Yoga studioAbout the Club
Y7 Studio is sweat dripping, beat bumping, candlelit yoga. All studios are heated to 80-90 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. Classes are paced to the beat of the music to drive the breath, with tracks from varied artists and genres. We practice in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice. We flow together, we flow hard.

I was so happy with this class! I was visiting from outside Chicago and typically take hot yoga 2x a week, and slightly heated vinyasa 2x a week. This was the perfect sub for my home studio classes. I appreciated the dark room, the clear instructions for each pose, Madeleine's encouraging tone, and the time to go through the sequences at my own pace. I especially appreciated being able to rent a towel - I borrowed a mat from a friend but didn't travel with my yoga towel because I didn't want to have to stick it in the bag I flew with after an intense workout.

I arrived 2 minutes past the start of class because I was filling my meter and I was refused to be let in. There should atleast atleast be a grace period of 5 minutes because ofcourse traffic and parking. They clearly dont value customer service, and dont care to keep their patrons. Wont be coming back here ever again. They also make spots extremely close to eachother. I do not want to be that close to someone especially in a heated class where they are dripping sweating on your mat! Disgusting

I had a great time. It’s a great studio for experienced yogis!!!! Very challenging with the darkness too, I was humbled for sure, but it was fun to push through. Thank you to the teacher, Monica, she was very kind and gave me some good info about the studio since it was my first time. I’ll say the desk person was not very helpful, but it was 6 am so I’ll give them a pass. Very much enjoyed.

Hardcore Day 1, Y7 fan! Amazing workout, vibe and instructors - not the 'typical' LA workout scene which I very much appreciate! So happy they re-opened again in WeHo! It doesn't cost a $$$$ like most studios & there's plenty of free parking in the building. I will say, I don't think it's a practice for beginners - it's hard, non-traditional but super fun & rewarding! Special shoutout to my girl, Ash!

I booked on ClassPass and arrived early so I paid for parking and waited on the street around 20 minutes. Then I decided to go in 10 minutes before class to change into my yoga clothes. The door was locked. I knocked and peeked through the window. The studio was dark with no one around. No teacher or students arrived by the time class was to begin so I guess the class was canceled but they didn’t bother to notify the booking app. Super disappointed as I could have chosen from 10 or more other studios in the area that were open. What a waste of my time and money! It was very bad luck that I trusted Y7 would honor their posted schedule. I certainly won’t chance booking there again!

Their late policy is a scam. Even if you’re one minute late, you can’t attend class. It’s totally a waste of time, especially in LA, where there’s traffic and accidents all the time. Customer service is so much more important than any fitness class, especially when there are so many options.
If you’re going to require people to be 15 minutes early, then you should just start the class 15 minutes earlier. They also don’t have phones, so you can’t call or reach out to them. Totally not worth it. Don’t recommend.

My favorite yoga in the area, know some reviews say studio is a little small / bathrooms are in through the studio, but teachers are great, program is great, it’s not $300 / month and there are nice restaurants/ coffee around for after.

Great workout and awesome instructors! The lights are low and there's always fun upbeat music. It's hot but not disgustingly hot that you think you'll pass out. Hot yoga has really helped my body get stronger and with my back and knee pain. Love Y7, highly recommend!

Y7 Studio on Fairfax Ave. is a welcome addition to the West Hollywood Yoga scene. The WeFlowHard® Vinyasa signature style offered us a unique personalized yoga experience, giving us the space to turn inwards, reflect our practice, and enjoy the magic of the moment with relaxed Flow On Your Own sequences.
Oh, and did I mention that is hot! We definitely worked up a sweat with the kind energy of the instructor, Yael C., with good vibes & honest intentions. The team is also very welcoming in a quiet, clean, and supportive community environment.
The WeFlowHard® Vinyasa was a soulful jam that reminded us of the spiritual aspect of our fitness journey. Y7 Studio a must-visit for yogis of all levels.
Luxury Pro Tip: Arrive early. Simple as that. Free dedicated parking is onsite with the building garage entrance off Fairfax on Waring Ave.. Enter through the courtyard, and try not to sweat the small stuff. Be prompt, give yourself time to settle, check in with the staff, and settle into your prepared space. Have fun!

d a free session at this yoga studio in West Hollywood after seeing their Facebook ad. I was disappointed by the lack of showers, tiny space, and inconvenient bathroom access. (You can only access the bathroom through the hot room, so if you come early and there is a class in session, you can’t access the bathroom. Plus, it's super dark inside -you can barely see anything). Yet the biggest con for me was the fact they have no showers.
The session was just okay, but the hot room here wasn't even that hot.
there are definitely better hot yoga options available, like Hot 8 and Modo Yoga.
Parking includes metered street and free garage options.

After driving around for a full 20 minutes and not finding parking, I finally came into the studio at 5:33 (I looked at my watch), and was told that I couldn’t join the 5:30 class. I understand there is a strict late policy, but on a Sunday afternoon when parking in this area is notoriously impossible, and with no parking available at the studio, you would think employees would have the judgement to let someone join a class 3 min late. The parking situation here on Sundays is out of control, and instead of doing something to help, employees are turning away clients with absolutely no compassion or understanding. Talk about practicing the exact opposite of what yoga teaches in terms of grace and empathy.

My passion for y-7 is what keeps me coming back to my mat! Feel in love with the style of flow being able to practice in a dark room with inferred heaters is so wonderful to help your body open up into postures quickly. I didn’t listen to much hip hop music and now I love to flow to all the hip hop music!
They have wonderful staff and all are incredibly! To touch on a few Rob is wonderful and soo good! He has a continuing story that he will tie weekly after week to keep you involved on and off the mat. From breath to mind and body you just need to take class to hear and follow along the journey. Ariadne, samantha, Darby and Melissa are all amazing and highly recommend all. From Ariadne amazing flows she will guide you though class and to samantha’s class where you will be pushed to work hard and Darby with a sweet and caring approach to your posture and helping you grow! Melissa teaches a special slow burn class and had amazing story’s about raccoons in the garage to many more!
I can go on forever about the passion I have for practicing and learning from the instructors that help guide you thought the experience daily here at y-7!

I bought a introductory package - 3 sessions at West Hollywood location. Street parking only, which is always a source of stress in LA. I tried to arrive a few minutes early and always found a metered spot. Picture perfect design and merchandise in the front area. The studio staff is friendly and efficient when dealing with the flow of people before class. They have a water machine, lockers and recently added showers. I recommend bringing your own towel and mat rather than renting it. 2/3 times I noticed a funny smell on the mat/towel.
Classroom is dark with the exception of candlelight, and very warm. It is is hot yoga, of course! No mirrors. It was too hot for one of my friends, and she found balancing very challenging in such a dark space. She left early.
I liked the instructors, the music, and the postures. I had a hard time following along with the vinyasa during the free flow. This could be my fault, but I need more guidance and direction. The instructors do not participate in the flow so there is no one to look to. In a dark, packed class they aren't able to walk around and correct your form which is something I always need.
I'm giving this studio 4/5 stars because I love great marketing and branding.
