for everyone.
