I'll start by saying I LOVE this studio and owner Jenn is an amazing instructor! The first thing that was notably different about this studio in comparison to others I've visited in the desert was the warm, welcoming vibe (people and studio design). If you want a studio that offers practice that challenges your mind and your body, this is the place to go. I have taken the Bliss Yoga classes, yoga play and the Aerial Yoga classes and love them all. In the Bliss classes, I have been able to deepen my practice and feel I am challenged and learn something new every time I go to class. The aerial yoga classes are also challenging and add a different level of fun to yoga practice. Yoga play challenges you to go even further in deepening your practice. The studio is soft, warm and inviting. I would encourage anyone who practices to give this studio a try.

I practice at Yoga Bliss twice a week and think it's great; I get the athleticism I crave, but most importantly I learn something new about yoga in every class, and my practice has markedly improved in the 2 months I've been going there.
