I have attended classes at Yoga together for awhile, I like how passionate the teachers are in teaching yoga, they provided a lot of posture correction to every student, it helps me to improve and correct some common mistakes I made during my yoga practice. Besides that, the studio founder Sasa is very supportive to the students, she often spends a lot of time to explain different style of yoga to her students. I highly recommend this studio to you.

I have been doing yoga and Pilates for about one and a half year in several studios with many different instructors. Sasa is a very professional and caring instructor. I can see her enthusiasm in teaching yoga and I love that! My body always feels fully relaxed after going to her class. The studio is very clean too. Highly recommended.

My mom took me to a morning session for the first time and the instructor Sasa was so kind and patient. She lets you go by your own pace and checks up on everyone constantly. The actual moves were not too difficult and it was fun to follow with music. I will for sure be returning!

I am pregnant in the USA .In the sixth week of pregnancy,I felt so uncomfortable walking .This feeling may only be felt by pregnant people .My husband ‘s help me message at night .A few days ago ,I couldn’t help pain.Finally ,I made an appointment with Yoga teacher ,she call SaSa ! And than it really improved .I think I will insist on doing Yoga every week so that I can recover better after giving birth.It’s really important to love yourself well ,and health is really important!
Teacher SaSa is a 4 -hearth Yoga teacher !She is attentive ,considerate…and teaches well .If you do the right thing ,you will correct it immediately! Before she opened a yoga shop ,She had a lot of private tutors ! I’m recommending….I will continue to be healthy too!

Because we need that, all of us, that indescribable feeling we get when the class begins. And we go somewhere we've never been before; not just feeling light, flexible, refreshed, but somehow reborn. Together.

I had a fantastic experience at Yoga Together with Shasha. The studio is clean and conveniently located in a quiet plaza next to del taco. The pricing is quite reasonable, and Shasha’s teaching stands out for her patience and clarity. I'm fairly new to yoga, but my experience at Yoga Together and with ShaSha has been fantastic! The ShaSha is super friendly and really cares about everyone's progress. She takes the time to explain things and makes sure we're comfortable with each pose.

I've noticed a big difference in my flexibility and strength since starting the classes. Every session helps me stretch further and hold poses longer.

The small class size is great because it feels more personal.  I also don't feel embarrassed being the new person there. ShaSha gives individual attention and tips that helps everyone improve at their own pace.

Overall, I've had a great time at Yoga Together. It's not just about getting in shape; it's also about feeling supported and making progress. Whether you're new to yoga or more experienced, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I recently attended a stretch class with shasha and was impressed by her attention to detail. I'm thrilled to see that she has now opened her own studio. I visited her studio during the grand opening, and it was a wonderful experience. The studio is cozy and immaculate, with ample parking available. The location is very convenient, situated near Starbucks and Del Taco. I highly recommend shasha studio to all my friends, especially those dealing with sciatic issues.

Sa Sa is an excellent yoga teacher. Her class is relevant to beginners and intermediate students. She can even focus on certain needs you may have whether it be flexibility or pain/stress in certain areas. She doesn’t just teach forms she provides solutions to your body’s needs. That is so different from other yoga places. Right now her classes are small so you get more personal instructions! It is almost like having a private session. Great value! Highly recommended!

四月份第一次上sasa老师的课,手腕痛,膝盖痛,腰疼,肩膀痛,全身哪哪都痛,然后跟着sasa老师上了三十多节私教普拉提课,sasa老师很负责很专业,会告诉我正确的发力点和肌肉群,除了练习力量,也认识到身体拉伸和放松的重要性,因为sasa老师,身体第一次有了觉知和感知,核心也会发力了,到目前为止,手腕不痛了,腰不痛了,手臂力量增强了很多抱娃能抱得比我老公还久,臀部肌肉激活了形状更好看了。总的来说就是身体更健康,这个是最重要的。Sasa is the most professional pilates teacher that I ever met. She is not only knowledgeble on pilates and yoga and also on physical therapy. She not only teach you how to be in good shape,most importantly she will teach you how to exercise in good way to prevent your body from injuries. That’s why I can recover gradually from the body pain(twist pain,waist pain,knees pain and shoulder pain😂). Being healthy is the most thing for me. I highly recommend everyone try the private class!
