My friend Chantel told me about Yoga Shine. I had my first class today with Jaselle (hope I spelled it right). It was amazing. I am not an avid yogi, but I know that of all places I've been to here on the central coast, nothing compares. The energy was great, the challenges were amazing, and I walked out with self prescribed homework. There were moves that I have never been through before and that was awesome! I will be back. Definitely worth the drive! Saturdays are for handstands! Even for newbies! I felt so comfortable trying!

Yoga Shine and the Yoga Teacher Katie:
Katie has the ability to be fully present when she is teaching Yoga. She really holds the space for everyone to feel included. She really holds the space for everyone and empowers people to succeed no matter what their level of experience. She has such intuition about where people might need a nudge, or some assistance with a pose. I have been to several Yoga teachers and have experienced many teachers. Katie exudes the most love and genuine spirit that I have ever encountered while participating in a Yoga practice. I am so grateful for her teaching, her heart and her guidance. I love Yoga Shine! It's a beautiful and friendly atmosphere. The instructors and patrons alike are top quality. You become like a little family. I've been coming here 6 months now and I feel so comfortable with the instructors. You know they really care about each individual and do their best to connect with you and give you the best work out for you. There's a variety of classes of all levels and types. There's something for everyone here, beginner or experienced. I could not recommend it more.
