Yoga studio Meditation instructorAbout the Club
The Yoga Nest was established in 2012 and has been a home to many locals and visitors over the years. We believe that a yoga studio should feel like home, whether you live down the street and have been coming for years, or itβs your first time and you are visiting from another continent.
If you are weary of the corporate vibe and would prefer some good clean yoga, come home to the Nest. We are a community, because we value our shared humanity, and prefer to appreciate and celebrate our differences, rather than create walls out of them.
At the Nest, we love our Mother Earth, indeed many of us follow our yoga practice with a long beach walk or a surf. Please come visit, our doors are open.

Just one of the best places in the world β¨ all of the classes and workshops are for the body, mind, and soul. I absolutely adore Ashley Everyβs classes (especially her candlelit yin), and all of the teachers are just as wonderful. The community is warm and magical

This is a special studio. In the heart of a chaotic intersection, the space is a calm refuge. The classes are thoughtful. There's no ego or pretentiousness. And the teachers are authentically warm. The owner has done a great job of transforming the studio to be a warm place to practice, whether you are a regular or drop in from time to time.

Alyssaβs class is one of the best Iβve ever been to in 15+ years of yoga. She always throws in unique, fun transitions and even though she builds to some really challenging poses, the whole class feels supportive and all the poses feel possible because of how she teaches.

I attend Mary Louβs Monday yoga class with my wife for last 3 months, we look forward to her class every week, so we can start the week with that positive, spiritual vibrations she offers. Mary Lou is a gifted, kind, and very intuitive yoga practitioner, and we are lucky to find her at yoga nest sanctuary

My favorite yoga studio in LA. Itβs clean, friendly, right by the beach (highly encourage a beach walk before or after class), and have a good variety of class formats. Street parking is hard so give yourself 5-10 mins to find a spot.

I have traveled the world in search for a teacher like Solana and Rama. And here they are at the Yoga Nest in California. They are true teachers of Prana, Bhakti and Kundaliniβ¨Masters in my eyes and I am eternally grateful to them for sharing their knowledge, wisdom and passion with the world. I feel blessed to be their student and to know them βοΈππ»βοΈ Thank you

In A Nutshell:
-Yoga Nest located in you guessed it, Venice is nice option to get in a session whether you live in the area or just visiting.
-The entrance is located behind the front of the building in the back where you spot a metal cage you walk through.
-It's an eclectic studio.
-I like the bright open space as you walk upstairs.
-The building is located on a semi-busy corner w/ the wonderful sounds of life passing by.
-The vinyasa flow session I signed up for satisfied my mind, body & breath.
Overall, I love doing yoga in new places & I will definitely come back to this studio again.

I recently took a family vacation to Venice Beach that afforded me time to explore. Fate, friends, curiosity, and frugality led me to the Yoga Nest and their amazing two-week unlimited yoga package. IT WAS AMAZING!!!!
I could go on and on about the instructors, the facility, and even the conversation I had with the owner, but the proof is in the pudding. This was LITERALLY (yes, Iβve been watching Parks and Rec lately) the best hour of activity for the money and I got to keep coming back for free as time allowed.
Whether youβre curious about yoga, maintaining your practice during your trip, or just need to get away from the kids, Yoga Nest is the place to go for great yoga.
TIP: Go to the Packages menu to acquire the two-week unlimited option before you book your first class.

Amazing studio with high quality instruction and a great community. No frills and gimmicks to take your money, just genuine yoga. They have different styles of yoga Vinyasa, Bhakti, Yin and even Soundbaths. Some teachers like Jessica Corbin and Rama (if you like Bhakti) are downright magical.
Due to work travel I am unable to hold on to my membership here and I miss the place a lot.

I visited this studio whilst travelling for work and wanted to stay on top of my routine.
Though the yoga teacher seemed to have some knowledge and training I am afraid to say that the class I attended was highly disappointing. The yoga teacher was barely audible, her instructions were non existent, the was no music and basically the entire class was a "build your own adventure" situation where there was absolutely no relationship to a classic yoga class.
Adding to lack of any guidance, was the teachers constant moving in and out of the studio, long pauses that didn't serve a meditative purpose but almost as if she forgot about us, and when she was in the room, she sat on her little platform with her arms crossed in front of her chest.
I don't usually share such un-redeeming reviews but I really can't excuse a $28 class that was basically less than I would have done if I had done it on my own in my hotel.
I particularly didn't enjoy having to create an account and link my credit card into it before I could attend a class.
Finally, we were also asked to pay for the use of yoga mats (if we hadn't brought our own) and no where is that mentioned on the website prior to booking a class.
Other than that the studio was clean and warm enough, centrally located and with a range of classes, which is why it's not 1 star.

βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈIf I could give this place six stars I could! First, the new student price is very reasonable. I loved the classes and I actually heard from one of the owners checking in to see how my experience was. I joined for their monthly unlimited rate which is the BEST in the area. Then this month I accidentally forgot to pause my membership before I left town for a month and they were totally accommodating to pause and roll over my payment to the following month. Aside from the amazing customer service I love the variety of classes. I feel very safe as all the teachers wear masks, there are air filters, all class attendees wear their masks on both nose and mouth, and they require proof of vaccine. Seriaouly grateful.

I did the special for 2 weeks and I enjoyed it so much I keep going back. I've only taken Julien' s class due to my schedule and she's great. They have free mats, filtered water, hand towels, and mat cleaner. The entrance is in the alley off of Pacific.
