I really enjoy this yoga studio. I found this little gem on a business trip and I ALWAYS return when I'm in town. This is not a classic American Yoga studio. This is Old Masters Yoga. Anyone can do these poses. They promote health and prepare you for meditation...which occurs at the end of each session. When I leave I am relaxed and the stress of the day is gone. I even purchased the CDs of the various classes to use while I travel (3-4 weeks a month). Don't come here for fast paced sweat producing poses. Come here to learn poses that can benefit your physical and mental health. This place has changed my life. I now meditate regularly which helps to reduce my stress and promote deep relaxing sleep. Remember, it's not always about the quick endorphin high. Teach your mind and body to heal naturally. These classes are a great place to start.
