I love it! This gym is a hidden gem. Very clean place. I was a member at Anytime fitness but they closed down and as a result I found Extreme. It's a great setup and the owner Gil is good people. Highly recommended...3+ years membership there and still love it! Everyone is clean and courteous there. It's a home gym!

Cozy gym with a good amount of space to work out at. Plenty of cardio machines and weight lifting equipment. The bonus of this place is that it has a racket room. I would recommend coming here for a full workout to anyone.

Dont judge a book by its cover!
I've lived in Beaumont for almost a year and a half and got away from my fitness regime due to there being "no desirable gyms" near by. I got to a point where I needed a Gym and was ready to get back in shape so I figured I'd check out Xtreme Fitness as it's closest to me and had the best reviews opposed to the others close by.

On the outside, the gym appears to be very small which is the main reason I never thought to sign up. Ive been in tiny gyms before and don't like that experience.

Upon taking that first step through the door and walking through the gym, I discovered its much bigger than it seems on the outside.

This gym is very well maintained and very clean, has all equipment necessary to get a great workout in no matter what your goals are, prices are very reasonable with no sign up cost and the staff is amazing. They are super nice which is very important in my book. I also appreciate their business hours, open as early as 5AM and close at 8PM (Covid hours).

Needless to say, I regret not signing up earlier and I've found my home away from home. if your hesitant about coming in and trying it, dont be! You won't be disappointed

This is a family-owned and operated facility. Helpful and very friendly owners/staff, sufficiently spaced weights and equipment, affordable membership pricing (especially for a privately-owned gym!), plenty of beverages and snacks available for purchase to keep you hydrated and nourished during/after your workout. On-site Men's & Women's showers are a definite plus. The majority of the members I've come in contact with speak to one another, are VERY feiendly and supportive and are quick to help out and show you the correct way to use the equipment if they see you are less than knowledgeable so it's a really cool woorkout environment to be in! My two only "wish-you-could-fix" items for Xtreme are:

A) facility is not ADA accessible which prevents access to upstairs equipment and I'd really like to be able to go up there.

B) limited on-site parking leaves the adjacent gravel/dirt lot that gets FLOODED when it rains and it's difficult to step over to their paved lot and walkway so you can get to the front door. Had to give up and return home on a couple of rainy days.

However, if they do make those improvements the membership will probably no longer be affordable. Sooo... I'm content to avail myself of the equipment I AM able to access and am ao very thankful that Xtreme provides a friendly, comfortable workout experience right here in my own community!

Love the layout of the land. The different areas of the building dedicated to different areas for your workouts. The people are respectable. It's an older building but the machines are kept up well. I use the showers there. They aren't the best, but I can get done what I need to before work.

Family friendly business, very welcoming. They have everything that you need from cardio machines to real weights, None of that rubber stuff. Assisted machines, and best of all it's a gym that you can focus and not worry about loud grunting or people just standing around taking selfies. It's a place to really train, the only reason I do not give it a five star is because I love to swim and unfortunately gym does not have a pool, but either way it was built the way it is and continues to be a sturdy location.
